基于赋权有向图的邮件网络亲缘关系研究与实现摘要:

邮件网络已经成为当今人们日常工作中必不可少的通信方式之一,尤其是在全球疫情的背景下,邮件更是成为人们顺畅流转工作信息的重要渠道之一。因此研究邮件网络的亲缘关系成为当前的热点话题。本文提出了一种基于赋权有向图的邮件网络亲缘关系研究方法,通过对邮件交互信息的处理,构建邮件网络图,并根据邮件传输的方向、频率、内容等信息进行有向边的赋权,最终通过关键路径分析确定了邮件网络上的重要邮件节点,展示了邮件网络的亲缘关系及其影响力。该方法在实现过程中利用Python编程语言实现邮件数据的特征提取和网络图建立,最后通过Gephi可视化工具展示结果。结果表明,本文提出的方法可以较好地揭示邮件网络中的亲缘关系与影响力,对于邮件网络的社会分析有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

Theemailnetworkhasbecomeoneoftheessentialcommunicationmethodsinpeople'sdailyworktoday,especiallyinthecontextofglobalepidemics,emailhasbecomeanimportantchannelforpeopletosmoothlycirculateworkinformation.Therefore,thestudyofthekinshiprelationshipofemailnetworkshasbecomeahottopic.Thispaperproposesamethodforstudyingthekinshiprelationshipofemailnetworksbasedonaweighteddirectedgraph.Byprocessingtheemailinteractioninformation,constructinganemailnetworkgraph,andweightingthedirectededgesaccordingtothedirection,frequency,content,andotherinformationofemailtransmission,theimportantemailnodesontheemailnetworkweredeterminedthroughkeypathanalysis,showingthekinshiprelationshipandinfluenceoftheemailnetwork.Intheimplementationprocess,thismethodusesPythonprogramminglanguagetoextractthecharacteristicsofemaildataandestablishnetworkgraphics,andfinallyshowstheresultsthroughGephivisualizationtool.Theresultsshowthatthemethodproposedinthispapercanwellrevealthekinshiprelationshipandinfluenceoftheemailnetwork,andhasacertainreferencevalueforsocialanalysisoftheemailnetwork.

Wefirstextracttherelevantdatafromtheemail,includingsender,recipient,time,subjectandcontent,usingPythonprogramminglanguage.Then,weusethedatatoconstructadirectedgraph,whereeachnoderepresentsanemailaddress,andeachedgerepresentsanemailcommunicationbetweentwoemailaddresses.Weweighttheedgesbasedonthefrequencyofcommunicationbetweenemailaddresses.

Next,weapplykeypathanalysistoidentifythemostimportantandinfluentialnodesintheemailnetwork.Byidentifyingthekeypaths,wecanrevealthekinshiprelationshipandinfluenceoftheemailnetwork.Finally,weuseGephivisualizationtooltovisualizetheemailnetworkgraph,sothatwecanbetterunderstandthesocialrelationshipsandinteractionsintheemailnetwork.

Theresultsofouranalysisshowthatourproposedmethodcaneffectivelyrevealthekinshiprelationshipandinfluenceoftheemailnetwork,andtheGephivisualizationtoolprovidesaclearandintuitivewaytopresenttheresults.Thismethodhaspotentialapplicationsinsocialanalysisofemailnetworksforvariousfields,suchassociologyandmarketing.
