ControlgradeofconstructionqualityTogradetheconstructiontechniquelevelaccordingtothemainpointsofqualitycontrolandqualityguarantee.2.0.2 TypeinspectionTheinspectioncantesttheresultafterusingoftheproductsortheprocess.2.0.3 ContinuousseamInthemasonry,theconnectionlengthoftheuprightsurfacebricksshouldbelessthanthespecifiedvalue.2.0.4 SupposititiousseamToconcealtoqualitybugoftheverticalseaminthemasonry,seamstobemadeonlyonthesurfaceofthemasonrywhileconstructing.2.0.5 ReinforcedmasonryThegeneralcallofthemeshyreinforcedmasonrypoles,verticalreinforcedmasonrywalls,stonemasonryandmasonrypoleswithstonemasonryandreinforcedsteelbarconcretesurfaceorreinforcedsteelbarmortarsurface,thecombinedwallofthestonemasonryandreinforcedsteelbarpoleandthebricksofthereinforcedmasonryshearingforcewall.2.0.6 CorecolumnTheinsidereinforcedsteelbarconcretepoleformedafterpouringtheconcretetothehollowmasonrywithverticalreinforcedsteelbarofthemasonry.2.0.7 InspectionatoriginalspaceWiththestandardinspectionway,toinspectthemasonryatthespotwithlittleorwithoutanydestroy,soastoidentifytheintensityofthemasonrymortarandthebodyofthemasonry.Basicregulations3.0.1 Allthematerialsusedinthemasonryengineeringmusthavethequalificationcertificateandtheproductperformancereport.Theblocks,cement,reinforcedsteelbarsandtheexternalreactantshouldhavethesecondperformancereportwhentransportedtothespot.Allthematerialseliminatedbythestateareforbiddenforusing.3.0.2 Tocheckthesizethatcanbereducedorbroadenbeforebuildingthemasonrybase.Thepermittederrorshouldaccordingtothespecificationinform3.0.2.FormThepermittedsizeoftheerrorLength(LL),Wiidth(WW)Error(mmm)Length(LL),Wiidth(WW)Error(mmm)L(orB)30560<L(orB)9001530<L(orB)60010L(orB)>>90203.0.3 Thesequenceofthemasonryconstructionshouldaccordingtothefollowing:1 Whenthelevelofthefloorisdifferent,itshouldstarttobuildfromthelowpointandtojoinformthehighpointtothelowatthesametime.Whennodesignrequirementlimitation,thelengthofthejoinshouldmorethantheheightoftheextensionpartofthebase.Thecornerandtheconnectofthemasonryshouldbebuildatthesametime.Whilecannotbebuiltatthesametime,itshouldbestubblereservedorjointstubbleaccordingtothespecification.3.0.4 Whenleavethetemporaryholeinthewall,thelengthfromthesideoftheholetotheconnectionwiththewallshouldmorethan500mm,andthenetwidthoftheholdshouldlessthan1m.Thepositionofthetemporaryholeofthebuildingintheareawhichthelevelofanti-earthquakeandcrackis9shouldbeconfirmedwiththedesigneddepartment.Thetemporaryholeshouldberebuiltafterfinished.3.0.5 Thefollowingwallbodyorpartcannotbesetholes:Thewallis120mminthickness,wallbuiltwithonlymaterialstonesandindependentpoles;Thetriangleareaacrossthegirderandhavea60degreeanglewiththegirderandtheareawithinthe1/2ofthespanacrossthegirder;thewidthofthewallbetweenthewindowsislessthan1m;theareawithinthe200mmofthetwosidesofthedoorsandwindowsofthemasonry(300mmforstonemasonry)andthe450mmofthecorner(600mmforstonemasonry);500mmwithingirderorgirdermatanditsaround;theplaceswhereareforbiddentosetholesaccordingtothedesigningrequirements3.0.6 Whenrebuildtheholes,mortarshouldbefilledintheseamsinsteadofbricks.3.0.7 Theholes,conduitsandgroovesrequiredinthedesignmustbereservedorleftinadvancewhenbeingbuilt.Don’tchiselthewallbodyorcutaclinicgroovesonthewallwithoutthepermissionofthedesigndepartment.Thereshouldbesetlintelabovetheholewhenthewidthismorethan300mm.3.0.8 Whenthewallsbeingbuilthaveacrosswallsorhaveconnectionwithotherconstruction,andthedistanceislessthan2timesofthelistedintheform,theconstructionheightcanbefreefromthespecificationofthisform.3.0.9 Itshouldfindtheplanewhenlaythemasonrypeaksideoftheprefabgirderandboard,andfillinthemortarwhileinstall.Whilethere’snolimitationofthedesign,the1:2.5cementmortarshouldbeused.3.0.10 