概述2000年11月在接到xx水电站现场各项准备工作均已完成的通知后,xx有限责任公司(以下简称普赛公司)便尽快组织人员和仪器设备前往xx水电站准备进行首期GPS滑坡监测。但观测一天后即开始下大雪。考虑到现场山势陡峻,沟壑纵横,为保障作业人员的人身安全和仪器设备的安全,被迫终止观测。在对水工分厂测量班人员进行三天技术培训后天气仍未好转,故只能将首期GPS监测时间推迟至2001年春季。今年5月普赛公司再次组织人员前往xx水电站。在对水工分厂测量班人员进行仪器操作培训后,共同完成了xx水电站近坝库岸第一期GPS滑坡监测的外业数据采集任务。所用的仪器设备有xx水电站新近购买的5台JAVAD双频GPS接收机和普赛公司带去的2台JAVAD双频接收机以及1台Ashtech双频接收机。上述8台接收机均配备有高精度的chokering天线,可有效地抑制多路径误差。基准网起算点(LH13)的坐标通过与拉萨、乌鲁木齐、北京、上海、武汉等5个GPS跟踪站联测求出三维点位中误差(在WGS-84坐标系中)为±16.3mm。8个基准网点的观测在一天内完成,经平差计算最弱点平面位置中误差(相对于LH13)为±1.0mm,高程(大地高)中误差为±1.7mm。54个变形监测点的观测在三天半内完成(其中因下雨有一天未观测),实际观测时间为二天半。经计算平均平面位置中误差(相对于基准网点)为±2.6mm,高程中误差为±3.96mm。以上精度均优于技术设计中规定的指标。较圆满地完成首期监测任务。数据采集基准网观测xx水电站近坝库岸GPS滑坡监测基准网见图1。从图中可以看出除个别边长达3~4km以外。其余大多数边长均在1~2km之间。为保证基准网精度,观测时遵循下列规定:观测前对新购置的5台JAVAD接收机的性能和可靠性进行了全面检验,各项指标合格后方参加作业。各站总的同步观测时间均不少于6小时。利用8台GPS接收机同时在全网的8个基准点上进行同步观测。采样间隔取10秒,截止高度角取10°。每个基准点上均采用强制对中装制进行天线的对中,对中误差可保持在0.5mm以内。作业时按观测墩上标注的北方向线进行天线的定向。今后复测时也均按此方向线进行天线定向。观测时采用了特制的强制对中连杆。对中连杆的高度均为115mm。作业时无需再量取天线高。水工分厂事先安排好车船等交通工具,确保按作业计划和调度命令开展工作。整个基准网观测在一天内顺利完成。图1 xx水电站近坝库岸滑坡监测GPS基准网变形监测点观测首期GPS滑坡监测的变形监测点共54个。各滑坡块体点位分布情况如下:基准站变形监测点H14、H116xx滑坡:001、02、X01、X02、X16、X17H14、H116xx滑坡:004、05、X03、X04H12、H116xx滑坡:006、07、08、10、11、13、14、X05、X006、X07、X08、X09H12、H113xx滑坡:118、20、21、24、X10、X11、X12、X113、X14、X15H12、H113xx滑坡:116、17H10(ASSHTECCH)、H08、H11xx滑坡:331、32、33、35、36、37H10(ASSHTECCH)、H08、H11xx滑坡:339、40、41、42、43、44、45H06(ASSHTECCH)、H08、H11xx滑坡:447、48、49、51、52、53、54每个变形监测点至少从两个基准站上进行监测。有相当一部分变形监测点则是从3个基准点上进行监测的。这样做的好处是:不同成果间可进行相互检核,剔除粗差,提高成果的可靠性。几个成果取中数后可提高监测精度。万一某基准点点位发生了变动,从较差中有可能及早发现。因为基准网的复测周期为一年,而变形监测点的复测周期为三个月。变形监测按下列规定进行:各变形监测点的观测时间不少于20分钟。采样率改为2秒钟观测一次。观测时变形监测点采用一般的动态定位天线,基准点采用Chokering天线。其余规定与基准网相同。基准网起算点坐标的获取选取点位稳定交通方便的LH13号点作为整个基准网的起算点。利用5月19日和20日该点与拉萨(LHAS)、乌鲁木齐(URUM)、北京(BJFS)、上海(SHAO)、武汉(WUHN)等5个GPS卫星跟踪站的联测资料,采用国际GPS服务(IGS)所提供的精密星历和国际著名的高精度GPS数据处理软件Berness软件进行基线向量计算。取中数后获得起算点LH13在国际地球参考框架ITRF坐标系中的空间直角坐标(X、Y、Z)。见表1:表1 将用经纬度表示的中误差化算为用长度表示后可得: 上述精度大大优于技术设计中规定的精度指标±10cm,足以保证基线向量的解算精度。需要指出的是上述各GPS卫星跟踪站的坐标是属ITRF坐标系的,由国际GPS服务IGS给出的精密星历也是属ITRF坐标系的,因而求得的起始点LH13的坐标也应属于国际地球参考框架ITRF。但由于ITRF坐标系和WGS-84坐标系的差异很微小,在小范围的变形监测中通常不加区分。基准网的数据处理以LH13作为全网的起算点,用IGS的精密星历和Berness软件进行基线向量解算,并用武汉测绘科技大学编制的PowerADJ软件进行网平差,求得第一期GPS基准网测量的最终成果如下:表3
