rmworkInstallation3d2010-1-108:002010-1-1217:00隐蔽验收ConcealedWorkAcceptance1d2010-1-138:002010-1-1317:00砼浇筑ConcretePlacing1d2010-1-148:002010-1-1417:00HG-69、HG-63段HG-69andHG-63Section28d2010-1-118:002010-2-717:00下段LowerSection11d2010-1-118:002010-1-2117:00替代、垫层施工ConstructionofConstituteandBeddingConcrete4d2010-1-118:002010-1-1417:00钢筋绑扎(包括止水钢板安装)ReinforcementFixing(includinginstallationofwaterstopsteelplate)3d2010-1-158:002010-1-1717:00模板支设FormworkInstallation2d2010-1-188:002010-1-1917:00隐蔽验收ConcealedWorkAcceptance1d2010-1-208:002010-1-2017:00砼浇筑ConcretePlacing1d2010-1-218:002010-1-2117:00施工缝划分5.DivisionofConstructionJoints按照施工图纸,HGU管沟验槽后应立即浇筑垫层,逐段施工。主体队需按照工程部编制的进度计划完成每个控制点的施工。每段在底板顶面以上500mmAccordingtotheconstructiondrawing,thebeddingconcreteshallbeplacedbysectionimmediatelyaftertheinspectionofHGUfoundationsubsoil.Themainstructureteamshallfinishtheconstructionofeverycontrol-pointaccordingtotheschedulecompiledbytheengineeringdepartment.Ahorizontalconstructionjointshallbesetatthepositionwhichis500mmupperthetopbaseslabfaceandtheconcreteofeverysectionshallbeplacedfortwotimes(theupperpartandthelowerpart).每段施工工序如下:Followingisconstructionprocessofeverysection:清基-→测量放线--→垫层施工--→搭设外架--→钢筋绑扎、安装止水胶带、止水钢板--→支设第一次砼模板--→浇筑第一次砼--→砼养护--→钢筋绑扎、安装止水胶带、预埋管--→搭设内模板支撑架--→支设第二次砼模板--→浇筑第二次砼--→砼养护--→土方回填Cleanoffoundation→setting-out→constructionofbeddingconcrete→installationofexternalscaffold→reinforcementfixing,installationofrubberandsteelplatewaterstop→installationoffirststageconcreteformwork→placingoffirststageconcrete→concretecuring→reinforcementfixing,installationofrubberwaterstopandembeddingofpipes→installationofinternalformworkbracingframe→installationofsecondstageconcreteformwork→placingofsecondstageconcrete→concretecuring→backfilling垫层及替代砼的浇筑6.PlacingofBeddingConcreteandConstituteConcrete6.1管沟垫层混凝土可根据现场具体情况分段浇筑,测量队应依据设计图纸每段找坡要求放线,管沟结构砼不再找坡。6.1Thebeddingconcreteofpipewayshallbeplacedbysectionaccordingtothesitecondition.Thesurveyteamshallbesettingoutaccordingtotherequirementofmaking-slopinthedesigndrawingandthere’snoneedtomakeslopeinthepipewaystructuralconcrete.6.2管沟垫层混凝土采用C25砼,对于超挖部位需采用替代混凝土浇筑,替代混凝土较厚的部位需分层浇筑,分层厚度为40cm。6.2TheC25concreteshallbeappliedtothepipewaybeddingconcrete.Thepartwhichisover-excavatedshallplacedwithconstituteconcrete.Iftheconstituteconcreteisthick,itshallbeplacedlayerbylayerandeachlayeris40cminthickness.6.3垫层及替代混凝土根据现场情况可采用泵车或地泵由一端向另一端逐渐推进浇筑。6.3Accordingtothesitecondition,thebeddingandconstituteconcreteshallbeplacedgraduallybypumptruckorfloortypepumpfromoneendtoanother.6.4混凝土振捣参见《砼振捣》工作程序。