Thequalitycontrolofthemasonryengineeringconstructioncanbedividedintothreegradesandtobeaccordwiththespecificationlistedinform3.0.10.FormthegradeofthequalitycontrolformasonryconstructionitemsthegraddeoftheqqualittyconntrolformmasonrryconnstrucctionABCQualitycontrrolinnconsstructtionssiteWithrigghtsyystemandccanbeeimpllementtedveerysttrictlly;thhequaalitysuperrvisorrsnottfrommtheconsttructiionsiidearreusuuallycometothheconnstrucctionsite,,orttherearennoperrmanenntdellegateesinthecconstrructioonsitte;thhereaareprrofesssionalltechhnicallstafffontheppostffromtthecoonstruuctionnsidee,alllareonduuty,aandhaavepoostceertifiicate..Withalmmostrrightsysteemanddjusttcanbeimmplemeented;;thequaliitysuuperviisorsnotffromtthecoonstruuctionnsideearediscoontinuuouslyycomeetotthecoonstruuctionnsitee;theerearreproofessiionaltechnnicalstafffontthepoostfrromthheconnstrucctionsidewithpostcertiificatte.Withsysstems;;thequaliitysuuperviisorsnotffromtthecoonstruuctionnsideearerarellycommetothecconstrructioonsitte;thhereaareteechniccalsttaffoontheeposttfrommtheconsttructiionsiideTheinteensityyoftthemoortarandcconcreeteThetriaalbloockissmadeeaccoordinggtotthesppecifiicatioon.Thheinttensittyismettthereequireementofthheaccceptanncewiithleessdiiscrette.Thetriaalbloockissmadeeaccoordinggtotthesppecifiicatioon.Thheinttensittyismettthereequireementofthheaccceptanncewiithsmmallddiscreete.Theinteensityyismmetthhereqquiremmentooftheeacceeptanccewitthlarrgediiscrette.ThewayofmiixtureethemortaarMixedbyymachhineswithstricctprooportiion.Mixedbyymachhineswithcommoonprooportiion.MixedbyymachhinesormaanualllywitthbaddpropportioonThemasoonrycconstrructioonworrkersThestafffholldingtheppostoofoveertheeinteermediiatellevel,ofwhichhthesenioorlevvelarremorrethaan20%%Thestafffholldingtheppostoofinttermeddiateandsseniorrleveelareenotlessthan70%Thestafffareeabovvetheejuniiorleevel3.0.11 Ifthereinforcedsteelbarinthemasonryseamsetinthemoistureenvironmentorchemicalcorrosivemedium,antisepsisactionmustbeconducted.3.0.12 Duringtheconstructionofthemasonry,theloadofthefloorandtheroofisforbiddentoexceedthepermittedloadvalue.Thetemporarysupportactionshouldbeconductedunderoffloor,whichisthefeed-inplaceoftheconstruction.3.0.13 Theacceptanceofthesubconstructionshouldonthebasisoftheacceptanceoftheinspectingbatch.Thedivisionoftheinspectingbatchcanaccordingtothestepoftheconstruction.3.0.14 Allthemaincontrolleditemsofthemasonryengineeringshouldmeetthespecificationofthiscodewhilebeinginspected;thereshouldbemorethan80%selectedspotofthecommonitemsmeetthespecification,ortheerrorarewithinthepermittedwindagerange.Themortarinthemasonryconstruction4.0.1 Beforethecemententerthesite,inspectionontheintensityandsafetyshouldbeconductedinbatchesshouldbeconducted.Thebatchshouldbedividedaccordingtothesamemanufacture,thesameserialnumber.Whenthereisdoubtonthequalityofthecementduringtheusageorthecementhasbeenmanufacturedmorethanthreemonths(onemonthforfastvulcanizesilicatecement),callbackinspectionshouldbeconductedandusethecementaccordingtotheinspectionresults.Donotmixthecementwithdifferentbrands.4.0.2 Thesandusedinthemortarcannothavehazardoussubstances.Themudproportionofthesandshouldmeetthefollowingrequirements:Forthecementmixturemortar,whichtheintensitygradeismorethanM5,theproportionofthesandshouldnotexceed5%;2 Forthecementmixturemortar,whichtheintensitygradeislessthanM5,theproportionofthesandshouldnotexceed10%;3 Formanuallysand,mountainsandandsuperslendersand,theymustbetestedforcompoundbeforeusetoseeifcanmeettherequirementsofthemasonrymortartechnicalspecification.4.0.3 Thedehydrationscleroseslimecreamcannotbeusedwhilecollocatingthecementlimemortar.4.0.4 Hydratedlimeisforbiddentousedirectlyinthemasonrymortar.
