220.643AWG线规与制英单对AWG(AmericanWireGauge),被称作布/夏普线规Brown/Sharpegauge),在美国从1857年开始就被作为一种标准的线规使用,它广泛应用于圆柱体,立方体,有色金属及电力控制线的直径量,它的截面积决定了导体的载流能力。

0.00220.00255,5440.00200.002010,2000.00180.00169,1800.00160.001316,300其中,4/0表示0000,3/0表示000,2/0表示00,1/0表示0。例如常用的电话线直径为26AWG,约0.4mm美制英制规与制换表美、英制线规与公制的换算与公制的换算表,是为了方便把美、英制线规与公制的导线对照。如美制的号线,它的直径是毫,截面积是平毫米。也就是说,一条直径毫的导线,在美国叫做46号,在英国叫做48号线。公的研究资料,是说明在不同频率范围内,用什么号码的导线制成的多股线效果最好。例如对于的频带,经过深入的研究,証实在股数相同的情况下,用的李兹线由多股46的细线组成时,效果最好。具体一点说有两条同样是股李兹线第条用条的线组成条条38的导线组成。虽然第二条线粗得多,它的总表面积比第一条线大很多,但是用在不同频带的时候,效果不一:用在-频带的电路里时,第一条线的效果比第二条的效果更好。用在-频的电路里时,第条线的效果比第一条线的效果更好。这是实验的结果原因是很复杂不同频率的电流在通过同一种多股导线的时候,产生的电磁不同当会影响到各种电磁参数而有不同的结果。以上资料是生产李兹线的公司实验的结果,在理论上怎样解释这种现象,我还没有找到答案。有趣的是:李兹线的集肤效应并非单纯与导线的总表面积有关,而是与组成李兹线的股线粗细、通过的电流的频率也有关系。从第4所举的例子看:两条同样是660股的李兹线,一条用条46的导线组成;第二条用660条AWG的导线组成。第二条线粗得多,它的总表面积比第一条线大很多,但是这两条线对不同频率的电流效果不一样。提供这些资料只是觉得有趣46的李兹线是很难买得到的,我们也不要走火入魔。除非有意深入研究,否则在可能的条件下,以自己能够得到的李兹线试验就好了。

WWW.MWSWIRE.COM音响发烧友对喇叭线的选择大有讲究曾经听说过不乏有人花一万多元买一条线的喇叭线的另外一个极端是随便找一条电线连上,出声就行。让我们离开这两个极端,从技术的角度看喇叭线的选择。过细的导线显然不会有好结果,因为细线的电阻大,更多的功率将消耗在导线的电阻上低音的损失尤其严重过粗的导线虽然电阻小但是造成材料和金钱的浪费通常认为导线上的损(插入损耗)在0.5dB以下是可以容忍的。从功放输出到音箱的这部分电路中,喇叭的阻抗,导线的长度,导线的粗细都很重要,一般的做法是根据导线长度和喇叭阻抗来推算出导线的粗细。下面的数字显100尺(30米)导线的线径、扬声器阻抗和插入损耗之间的关系。例30米18号线,4欧姆阻抗扬声器,插入损耗2.5dB够大的了。大家知道3dB损失就意味着功放的输出损失一半!10AWG:4Ohm=.44dB,12AWG:4Ohm=.69dB,8OhmdB,14AWG:4Ohm=1.07dB,16AWG:48Ohm=.86dB,18AWG:4Ohm=2.49dB,dB,下面的数据是JBL出的建议,一些工程师认为过于保守,我们不妨把它当做最低标准看待(原来的英尺距离已经换算为米3米,8&16Ohm负载=20AWG•7.6米,4Ohm负载=15-20AWG•7.6米,8&16Ohm负载=20AWG•15.24米4Ohm负载=15AWG•15.24,8Ohm载=15AWG•15.24米,16Ohm负载=20AWG•0米,4Ohm载=10AWG•30米,8Ohm负载15AWG•30米,载=18AWG•45.72,4Ohm载=8AWG•45.72米,8Ohm负=12AWG•45.72米负载=15AWG•60米,4Ohm负载=8AWG•60米,8Ohm载=10AWG•60米,16Ohm负载=10-15AWG在功率大,距离长的场合,一定不要在喇叭线上吝啬,试想瓦功率的输出,如果有很小的0.5插入损耗,结果是丢失瓦的输出,太划不来。注:本文中的AWG—Gauge(美国线标准)是国际通用的线规,为了帮助大家对线规有进一步的了解,特附上AWG直径、电阻率对照表。*dBmWattWatts変表**dBm-MilliWatt換表dBm
