JS100型双轴搅拌机JS100ModelDualSpindleMixer使用说明书OperationInstruction江苏国能环保设备有限公司JiangsuGuonengEnvironmentProtectionEquipmentCo.,Ltd.一、前言1.Foreword本系列产品主要用于火电厂等部门的灰库灰斗下部作喷水湿式搅拌及输送粉含固体颗粒物料的加湿搅拌和输送Theseriesproductsaremainlyuserforwettypesprayingmixingandconveyingpowdermaterialsatthebottomofdustbunkeranddusthopperinthermalpowerplant,etc.Theproductappliestwospiralbladespindlestoblendandconveypowdermaterialsuniformly.Thedegreeofwetnessmaybecontrolledbymanualadjustablevalvetomeettheapplicablerequirementforconveying.Theseriesproductsalsoareappliedtohumidifyingmixingandconveyingofsolidparticulatematerialsinchemicalindustryandmining,etc.二、技术参数2.Technicalparameters2.1双轴搅拌机型号含义：2.1DualspindlemixermodelandsignificationJS—双轴搅拌机Dualspindlemixer2.2外形尺寸及主要技术参数2.2Maintechnicalparameters&outsidedimension型号Model出力t/hJS100100Outputt/hY200L-62Motormodel22BWY45-29-22Reducermodel三、工作原理及结构特点3.Workingprincipleandstructurefeatures3.1工作原理3.1Workingprinciple的粉煤灰进行搅拌、螺旋输送。Themachinehasapairofmixingspindleswithlargerigidity,therearemultisectorialmixingbladesdistributingonspindlewithacertainspiralangleandscrewpitch.Severalnozzlesaremountedonthetopofblades,whichsprayuniformly;tworigidmixingspindlesrotateinreversetocarryoutmixingandspiralconveyingtouniformhumidifiedflyashes.3.2结构特点3.2Structurefeatures系统密封性好，无飞灰外扬，并在进料口设置挡灰板，防止水雾反串；■Thesealingperformanceofsystemisgood,withoutanyflyashfallingout,andabaffleplateisfittedatinlettopreventwatermist;减速机采用摆线针轮减速机，结构紧凑，占地面积小，传动平稳，噪音低；■Reduceradoptscycloidpinwheelreducer,withcompactstructure,smallcoveringarea,steadydriving,lownoise;搅拌均匀，搅拌叶片呈扇形，搅拌时与介质接触面积大；■Uniformmixing,mixingbladesaresectorial,largecontactareawithmedium;喷嘴多排设置，水量均匀并可调节；■Nozzlesareplacedinmulti-rows,volumeofwaterisuniformandadjustable;剩灰率低，箱体底部的分水岭的设置确保设备内无死角；■Residualrateislower,waterpartinglineatthebottomoftankistoensurenodeadcornerintheequipment;叶片耐磨性好，操作维修方便，运行可靠。■Thewearresistanceofbladesisgood,withconvenientoperationandmaintenance,reliableoperating.四、安装、使用与保养4.Installation,usageandmaintenance4.1安装地脚见地脚图4.1Seefoundationdrawingwheninstalling安装时各地脚铁板应在同一平面上，同时使出料端比进料端低0.5%，各地脚铁板找正紧固后与设备底座框架周边焊接固定，焊角高度不小于10mm。Eachfoundationironplateshallbeinthesamelevelwheninstalling,andtheoutletportshallbe0.5%lowerthaninletport.Fixitwithequipmentbaseframebyweldingaftereachfoundationironplateisinplaceandfixed,theheightofweldlegshallbenotlessthan10mm.4.2安装结束后再全面检查一下紧固件，检查无问题后启动开车检查，再进行空车试运行1~3小时，待一切正常后方可进行投料使用，并仔细观察一段时间，看是否有冲击、异常振动、噪音及漏油等异常情况。4.2Checkthefastenerscompletelyafterfinishinginstalling.Enablestartupinspectionafterthereisnoproblem,thencarryoutemptyvehicletrialrunfor1~3hour,aftereverythingisingoodordercarryoutfeedingandcarefullyobserveforaperiodoftime,whetherthereisabnormalconditionsuchasimpact,abnormalvibration,noiseandoilleakageornot.4.3使用双轴搅拌机应注意各机构的开关顺序，以保证设备的正常运转和理想的搅拌效果。4.3Payattentiontothesequencesofswitchesofeachmechanismwhenusingdualspindlemixertoensurenormaloperationandperfectmixingeffectofequipment.a)双轴搅拌机启动30a)Startelectricalairlockandfeedvalveafterdualspindlemixerstarts30seconds(ifthemixerdoesnotstart,theelectricalairlockstopsworking).b)当关机时，先关电动锁气器，再关给水阀，待物料输送完毕后，再切断搅拌b)Whenshuttingdownthemachine,closedownelectricalairlockatfirst,thenclosefeedvalve,cutoffthepowerofmixerafterfinishingconveyingmaterials(donotcutoffthepowerofmixeruntilclosedowntheelectricalairlock).4.4喷水系统压力尽量保持无多大波动，以保证喷水量的均匀，保持湿度一致，用时仅启闭总给水阀即可。4.4Watersprayingsystempressureshallkeepconstantasmuchaspossibletoensuretheuniformityofwatersprayingandtokeepconsistenthumidity.Itshalladjustmanualballvalvecarefullywhenusingatfirsttime,removehandleafterthehumidityissuitable,therefore,whenusingthemachinenexttime,itisonlytoopenandclosethefeedvalve.4.5在使用过程中如发现异常情况或轴承处过热、油温过高（＞100℃）等应立不可调节过紧以免增加额外负荷和加剧轴径磨损。4.5Ifanyabnormalconditionorbearingoverheating,oiltemperaturetoohigh（＞100℃）isfoundduringusage,itshallstoptocheckatonce.Ifdustorwaterleaksatstuffingbox,itshalladjusttheglandboltproperlyuntilnodustorwaterleaks,donotadjusttootightsoasnottoaddextraloadandtointensifytheabrasionofspindlediameter.5.6每班使用结束后应彻底清洗箱体内及叶片上的残灰，以免残灰干结后降低搅拌效果。5.6Eachshiftshallcleantheinternalpartoftankandresidualdustonbladesafterfinishusingsoasnottoreducethemixingeffectduetodryandhardresidualdust.五、使用注意事项与维护5.Usagenoticeandmaintenance5.1150~30040#1200~3000（3#5.1Whenusingdualspindlemixeratfirsttime,after150~300hoursoperation,itshallreplacethelubricatingoilofreducer(40#machineoil),sonexttimeitshallreplacethelubricatingoilonceper1200~3000hoursoperationaswellasreplacethebearinggrease(3#lithiumbasedgrease).5.2定期检查链条张紧情况和搅拌叶片的磨损情况；5.2Checkthetensionconditionofchainsandthewornconditionofmixingblades.5.3操作人员操作前必须认真阅读使用说明书。5.3