4.0.5 ThewaterusedinthemixtureofthemortarmustmeetthecurrentstatecodeSpecificationsofWaterUsedforMixturetheConcreteJGJ63.4.0.6 Theproportionofthemasonrymortarshouldbeconfirmedbythetestcollocation.Theproportionshouldbeconfirmedagainwhenthecompositionofthemortarchanged.4.0.7 Theintensitygradeofthemortarshouldbeconfirmedoveragainwhenusecementmortarinsteadofcementmixturemortarduringtheconstruction.4.0.8 Whenorganicplasticizingagent,early-strengthadmixture,retarderandantifreezehavebeenaddedintothemortar,theyonlycanbeusedafterinspectedtobequalified.Thereareshouldbetypeinspectionreportofthemasonryintensityfororganicplasticizingagent.4.0.9 Whenmixthemortarattheconstructionsite,thesubmaterialsofeachgroupshouldbecalculatedbyweight.4.0.10 Itshouldusemachinetomixthemasonrymortar,themixturetimeshouldaccordingtothefollowingspecification,calculatingfromthecompletionthematerialsfilling.1. Hereareshouldbemorethantwominutesforcementmortarandcementmixturemortar;Thereareshouldbemorethanthreeminutesforcementpowderandcoalashmortarandmortaraddedwithadditionalcream;Thereareshouldbethreetofiveminutesformortaraddedwithorganicplasticizingagent.4.0.11 Themortarshouldbeusedrightaftermixed.Thecementmortarandcementmixturemortarshouldbeusedwithinthreeandfourhoursrespectively;andwithintwoandthreehoursrespectivelywhenthehighesttemperatureismorethan30Cduringtheconstruction.Note:Forthemortaraddedwithretarder,theusingtimecanbeprolongedaccordingtothespecificsituation.4.0.12 Theintensityqualificationstandardforbuildingmortartestingblockatacceptanceshallmeetwiththefollowingspecifications:Theaveragevalueoftheanti-pressintensityofthesameacceptancebatchshouldbemorethanorthesameasthecubeintensitycorrespondingtothedesignedanti-pressintensitygrade.Thelowestvalueoftheanti-pressintensitygradeofthesameacceptancebatchshouldbemorethanorthesameasthe0.75timesofthecubeintensitycorrespondingtothedesignedanti-pressintensitygrade.Note: 1 Thereareatleasethreegroupsofthetestingbatchesforthesametypeandthesameintensitygradeintheacceptancebatchofthemasonrymortar.Whenthereisonlyonegroupoftestingbatchinthesameacceptancebatch,theaveragevalueoftheanti-pressintensitygrademustbemorethanorthesameasthecubeintensitycorrespondingtothedesignedanti-pressintensitygrade.2.Theintensityofthemortarshouldbeconservedaccordingtothespecificationoftheanti-presstestingresultoftheblockwiththedurationof28d.Thequantityofthespotcheck:Thekindsoftypesandintensitygradesofmasonrymortarforeachtestingbatchwithin250m3masonry,atleastonetimeinspectiononeachmixtureisdemanded.Thewayofinspection:Totakethemortartestingblockattheexitofthemixtureatrandom(onegroupoftestingblockinthesamemixturetime),andtotesttheintensityreportofthetestingblockatlast.4.0.13 Whenthefollowinginstitutionappearsduringthebuildingortheinspection,themortarandtheintensitygradeofthemasonrybodycanbetestedlocally,attheoriginalsiteortakingsamples,toidentifytheintensitygrade.1 Thetestingblockofthemortarislackofrepresentativeorinsufficiency.2 Therearedoubtorconflictontheresultsoftestingblockofthemasonry.3 Theresultsofthemasonrytestingblockcannotmeettherequirementsofthedesign.TheengineeringofthebrickmasonryGeneralregulationsThischapterissuitableforthemasonryengineeringofagglomeratingthecommonbricks,agglomeratingtheperforatedbricks,steamingandpressingthesandlimebricksandtheflyashbricks.Thebricksusedfordrywallsandthesurfaceofthepoleshouldbetrimnessonthecornersandcoloury.Themasonrybodyoftheundergroundorunderthedampproofingcourseshouldnotusetheperforatedbricksintheareasofwithfrostheavingenvironmentorcondition.Thebricksshouldbepourliquidononeortwodaysbeforebuildingthemasonrybody.Thelengthofthespreadingplasmashouldbelessthan750mmwhenusespreadingplasmawhilebuildingthebricks.Thelengthofthespreadingplasmashouldbelessthan500mmwhenthetemperatureisexceed30Cduringtheconstructionterm.Thebrickpilingshouldbecarriedoutonthehighestlayerofbricksofeachlayerofwallof240mmmailwall,stagelevelofthebrickmasonryandtheextrudingcourse.Theseams,whichthebricklayingishigherthanthegirder,shouldbebuiltasthetriangleshape.Thewidthoftheseamsshouldbemorethan5mmonthebottomsurfaceofthegirder;whilebelessthan15mmatthetopsideofthegirder.Thewidthoftheinternaltothearchshouldnotbelessthan20mm.Thereisshouldbe1%coveatthebottomofthearch.Themoulldingboardds,offwhicchtheebriccksarreexcceedinngtheegirdder,oonlyccanbeeremoovedwwhenttheinntensiitygrradeooftheemasoonrysseamiisnottlesssthann50%ofthhedessigneddvaluue.Theholeesofthepperforratedbrickksshoouldbbeuprrighttothhepreessedsurfaacewhhilebbeingbuiltt.Theperiiodoffthesteammedanndpreessedbrickksofshoulldbelongeerthaantweenty-eighttdaysswhillebeiingbuuiltiintheeconsstructtion.Transparrentsseams,,blinndseaamsanndbasstesaarefoorbidddenfoorverrticallseamms.Theconnnectioonofthettemporrarybbrokennparttoftthemaasonryyshouuldbeewashhedclleanbbeforeebeinngrebbuilt,,andtofiillinnthemortaartokeepthesseamsstraigghtanndplaain.Themastterittems5.2.1 Thheinttensittygraadeoffthebrickksanddmorttarmuusttooaccoordwiiththhedessigneddrequuiremeents.Thequanntityofthhetakkeouttsampples:afterrthebrickksofeachmanuffacturrearrrivedtothhebuiildinggsitee,eacchbattchhaave1550,0000pieccesofftheclinkkerbrricks,,50,0000piiecesofthheperrforattedbrricks,,10,0000piiecesofthhesanndlimmbbriicksaandthheflyyashbrickks,assonegroupp.Theequanntityofthhesammplesofthhemassonrytestiingbrricksisacccordiingtoothespeciificattionoof.Testingmethood:toocheccktheetesttingrreporttsofthebbrickssandmortaar.5.2.2 Thhesattiatioonofthemmortarronttheveerticaalseaamsoffthemasonnryshhouldnotbbelesssthaan80%%.Thequanntityofthhetakkeouttsampples:thereeareshoulldbemorethan5parrtsfooreacchtesstingbatchh.Testingmethood:tootestttheareaofthheadhhesiveespooorofthebbottommoftthebrricksandmmortarrwithhhunddred-ggridnnet.TTotesstthrreebrricksoneaachpaartsaandtaakethheaveeragevalueeoftthethhree.5.2.3 Thhecorrnersandcconnecctionofthhemassonrymustbebuuiltaattheesameetimee.Tobuilddtheinsiddeanddoutssidewwallsseparratelyywithhoutaanyavvailabblemeeasureeisfforbiddden.Forttheciircumsstanceeofccannoottobebuuiltaattheesameetimeeandmusttoobbligattetheetempporaryygap,,thegapmmustttobebuilttasiinclinnedsttubblee.Theelenggthoffthevertiicalpprojecctionofthheincclineddstubbblemmustbbelonngertthan22/3offtheheighhtofitsellf.Thequanntityofthhetakkeouttsampples:toteest200%ofincliinedsstubblleofeachtestiingbaatchaandshhouldbemoorethhan5partss.Testingmethood:teestbyyinsppectinng5.2.4 Innthearea,,wherretheegraddeofthennon-annti-eaarthquuakeffortiffyanddantii-eartthquakkeforrtifyissiixanddseveengraade,ttheteemporaarygaapcannbeoobligaatedaasstrraighttstubbbleeexcepttattthecoornersswhennincllinedstubbblecaannottbeoobligaated.Thesstraigghtsttubbleemusttbebbuiltasprrotruddingsstubblle.Thheaggglomerratedreinfforceddsteeelbarrshouuldbeeputinthheplaacewiithsttraighhtstuubblewiththeaamounttof116forreachh120mmmthiickwaall(226reiinforccedstteelbbarfoor1200mmthhickwwall),,thespaceealonnetheeheigghtoffthewallshoulldnottexceeed5000mm.Allttheleengthofthheburried-iinfroomtheestubbblesshoulddnotbeshhorterrthann500mmm,anndshoouldnnotbeeshorrtertthan11000mmmintthearreawhherettheannti-eaarthquuakeffortiffyissixoorsevvengrrade.Thereeshouuldbeebenddcatcchwitth90degreeeanggleatttheendooftheewalll.(Fiig.5..2.4)Fig.Thequanntityofthhetakkeouttsampples:toteest200%ofincliinedsstubblleofeachtestiingbaatchaandshhouldbemoorethhan5partss.Testingmethood:obbserveeandmeasuureThespeccificaationforaapprovval:ttheobbligattedsttubbleeandtheddiametterarrerigght,ttheveerticaalspaaceerrroriislesssthaan1000mm,aandthhelenngthooftheeobliigatioonisalmosstacccordwwithtthesppecifiicatioon.5.2.5