6.4RefertoWorkProcedureofConcreteVibrationforvibrationmethod.6.5垫层及替代混凝土浇筑后应进行浇水养护。6.5Afterplacing,thebeddingconcreteandconstituteconcreteshallbesprayedwithwaterforcuring.脚手架工程7、ScaffoldWork7.1脚手架的搭设7.1InstallationofScaffold7.1.1HGU管沟外双排架采用扣件式钢管脚手架,48×3.5钢管,立杆横距0.9m,纵距1.5m,扫地杆距根部为300mm,其它步距为1800mm,操作层平铺4块200宽木跳板,内立杆离廊道边距离7.1.1Outsidethepipeway,thedouble-rowscaffoldiscoupler-styleandmadeofF48x3.5steeltubes.Thetransversalspacingofverticalpolesis0.9m,thelongitudinalspacingis1.5m.distancebetweenbottompoleandfloorshallbe300mmandspacingofotherhorizontalpolesshallbe1800mm.Theworkingplatformshallbecoveredwith4woodenputlogswhichis200inwidth.Thedistancebetweeninternalverticalpoleandtrenchedgeshallbe400mm.7.1.2HGU管沟是分段施工,每段廊道施工时在端部位置搭设施工通道,用于施工人员及小型机具、材料的运送。7.1.2SincetheHGUpipewayisconstructedsectionbysection,constructionpassageshallbesetatthetopforconstructioncrew,smallequipment&machineryandtransportationofmaterialsduringtheconstructionofeachsection.7.1.3根据侧壁高度,外架在顶端和其他相应位置应挑出水平杆用于固定侧壁竖筋。7.1.3Accordingtotheheightofthesidewall,horizontalpolesofexternalscaffoldshallbeusedtofixthesidewallverticalrebarsatthetopandothercorrespondingpositions.7.1.4立杆的接长均采用对接扣件,立杆的对接扣件应交错布置,两根相邻立杆的接头不应设置在同步内。7.1.4Couplersshallbeappliedtoconnectuprightpipes.Couplerslayoutofdifferentverticalpolesshallbestaggered.Thecouplersoftwoneighboringuprightpolesshallnotbearrangedinthesamehorizentalspan.7.1.5同步内隔一根立杆的两个相隔接头在高度方向错开的距不宜小于500mm,各接头中心至主节点的距离不宜大于步距的1/3,严禁采用搭接。7.1.5Thedistancebetweenthetwoapartedcouplersoftheverticalpoleandthenext2neighboringpolesshallbelongerthan500mm.Thedistancebetweenthecenterofeachjointandnearestmajorjointshallnotbelongerthan1/3ofthedrawingpace.Overlapping7.1.6脚手架搭设规范规定,高度在24米以下的脚手架,必须在外立面的两端各设置一道剪刀撑,并应由底部至顶端连续设置,两组间隔距离不得大于15米,每道剪刀撑宽度不应小于4跨,斜杆与地面的倾角宜在45°~60°之间。7.1.6Accordingtothescaffoldinstallationregulation,forthescaffoldwhichislowerthan24m,astruttingshallbesetatbothendsofthefaçaderespectively.Thestruttingshallbesetcontinuouslyfrombottomtotopandthedistancebetweeneachgrouppfstruttingsshallnotbelongerthan15m.Thewidthofeachstruttingshallnotbelessthan4spans.Theanglebetweenobliquepoleandthefloorshallbetween45°to60°.7.1.7剪刀撑的接长宜采用搭接,搭接长度不应小于1m,应采用不少于2个旋转扣件固定,端部扣件盖板的边缘至杆端不应小于100mm。7.1.7Overlapconnectionshallbeappliedintheextensionofstruttingandtheoverlaplengthshallbelongerthanorequalto1m.Atleasttworotatingcouplersshallbeapllied.Thedistancebetweencoverofthetoppestcouplertothetopofofthepoleshallnotbeshorterthan100mm7.1.8脚手架搭设规范规定,当架高≤20m时,不小于40m2一个连墙点,且连墙点的竖向间距应≤6m。