我公司根据招标文件和设计图纸的要求,对本项目的施工方案和施工难点进行了细致的探讨,并组织有关技术人员勘察现场,仔细了解现场实际情况,精心编制了本项目的施工组织设计,供贵公司审阅,以指导现场施工。ThisconstructionorganizationexcutionplaniscompletedbasedontheRFP,shopdrawingsandouraboundantconstructionexperiences.Duringthepreparation,weconcludeourexperiencesandlessonsfromthepreviousprojectswhichenablethisproposalimprovedforfeasibility,scientificandreliableinadvancetechnologyandeffectivemeasuressothatthisprojectwillbeperformedwithinscheduleforquality,safetyandcivilizedconstructionunderacleartargetandassurance.本施工组织设计是根据贵公司提供的招标文件、施工图和我公司多年的施工经验编制的。在编制过程中,我们总结了以往类似工程的经验和不足,使方案不断地完善,并力求做到方案切实可行、科学合理、技术先进可靠、措施得力,使本工程在工期、质量、安全、文明施工上有明确的目标和可靠的保证。ThisproposalisthegeneralarrangementfortheworkspecifiedintheRFP.Weendeavortoreducethedifferencefromactualcondtionsandtoimprovethisproposalbyrevisingandsupplementingtheplan.Dependingontheadvantagesinmanpower,management,technologyandequipment,weshallprovideahigh-qualityprojectwithinthescheduletosatifytheowner.

本施工组织设计是对该项目工作内容的总体部署和安排,本施工方案在编制过程中力求减少与现场实际情况的差距,在项目的实施过程中,针对施工现场的实际情况还需对施工组织设计进行更细致的修订和补充,不断加以完善。我们将依靠我公司在人力、管理、技术、装备上的优势恪守合同、精心组织、确保工程质量达到优良,并按期完成本项目施工任务。GENERAL工程概况ItisDegussaMATCHProject,whichincludesMMAunitandMTBEunit.Themainbuildingsareasfollowings:MMAunitincludesMMAworkshop(1-1~1-8/B~Jsection),MAAworkshop(Ⅱ-2~Ⅱ-8/A~Jsection),QL/TPAworkshop(Ⅱ-8~Ⅲ-7/A~Jsection),andIBENworkshopandcompressorfoundation(Ⅳ-1~Ⅳ-14/D~3/K;1~7/A~H).MMAworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis42m,thewidthis12m,andtheheightis19.15m,thereisasteelplatformatthetop,italsoincludepartialequipmentfoundations;MAAworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis45m,thewidthis24m,andtheheightis23.15m,thereisasteelplatformatthetop;QLworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichisconcreteframing,thelengthis36m,thewidthis24m,andtheheightis23.15m,thereisasteelplatformatthetop;TPAworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis12m,thewidthis13.2m,andtheheightis17.65m(partialareais24.45mheight);IBENisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis36m,thewidthis36m,andtheheightis22.15m,andallthesecondarybeamaresteelbeam;MTBEworkshopisathree-storiedbuildingwhichissteelconcreteframing,thelengthis36m,thewidthis15m,andtheheightis16.118m,andallthesecondarybeamaresteelbeam.Theearthquakeintensityofquake-proofis7,andthequake-proofgradefortheentiremainbuildingaresecond,fireprooflimitingforframingstructureisatleast1.5hour.RebarusesHPB235andHRB335;TheconcretetypeforfoundationloadingtableisC30,insertdepththatpileblockanchorsintoloadingtableis100mm,setupC15leanconcretematbaseunderthetable,thicknessis100mm,eachsideis100mmwiderthanfoundation.ThebaseforequipmentfoundationisC40sandconcreteorno-shrinkcement-basedhigh-strengthgroutedmaterial;thetopshouldbeleveledbygrouting.Theconcreteimperviousgradefortank,waterbasinandpit,etcaccessorialbuildingisS6.PartofsectionsteelandsteelplateusesQ235B;thesurfaceisgalvanizingbydippinganddoestheanti-corrosivetreatment.Thewatersupplyandseweragedesignincludesfirewastewater,organicwasterwaterdrainageandrainwaterdrainageforbuilding,etc.Theelectricworksmainlyincludesgroundingforlighteningsystemforeachbuilding.本工程为德固赛Match项目,包括MMA子项目和MTBE子项目。主要建筑物:MMA子项目包括MMA工段厂房(1-1~1-8/B~J部分),MAA工段厂房(Ⅱ-2~Ⅱ-8/A~J部分),QL/TPA工段厂房(Ⅱ-8~Ⅲ-7/A~J部分),IBEN工段厂房和压缩机基础(Ⅳ-1~Ⅳ-14/D~3/K;1~7/A~H)。MMA工段厂房是一个三层钢砼框架建筑,42米长,12米宽和19.15米高,顶部有钢平台,同时包含有部分设备基础;MAA工段厂房是一个三层钢砼框架建筑,长45米,宽24米,高19.15米,顶部有钢平台;QL工段是一个三层砼框架建筑,长36米,宽24米,高19.15米,顶部有钢平台;TPA工段是一个三层钢砼框架建筑,长12米,宽13.2米,高17.65米(局部高24.45m);IBEN工段是一个三层钢砼框架建筑,长36米,宽36米,高22.15米,所有的次梁均为钢梁。MTBE厂房项目是一个三层钢砼框架建筑,长36米,宽15米,高16.118米,所有次梁均为钢梁。本工程的抗震设防烈度为7度,主要建筑单体的抗震等级均为二级,框架结构耐火极限不低于1.5小时,钢筋采用HPB235和HRB335两种。基础承台混凝土等级为C30,桩顶锚入承台100㎜,下设C15素混凝土垫层,厚度100㎜,每边宽出基础100㎜。设备基础底座为C40细石混凝土或无收缩水泥基高强灌浆料,顶面须灌浆找平。水池、集水坑、地坑等附属设施混凝土抗渗等级S6。钢结构部分型钢和钢板采用Q235B,表面热浸镀锌并进行防腐处理。给排水设计包括建筑物消防废水排水、有机废水排水、雨水排放等系统。电气内容主要为各建筑单体的防雷接地系统。ORGANIZATIONOFPROJECTDEPARTMENT项目部组织机构ThisprojecthereishandledtotallybyourcompanyandsetupDegussaMATCHProjectDept.,whichexecutetheproject'sorganizationandconstructionwork.Themainlaborresourceistheconstructionalcompany,whichwebelongtopersonnelinprojectarecomposedbytechniciansandadministerwhohaverichexpensesinprojectmanagement.

