告告,厂址区区60.000m深度度范围内的的地层自上上而下主要要包括:①软/中软粉质质粘土;②坚硬的粉粉质粘土层层;③松散中密密,粉砂;;④坚硬的粉粉质粘土层层.;⑤非常密实实粉砂层,持持续到所有有的钻孔孔孔底。①层:软/中中软粉质粘粘土,褐灰灰色夹杂粘粘土质粉砂砂和淤泥质质土,含有有少量云母母及腐烂的的木材和有有机物。该该层主要为为厂区表层层,分布较较广,设计计厚度一般般8.0~15.0mm。②层:深灰色色~灰色,坚坚硬的粉质质黏土与细细砂混合层层,砂质不不均,该层层分布不连连续,场地地部分钻孔孔内有揭露露。本层厚厚度0.550~3.50mm,个别钻钻孔厚度大大于10mm。③层:钢灰色色~灰色,坚坚硬的粉质质粘土、粘粘土质粉砂砂和砂的混混合层,该该层分布不不连续,场场地部分钻钻孔内有揭揭露。本层层厚度2..50~5.00mm。④层:松散~~中等密实实,粉砂层层,夹杂部部分云母碎碎片。本层层厚度3..0~5.0m。⑤层:浅灰色色~棕灰色,密密实~非常密实实的粉细砂砂层,含云云母该层分分布较广,持持续到所有有的钻孔孔孔底。Accorddingtottheppreliiminaaryiinvesstigaationnrepport,,theestrratainttheddepthhranngeoof600.00mminthesiteeareeamaainlyyinccludee:①sofft/mediiumssoftsilttclaay;②harrdsiiltcclaylayeer;③looosemmediuumdeensittyanndsiilt;④harrdsiiltCClaylayeer;⑤verrydeensesilttlayyer,conttinuiingttothheboottommofalldrilllinggholles.①layeer:ssoft/sooftssiltclayy,brrowngrayymixxedcclayeeysiiltaandssiltsoill,coontaiininggassmalllamoountofmmicaandrotttingwooddanddorgganiccmattter..Theelayyeriismaainlyyforrtheeplaantssurfaace,thedisttribuutionnisbroaader,,theedessignofttheggenerraltthickknesssof8.0~155.0m..②layeer:bblackkgraaytoograay,hhardsilttclaayanndfiinessandmixeedlaayer,,uneevensandd,thhelaayerdisttribuutionnisnotconttinuoous,thesiteehassexpposeddsommedrrilliing.Thisslayyertthickknesssis00.50~3..50m,,inddividdualdrilllinggthiickneessggreattertthan10m.③layeer:ggray--grayysteeel,harddsilltcllay,clayyeyssiltandsanddmixxedllayerr,thhediistriibutiionllayerrisnotconttinuoous,thesiteehassexpposeddsommedrrilliing.Thethiccknesssoffthiislaayeris22.50~5..00m..④layeer:lloosee~mmediuumdeense,,silltlaayer,,mixxedwwithsomeemiccafrragmeents..Thiislaayerthiccknesssoff3.00~55.0m..⑤layeer:llighttgraay~browwngrray,densse~veryydennseffinesanddlayyer,conttainiingmmicaThedisttribuutionnofthelayeerissbrooaderr,coontinnuinggtothebotttomoofallldrrilliinghholess.3地基处处理方案的的确定DDeterrminaationnofGrounndTreattmenttScheeme3.1桩桩型的选择择SeleectioonoffPileType根据厂区内的的土层分布布及各层土土的物理力力学性质,结结合建(构构)筑物对对地基承载载力和变形形的要求和和以往工程程地基处理理实践经验验,从经济济、技术、当当地施工能能力等进行行全面比较较,结合场场地水、土土腐蚀性情情况,确定定人工地基基处理采用用桩基础,桩桩型为泥浆浆护壁钻孔孔灌注桩。Anoveeralllcommpariisonismmadeinttermssofeconnomy,,tecchniqque,andlocaalcoonstrructiionccapabbilittiesbaseedonntheereqquireementtofgrouundbbeariingccapaccityanddefoormattionofbbuildding(strructuure)andprevvioussexpperieencessingrouundttreattmenttincombbinattionwithhtheedisstribbutioonoffsittesooilsstrattumaandpphysiicalandmechhaniccalppropeertieesoffeacchsttratuum.IItissdettermiinedtoaadopttpillefooundaationnforrnatturallgrooundtreaatmenntanndseelecttcasst-inn-plaacebboreddpilleprrotecctedbysslurrrywaallaasthhepiilettype3.2桩桩基持力层层的选择SeleectioonofftheeLoaad-beearinngSttratuumfoorPileFounddatioon根据当地类似似工程灌注注桩调研收收资,孟加加拉当地工工程普遍应应用钢筋混混凝土灌注注桩,其施工方方法较为成成熟。