7.1.8Accordingtothescaffoldinstallationregulation,whenthescaffoldisnothigherthan20m,atleastoneconnectionpointtothewallshallbearrangedevery40m2andthespacingbetweentheverticalpointstothewallshallnotbelongerthan6m.7.2脚手架的使用7.2UtilizationofScaffold.1Thescaffoldonlyshallbe7.2.2作业人员在架上的最大作业高度应以可进行正常操作为度,禁止在架板7.2.2operation.Itisforbiddentoputriserblockorsinglescaffoldboardonthewoodenputlogtoincreaseoperationheight.7.2.3在作业中,禁止随意拆除脚手架的基本构架杆件、整体性杆件、连接紧固件和连墙件。7.2.3Itisforbiddentoremoveverticalpoles,horizontalpoles,thewallatrandom.Ifitisnecessarytoremovethosepolestemporarily,itshallbepermittedbypeopleinchargeandcorrespondingremedialmeasuresshallbetaken.Afterrelevantoperation,itshallberestored..4Workersoperatingonthescaffoldshallwellasotherpeopletopreventcollisionandfallingobject.Itisforbiddentoplayorrestonthescaffold..5Workersshallgettothescaffoldthroughsafe-guardedpassages.I.6Duringtheconstructionprocess,itshallbeavoidedtodamageorcontaminatethesteeltubesandcouplers.Ifthere’7.3脚手架的拆除7.3RemovalofScaffold..2Thescaffoldshallberemovedlayerbylayer.personandaguardrailorcautionnoticeshallsettopreventirrelevantpersonfromentering.Thescaffoldshallberemovedfromtoptobottom.Therail,scaffoldboard,struttinganddiagonalbracingshallberemovedfirstlyandthencomestotheputlog,legerandverticalpole.Theremovalshallbecarriedoutstepbystepandup-downconcurrentoperationisforbidden..3thelasttwocouplers.Whileremovingtheleger,diagonalbracingandstrutting,theworkersshallfirstlyloosenthemiddlecouplerandthenholdthemiddlepartofthescaffoldtoloosenthecouplersatbothends.7.3.4两侧架子之间的水平连杆应随拆除进度逐层拆除。严禁先将水平拉杆7.3.4Thehorizontaltiesbetweenthesidescaffoldsshallberemovedwiththeproscaffoldremoval.Theremovalofhorizontaltiesshallnotbecarriedoutbeforethatofthescaffold.Theheightdifferenceofsubsectionalremovalshallnotbiggerthan2spans..5Threlevantworkersshallbenotifiedtopreventthemfromfalling...7Theremovedaccessories,suchassteelpipesandscaffoldboards,shallnotbethrownawaybutbestackedrespectively.T8、模板工程8.FormworkWork8.1模板情况介绍8.1IntroductionofFormworkHGU管沟内外表面均采用不小于15mm厚胶合板,背方采用50×100木方,TheformworkusedatinteriorandexteriorsurfaceofHGUaremadebyplywoodwhichshallnotbethinnerthan15mmandthe50×100timbershallbeappliedtothebackbracing.Allformworksareassembledonsite.8.2廊道模板制作要求8.2RequirementforPipewayFormworkManufacturing宽高偏差:+2mm-3mmWidth-HeightDeviation:+2mmto-3mm对角偏差:-3mm+5mmDiagonalDeviation:-3mmto+5mm平整度:2mmFlatness:2mm其他要求见《模板制作加工程序》RefertoFormworkManufacturingandProcessingProcdure8.3模板安装8.3InstallationofFormwork8.3.1模板采用50*100木方背楞次龙骨、100*100木方和双钢管主龙骨加固,对拉螺杆、钢管斜撑固定的形式8.3.1Theformworkshallbefastenedby50×100timberwhichisactingassecondaryframe,100×100timber,dualsteelpipewhichisactingasmainframe,counter-pulledscrewandsteel-pipediagonalbracing.8.3.2第二阶段模板固定利用预埋在第一阶段混凝土中的高强螺杆定位,内墙侧模加固采用钢管斜撑和水平横撑。