摘要:

林业作为我国国民经济和社会发展的重要产业之一,早已成为以林业资源为基础的多种产业和社会事业的支撑。由于省域林业系统资源配置存在着很多的非线性和时滞特性,使得优化配置变得十分复杂和困难。本文基于时滞网络DEA(Dataenvelopmentanalysis)模型,以我国典型省域林业系统为例,从经济、社会、生态等多个方面出发,探究如何实现省域林业系统资源的优化配置。首先提出了时滞网络DEA模型的基本原理,在此基础上对模型进行了改进,建立了基于量化和非量化指标的林业系统资源配置模型。通过模型求解,得到了典型省域林业系统的资源配置效率和效益指标,分析了优化配置后的影响和实质意义。最后,进一步探讨了优化配置实践中面临的挑战和研究方向,为推动省域林业系统的可持续发展提供了参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

AsoneoftheimportantindustriessupportingthenationaleconomyandsocialdevelopmentinChina,forestryhasbecomethebackboneofvariousindustriesandsocialundertakingsbasedonforestryresources.Duetothenonlinearityandtimelagcharacteristicsexistedintheresourceallocationofprovincialforestrysystems,ithasbecomecomplicatedanddifficulttooptimizetheallocation.Basedonthetime-delayednetworkDEA(Dataenvelopmentanalysis)model,takingthetypicalprovincialforestrysysteminChinaasanexample,thisstudyexploreshowtoachievetheoptimizationofresourceallocationinprovincialforestrysystemfromeconomic,social,ecologicalandotheraspects.First,thebasicprinciplesofthetime-delayednetworkDEAmodelareproposed.Onthisbasis,themodelisimproved,andaquantitativeandnon-quantitativeindicator-basedforestrysystemresourceallocationmodelisestablished.Bysolvingthemodel,theresourceallocationefficiencyandbenefitindicatorsofthetypicalprovincialforestrysystemareobtained,andtheimpactandpracticalsignificanceoftheoptimizedallocationareanalyzed.Finally,thechallengesandresearchdirectionsfacedinthepracticeofoptimizedallocationarefurtherdiscussed,providingreferencesandreferencesforpromotingthesustainabledevelopmentofprovincialforestrysystems.

Topreventthesenegativeimpactsandpromotesustainableforestrymanagement,multipleapproachescanbetaken.Oneessentialstepistheuseoftechnology.Newtechnologycandetectanddiagnoseforesthealthissuesearly,trackecosystemchanges,andmeasureenvironmentaldegradation.Withthehelpofadvancedtechnologiessuchasremotesensing,geographicinformationsystems(GIS),anddrones,wecanbettermonitorforestecosystemsandassesstheeffectsofhumanactivitiesonforests.Thisinformationcanbeusedtoguidedecisionsonsustainableforestrymanagementpractices.
