General概ThisndescribeshowCEFOCshallsuccessfullycompletetheprojectbymanagingandcontrollingthecontractcost,schedule,EHS,QA&QC,procurementandetc.duringtheexecutionofBaxterAccordingtoourexperiencesaccumulatedfromsimilarprojectsinmanyyears,wehavedevelopedthefollowingexecutionnindealwiththechallengesofthisproject.ProjectKickOff项目启WeassumethecontractwillbeawardedinApril,27,2010,theshopdrawing,detaildesign,timeschedule&other spreparationworkwillbestartedwithintwoweeksafterawardofContract2010427日授标,深化设计及进度计划等文件工作将在中标两WithintwoweeksafterawardofContract,holdkick-offmeetingwithallpartiesconcerned.中标两周内,召开邀请各方参加的项目议。Dependonthesitecivilworkprogress,thesiteoffice&projectteamissupposedtomoveintositewithinthreeweeks.WithinFourweeksafterawardofContract,thefirstbatchofworkerswillbemobilizedtositeandreceivetraining.中标四周内,第一批工人进场培训;WithinfiveweeksafterawardofContract,completethefollowingwork:在中标五周内,完成以下Preparations项目准 togetthematerialatalowerprice.除了现场项目部费用控制之外,公司费用控制部将全面支持和监督项CostManagementn:Afterwegetthecontract,wewillmakedetailedshopdrawingsandadoptproperconstructionmethodsaccordingtotherealsituationonsite.ACostManagementnshallbedevelopedtocontrolcostsoftheprojectduringtheentireprocess.费用管理计划:中标后,我们ProjectBudget:BaseduponHCL’sprojectgoal,weshallmakecostestimationoftheworkandtrackalltheexpenses.项目预算:根据管理公司制定的项目目标来编制工程费用预算并HeadcountEstimates:AnupdatedprojectionoftotalcraftandheadcountfortheprojectshallbeprovidedmonthlytoboththeCostDept.ofCEFOCandHCL.人力估算:项目施工的工种和人力Trade-OffStudies:Duringtheconstruction,weshallperformstudiesonmaterials,equipment,andaccessoriestoensurethateconomicalandcompetitivecomponentsareselectedconsistentwiththeSpecificationsandconstructionbudget.Thesetrade-offstudiesshallbesubmittedwithourmendationstoHCL.对比:在施工阶段,我方将对材料、设备及其附件的性能参数ProjectFundingGuarantees项目保mitment承WewillopenainneraccountforBaxterProject.Ourloanlimitin