项目经理:是代表公司全面执行项目合同的全权代表人,行使并承担项目合同中规定的由我方履行的权利和义务。负责合同规定的工作范围、内容和约定的工程工期、质量标准、安全要求,全面完成项目建设任务。ConstructionManager:Afterenteringthesite,astherepresentativeofProjectManagertobethesiterepresentativeofthecompany,hewillcoordinateallthesiteconstruction,safetymanagement,civilizedconstruction,andworkingquotaandequipmentmanagement.

现场经理:在进驻现场之后,作为公司在现场的代表,代表项目经理全面负责和协调现场施工、安全、文明施工、劳动定额、设备等。ContractManager:Inchargeofthecontract,budget,cost,andaccountclosingandrestrictedfinancialaffairs.

合同经理:负责项目工程的合同、预算、成本、结算及内部财务工作。SafetyManager:Workindependence,befullyresponsibleforcoordinatingsitesafetyworkandcivilizedwork.Takepartintheconstructionplan,sitesafetylessonandtraining,establishingofsitefirefighting,firstaidanddealingwithanyincidenthappening.

安全经理:独立工作,全面负责和协调现场安全施工、文明施工,参与施工方案的制定,负责现场安全教育和培训,建立现场的消防、急救设施,处理现场发生的安全问题。ConstructionManager:Beresponsibleforimplementingthecontractandperformingworkwithinresponsibilityscopeaccordingareasanddisciplinesofprojectdepartment.施工经理:根据项目部的区域和专业划分,负责组织本责任区内合同工作的实施。PurchaseManager:Inchargeofprojectmaterialscontrolincludesmaterialplan,materialpurchase,materialkeepinganddelivery;materialtransportation,qualitycontrolandsupervisethesitewarehousesituations.

材料经理:负责项目的材料控制工作,包括物资计划、采购、保管与发放,材料的运输、质量控制,对现场材料库存状况的监控。QualityManager:Techniquemanagement,Qualitysupervisionandconstructionmanagement.Inchargeofsupervisingofthequalitypolicyandregulationsexecutionduringthecontractperiodinordertoguaranteethequalityaspertherequirementofdesignandconstructionacceptancecode.