HGU管沟支模示意图参见8.3.2Thesecondphaseformworkshallbefastenedbythethefirstphaseconcrete.Thelateralformworkofinteriorwallshallbefastenedbysteel-pipediagonalbracingandhorizontalbracing.Refertoattacheddiagram1forHGUformworkinstallationdiagram..3Adequatediagonalbracingsshallbeplacedbetween.4Spongegluestripordouble-sidedtapeshallbeappliedmudleakage.Ifnecessary,releaseagentshallbeappliedtotheformworksurface..5垂直度:3mmPerpendicularity:3mm相邻接缝高差:2mmHeightdifferencebetweenadjacentjoints:2mm平整度:2mmFlatness:2mm上口尺寸:+2mm0mmDimensionofBackCut:+2mm0mm位置:2mmPosition:2mm8.4模板拆除8.4StrippingofFormwork侧模要在混凝土强度能保证构件不变形,棱角完整时方可拆模;而顶模要在混凝土强度达到设计强度的75%之后才能拆除(可根据现场浇筑混凝土时留置的砼块养护天数的抗压强度试验报告进行模板拆除)。Whentheconcretestrengthcanensurethatthecomponentsshallnotdeformandtheangularityofitshallbecomplete,thelateralformworkshallbestripped.Thetopformworkshallbestrippedwhentheconcretestrengthreaches75%ofthedesignedstrength(refertothecompressivestrengthtestreportofconcretetestpiecefornecessaryinformation).9.钢筋工程9.ReinforcementWork9.1钢筋材质及制作9.1ReinforcementMaterialandFabrication9.1.1钢筋的机械、化学性能应符合技术规格书(1-3)9.1.1Themechanicalandchemicalpropertiesofreinforcementshallbeinlinewiththeregulationoftechnicalspecification(1-3).Theratioofmeasuredvalueofreinforcementtensilestrengthandthatofyieldstrengthshallnotbesmallerthan1.25.Theratioofmeasuredvalueofreinforcementyieldstrengthandstrengthstandardvalueshallbesmallerthan1.3.Whenthereinforcementisfoundfragile,itsweldabilityormechanicalperformanceispoor,chemicalconstituentsofthespecificbatchofreinforcementshallbechecked.Otherspeci9.1.2钢筋应精确弯曲成图纸和钢筋简图上标明的形状和尺寸,所有的弯曲尺寸应符合有关规定,除非业主另有指示。HRB500级的钢筋的弯弧内直径不小于钢筋直径的4倍,弯钩的弯后平直部分长度应符合设计要求;9.1.3Thereinforcementshallbebentpriciselyasshowninthedrawingandreinforcementsketch.UnlessspecifiedbytheOwner,thebendingsizeofreinforcementshallbeinlin9.2钢筋保护层9.2CoverofReinforcement9.2.1廊道钢筋保护层厚度分为廊道外侧6cm、廊道内侧5cm9.2.1Outsidethepipeway,thecoverofreinforcementis6cmthickandinsidethepipeway,itis5cm9.2.2钢筋的保护层采用混凝土垫块支撑钢筋来实现,垫块用与浇筑在钢筋周围的混凝土相同的材料按相同的比例搅拌成的混凝土或相同配比的砂浆制作,并在垫块中埋入两根209.2.2Thereinforcementisprotectedbyconcretespacerblock,whichismadeofconcreteormortarwiththesamemixingratiooftheconcretepouredaroundthereinforcement.Two20#leadwiresareembeddedinthespacerbloc