在孟孟加拉国内内的钻孔桩桩的桩径主主要有φ600mmm、φ750mmm、φ10000mm等尺寸,通过对不不同桩径灌灌注桩极限限承载力计计算比较,并并根据现场场施工机械械设备、施施工速度、施工成本等方面综合考虑,推荐主厂房、烟囱、锅炉等区域采用φ1000mm钻孔灌注桩,灌注桩桩端进入第⑤层密实砂层2d。根据初勘报告及相关工程经验,有效桩长52.0m,单桩极限抗压承载力极限值约为6850kN,满足主厂房区域建筑物基础对强度和变形的要求,在技术上是可行的。综合比较,并结合本工程当地施工条件及施工进度要求等各因素,推荐主厂房区域主要建筑物地基处理采用φ1000mm钢筋混凝土灌注桩,以⑤层密实砂层为持力层,有效桩长52.0m。Accorddingtotthellocallsimmilarrproojecttspoourinngpiilerreseaarchfundding,,loccaleenginneeriingiinBaanglaadeshhwiddesprreadappllicattionofrreinfforceedcooncreeteppile,,theeconnstruuctioonmeethoddismoreematture..TheepillediiametteroofbooredpileesinnBanngladdeshismmainllyφ600mmm,φ750mmm,φ10000mmaandssoonn.Thhrougghthhecaalcullatioonanndcoomparrisonnoftheultiimateebeaaringgcappacittyoffdifffereentppilediammeterrs,CComprrehennsiveeconnsideeratiion,recoommenndthhemaainpplantt,chhimneeys,boillersandotheerarreasusinngφ10000mmbboreddpilles,pileeinttothhefiirst⑤layyerddenseelayyeroofsaand22d.AAccorrdinggtotheprelliminnarysurvveyrreporrtanndreelevaanteenginneeriingeexperriencce,ttheeeffecctiveepilleleengthhis520meterrs,ttheuultimmatebearringcapaacityyofsinggleppileisaaboutt68550kN..Itisttechnnicalllyffeasiibletommeettherequuiremmentssofstreengthhandddefformaationnofthebuilldinggfouundattionintthemmainbuilldinggareea.CComprrehennsiveecommpariison,,commbineedwiithtthellocallconnstruuctiooncoondittionssanddconnstruuctioonsccheduulerrequiiremeentsoftthepprojeectaandootherrfacctorss,reecommmendeedthhemaainbbuilddingareaaofthemainnbuiildinngfooundaationntreeatmeentuusinggφ10000mmrreinfforceedcooncreeteppilessto⑤layyerddenseesanndlaayerfortheholddinglayeer,ttheeeffecctiveepilleleengthh52.0m.由于辅助、附附属建(构构)筑物体体量及荷载载均较小,采采用φ750mmm混凝土灌灌注桩短桩桩,以中间间坚硬的砂砂层为持力力层,桩长长15..0~200.0m,预估单桩竖向极限承承载力约26000kNN。根据钻钻孔揭露情情况,无坚坚硬的夹层层的建筑物物下,桩基基采用摩擦擦型灌注桩桩,桩端进进入②层密实粉粉质黏土层层,通过增增加桩长提提高桩基承承载力,满满足附属建建筑物承载载力和变形形要求。根根据当地灌灌注桩调研研资料,φ750mmm的钢筋混混凝土灌注注桩在当地地实际工程程中应用普普遍,施工工方法较为为成熟。因因此,附属属、辅助建建(构)筑筑物地基处处理采用φ750mmm灌注桩短短桩方案是是可行的。Becausseofftheeauxxiliaaryaandaauxilliaryystrructuures,,theeloaadanndlooadaaressmalll.Thhecooncreeteppilewithhφ750mmmissuseedasstheeshoortppile,,witththhemiiddleeharrdsaandllayerrasthebearringlayeer,ttheppilelenggthiis155.0~~20..0m,theultiimateebeaaringgcappacittyofftheesinnglepileeisabouut26600kkN.AAccorrdinggtothediscclosuureoofdrrilliingccondiitionns,nnoriigidsanddwichhbuiildinngs,thefriccti
