职位要求:

机械设计或相关专业专科及以上学历

在机加、钣金行业拥有5年以上生产或质量管理工作阅历

精通各种机械创造工艺及工序,能按照图纸初步检测零件的质量

认识选购与新供给商的开发流程,认识深圳周边机加、钣金、齿轮加工、模组等非标加工的供给商,拥有此类优质渠道资源者优先

认识电机、电机驱动及常用电气元件选购流程

了解机械加工零件的校价、核价过程,对市场价格的变动敏感,拥有一定的商务谈判、议价能力

认识常用办公软件的使用

有能力使用solidworks、autocad查看图纸相关信息

职位描述:

跟踪产品制作全过程,负责产品工艺性验证和质量把控,催促生产进度,并准时反馈。

做好预先品管,提示供给商生产过程及检测时的品质注重事项。

负责与供给商谈判价格、品质要求、交货日期等,确定后下选购订单,准时跟进进度,处理异样,确保按方案交期交货。

供给商资源开发,定期对供给商举行审核;按供给商的加工能力、品质质量、交货及时率等对其举行比对分析。

负责选购过程中的退、换货工作,对仓库物料的退货等处理工作。

维护与供给商的良好合作关系,参加对供给商举行考核、评估、巡场等。