质量经理:技术、质量监督及施工,负责在合同项目中正确贯彻公司的质量方针和质量手册,保证工程质量符合设计及施工验收规范要求。Projectcontrolmanager:Beresponsibleforprogresscontrol,completingworkschedule,dynamicmanagementandmonitoringchangesofworkprogress,materialsandlaborhourstoprovidetechnologyassistanceforthemodificationofprogressschedule.进度控制经理:负责项目部的进度控制,按照管理公司的进度要求制订相关的工作进度计划,动态管理和监督施工进度、材料和人工时的变化,为项目部调整进度计划提供技术支持。PREPARATIONOFCONSTRUCTION施工准备TechnicalPreparation技术准备Priortotheformalconstruction,thechiefengineershallorganizetheengineeringtechnicians,constructionstaffsandthequalityinspectorstoacquaintthemselveswiththedrawings,makeself-checkofthedrawingsandmakeself-checkrecords.Attendthedrawingjointcheckupofthedrawingsanddesignexplanationmeetingorganizedbytheclient.Iftherewereissuesunderdrawingcheckingprogress,communicatewiththedesigninstitutiontoreachreconcileeachother,Allthesettledproblemsshallbedocumentedandsignedbyeachpartyasamendmentfiles.在正式施工之前,项目总工程师组织工程技术人员、施工人员、质量管理人员熟悉图纸,进行图纸自审,并作好自审记录。参加由业主组织的图纸会审、设计交底,同时把图纸自审中发现的问题与设计院进行沟通,达成共识,解决了的问题要形成书面文件,并进行几方的签字认可,作为设计补充文件。Basingonthedesigndrawingandconstructionacceptancecode,organizeengineeringtechnican,QA/QAsupervisor,managingstaff,safetystaffandpurchasingstafftodeveloptheconstructionorgnazitionexcutionplan.ThensubmittoEPCMCompanyforreviewandapproval.AfterreleaseoftheplanbyEPCMCompany,distributethedocumentstodepartmentswhichareinvolvedin.Makesureeachconstructionmethodofthisprojectisclearlyunderstoodinordertosuccessfullycompleteconstructionintime.依据设计图纸及施工验收规范组织工程技术人员、质量检查人员、施工管理人员、安全人员、材料供应人员编制施工组织设计,并上报管理公司及监理公司进行审批,批准后下发各管理部门进行认真学习,吃透每一项工程的施工方法,保质保量按时完成施工任务。OrganizeTechnicalExplanation:Theexplanationmustbecomprehensiveincludingconstructionprocedure,method,mainpointandnoticeofeachsubiteminordertomakesuretheconstructionwillbeperformedinorderandwillnotbereworked.Clearlyexplainandshowthedifficultconstructionmethodswhicharenotfollowedbyconstructionpeople.Theeffectivemethodcomingfromtherealpractiseshouldbespreaded.Thepeoplewhoattendtheexplainationshouldhavewrittenrecord.Theconstructionstaffshallnotbegintheirworkuntiltheymasterdesignideas.

组织技术交底:技术交底工作必须是全面的,包括每一分项工程的施工顺序、作业方法、要点、注意事项,确保所有从事施工管理的人员及施工操作人员都明了工作程序、方法,作到工作有条不紊,不做返工活,保证工程质量及工程进度的全面执行。对于操作人员不明了的施工方法要详细加以解释,并在现场作示范以使其明了;对于在沟通过程中发现的行之有效的好方法加以采纳,对所有参与接受交底的人员要有书面记录。施工班组必须在接受技术交底并领会设计意图后才能施工。Maketheconstructiondrawingsbudgetbasedontheconstructiondrawingsandconstructionmethodandfinishtheconstructionbudgetusedtoguideconstruction.Calculateconstructionquantityofeachsub-worksanddevelopmaterial,constructiontoolsandequipmentprocurementplanforthepreparationofthisproject.Theaboveworksarecommencedandperformedinorderastheplannow.与此同时根据施工图纸,施工方案、作业措施方法编制施工图预算和用于指导施工的施工预算,计算各分项工程实物量及原材料需用量,提出材料、施工机具、设备需要量计划供材料供应部门进行采购、租赁,为开展施工作好前期的准备工作,目前这些工作已陆续展开,并按计划进行。Organization组织准备Afterourproposalisaccepted,setuptheProjectDepartmentimmediately,makegoodconstructionpreparation.Takeadvantageofourcompany’ssuperioritytomeettheprojectrequirementsforlaborandmachinery.Allpeopleofthisprojectareinpositiontoperformtheirrespectiveobligationatpresent.组建项目经理部,进行详细分工并做好施工准备,利用本公司优势,从劳动力、机械上确保本工程的需要,目前项目部所有人员已就位,正各司其职展开工作。SitePreparation现场准备Accordingtothegenerallayouttoarrangethetemporaryfacilities,suchassiteoffice,storage,exposedyard,structureshopandtowercraneetc.Theirexactlocationswillbesubjecttotheapprovalofthemanagementcompany.

按照施工总平面图,布置现场办公室、材料库、露天堆料场、结构加工场、塔吊等临时设施。具体位置的确定需由管理公司认可后方可实行。Workareaseparation:Beforecommencement,erectfencewithmetalcladdingandsupportingwithsteelpipetoseparatetheworkareaandotherareastofacilitatethemanagementandtheprotectionoftheexistingstructuresduringconstructionperiod.

