cingthemanagementlevelofcivilizedconstructionisthekeypoint本工程构件的种类及数量较多,现场容易出现乱堆、乱放的现象,因此,提高施工文明的管理水平、加强施工文明的过程控制,是本工程的一大重点。Thetypesandquantitiesofcomponentsissolargethatit'seasytoputmemberseverywhere,therefore,improvingthemanagementlevelofconstructionofcivilizationandstrengtheningtheconstructionofcivilizationintheprocesscontrolisabigpartofthisproject.应对策略:Countermeasures:制订文明施工措施方案,并严格执行。按照施工组织设计所布置的方案进行施工,不随意乱占道路、场地,做到道路畅通,场地平整,干净。现场临时设施围栏及标牌设置要规范,干净整洁,安全和消防设施齐全,标志醒目。注意环境保护,尽量减少施工给环境带来的污染。1)Makethecivilizedconstructionmeasuresandenforceitstrictly.2)Constructionshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeconstructionorganizationdesignlayoutscheme,donotoccupyroadandvenues,keeptheroadsclean.3)Keeptemporaryfacilitiesandsignsspecified,neatandtidy,safetyandfirecontrolfacilitiesarecompleted,thesymbolismarked.4)Payattentiontoenvironmentalprotectionandreducepollution.1.5工程目标Projectgoals工期目标:满足业主要求。质量目标:实现工程质量合格率100%,达到一次验收合格标准。安全目标:实现零伤害。文明施工目标:符合文明施工要求。Periodgoal:satisfyrequirementsoftheownerandthecontractor.Qualitytarget:realize100%qualifiedrateofengineeringquality,reachqualifiedstandardonceacceptance.Safetygoal:Zeroinjury.Civilizedconstructiongoals:conformtotherequirementsofthecivilizationconstruction.4.施工准备Preliminaryworkforconstruction4.1技术准备Technicalpreparation1、钢结构安装应具备的设计文件:钢结构设计图、建筑图、基础图。Necessarydesigndocuments:design,architecturalandfoundationdrawing.2、钢结构安装前的图纸自审要求:熟悉并掌握设计文件内容、发现设计中影响构件安装的问题、提出与土建和其他专业工程的配合要求。Requirementsfordrawingself-auditbeforeinstallation:Masterallthecontentofdesigndocument,discoverproblemsthatwillinfluencememberinstallation,putforwardcoordinationrequirementwithcivilandotherprofessionalprojects.3、钢结构安装前组织各专业工程之间的图纸会审要求:基础与柱子的坐标应一致、标高应满足柱子的安装要求、确定与其它专业工程设计文件有无矛盾、确定与其他专业工程配合施工程序。Requirementsfordrawingauditofallprofessionalprojectsbeforeinstallation:Coordinatesoffoundationshallbeinconformitywithcolumn’s,elevationshallsatisfyrequirementofcolumninstallation,findoutwhetherthereiscontradictionbetweensteelstructureandotherprofessionalprojects.4、编制施工组织设计和作业指导书并经批准。Compileconstructionorganizationdesignandstandardoperationprocedure(SOP)andthensubmitthemforapproval.5、作好技术交底工作。Technicaldisclosureshouldbeconductedwell.4.2现场人员准备Preparationoffieldforce人员Personneel数量Quantityy备注Remark施工员Consttructiionwoorker1施工过程中根据进进度要求及现现场实际施工工情况进行人人员数量调整整Duringcconstrructioon,theequanntityofwoorkerssshalllbeadjusstedaaccorddingttoschheduleetarggetanndtheeactuualcoonstruuctionnsituuationn.质量员Qulittystaaff2安全员Safettystaaff1测量员Meassurer1普工Generalworkeer40焊工Welder2铆工Riveteer6起重工Liftiingwoorker2电工Electriician1合计Total56所有人员进场前,相关管理人员应提前一天将人员姓名及工种详单提交安全部和质量部备案,特殊作业人员还应提交特殊作业证件的原件。现场作业人员需按要求经过安全等各项培训方可进场作业,特殊作业人员必须持有建设行政主管部门统一颁发的在有效期内的该特殊作业相应的证件(如焊工须持有焊工证,电工须持有电工证,起重指挥须持有起重工证件),焊工需经过现场考核方可进场作业。严禁无证人员或证件过期的人员进行特殊作业。所有人员进入施工现场时,需穿着规定的工作服,正确佩带安全防护用具。未按规定着装严禁进入施工现场,未采取安全防护措施或现场安全防护不到位时,严禁进行相关作业。Beforeallthepersonnelenterthearea,managementpersonnelshouldsubmitthelistofpersonnelnameandprofessiontosafetydepartmentandqualitydepartment.Operatingpersonnelonsiteshouldreceiverelatedtrainingsuchassafetytrainingbeforetheybeginworking.Peoplewhoareengagedinspecialjobshallhavethevalidcertificatebyconstructionadministrativedepartmentsissuedsolely(forexample,weldershallhaveweldercertificate,electricianshallhaveelectriciancertificate,hoistingconductorshallhaveliftingworkcertificate).Weldermustpassthefieldexambeforetheybegintheweldingwork.Workerswithoutlicenseorwithexpiredlicensemustnotconductspecialjob.Oncethepersonnelenterthearea,theyshouldwearregulatedlaborsuitandsafetydevice.Unless,theyareforbiddentoentertheconstructionsiteandconductrelatedjob.4.3工机具准备Preparationofmachinesandtools名称name规格型号sizee数量quantiity备注Remarrks逆变直流焊机DCCweldderZX7-4002全站仪totaal