施工区域隔离,开工前,使用钢管作支撑,彩钢板作围护,将施工区域和其它区域划分出来,以利于施工期间管理及对原建筑的保护。Finishthe“Fourthroughandonelevel”workandsitefirefacilitiesinstallationworkinadvancetocreatadvantagedconditionforformalconstruction.开工前,完成现场的“四通一平”及现场消防设施布置工作,为正式施工创造有利的作业环境。Reasonablyarrangethetemporaryroad,sitetemporarywatersupply&drainagepiping,powerandtelecommunicationlinetoensuretheconstructiontoproceedsmoothly.Theseworksareinprogressnowtoguaranteeeachfacilityinqualifiedconditionbeforeexcavation.

为了保证施工正常进行,在厂区合理布置临时道路,现场临时给排水路,电路和通讯线路,目前这些工作正在进行,保证正式开挖前完成各项设施的布设。Constructionsurvey:Accordingtothesitecontrolpointdeliveredbytheownerrepresentative,surveythecontrolsquaregrid.Onlyafterapprovalbythelocalsupervisioncompanyandsurveyingdepartment,thecontrolpointandsquaregridcanbeputintooperation.Protectthesitecontrolpointsduringtheconstructiontopreventthemfrombeingdamagedbytheconstructionmechanismandvehicles.Regularlyresurveythelocationandelevationofthesitecontrolpoints.

施工测量:根据业主代表移交的现场控制点,进行控制方格网的施测,施测完成报请监理公司及当地测量部门进行检查,确认无误方可交付使用。施工期间要对控制点做好保护,防止机械和车辆造成的损坏。定期复测现场控制点的位置和标高。Preparationfortheseasonalconstruction:Theconstructionperiodisevenasthelocalrainyseason.Sothetemporarydewartingfacilitiesshouldbeequippedsufficiently.Purchaseanti-watercoveringformaterialsinadvance.

做好季节性施工准备:本工程施工高峰正逢雨季,为此现场要作好临时排水措施,材料要作好防雨淋覆盖工作,相应的材料须提前采购。LaborOrganization劳动力组织Establishsystematicprojectorganizationchartandensuretheworkpostsarecomplete,managementistightandtheresponsibilitiesareclearlyclassifiedtoensuretheprogressofthework.

由管理公司移交的平面控制点办理完交接手续,并对现场控制点做好保护。由控制点引出建筑物两个方向的控制轴线,所有控制线的两侧都应重新做控制点,建立控制网,并做红三角标记加以保护。Thesurveyprecisionofthecontrolpoints控制点施测精度:Sidesurvey:twicesurveysbyGTS-311totalstation,theerrorofthesidesurveyis≤±2mm.

测角:由全站仪两测回取平均值,测角中误差≤±4"。BasedonthealtitudecontrolpointsbeingprovidedbyMWP,setupacertainnumberofaltitudecontrolpointsaroundthebuildingstomeasureandsurveytheelevationofbuilding,architectureandequipmentfoundation.Theelevationpointsoffloorshigherthan2ndfloorshallbesetwithsteelrulers,theestablishmentofelevationpointsshallbemeasuredpreciselyfrom±0.00everytime(note:thesteelrulersshouldkeepinverticaldirectionstrictlytoguaranteetheprecisionoftheelevationtransmission).

根据管理公司移交的高程控制点,在建筑物周围引测若干高程控制点,以这些高程控制点为基础进行建筑物、构筑物、设备基础的标高测设。二层以上楼层标高使用钢尺引测,每次以±0.00起向上精密丈量,注意测设时须保证钢尺的垂直,不能斜着拉尺,以保证标高传递的准确。Duringconstruction,arrangespecialfull-timepeopletocheckthecoordinateandelevationofcontrolpointsinregularlytoavoidexecutingbymistakeduetomovingfromtheequipmentorvehicles.

根据本工程的特点,施工测量控制网布设成矩形网,其中含长轴基准点、短轴基准点、距离指标桩、高程控制点。基准点、距离指标桩和高程控制点都采用现浇钢筋砼标准。Theaxissurveymethodsshallbeadoptedintheplanecontrolnetwork.FirstlylocateallpointsofthelongaxisfromtheguidingpointofclassIconstructioncontrolnetworkandalignthemtothesamelinewithintheaccuracyaccordingtotheregulations.Thenmeasureandlocateallpointsontheshortaxisbasedonthelongaxis.Finallymeasureandlocatethefouranglepilesonthefoursidesoftherectangle.Adoptthemethodofdifferencetolocatetheindicationpilesofdistancealongwiththefoursidesandtolocatetheindicationpilesofdistanceonthelongaxis.

平面控制网的测量:采用轴线法测设。先从一级施工控制网导点定出长轴线上各点,按照规范要求将其调整到精度内的一条直线上。然后由长
