锅炉各转动机械轴承冷却水系统BoilerrotarymechanicalbearingCoolingwatersystem1.2一次风机的调试与运行1.2Commissioningandoperationofprimaryairfan1.2.1 一次风机调试前的准备工作1.2.1Preparationbeforecommissioningofprimaryairfan1)详细检查所有螺栓是否紧固。1)Detailedlyinspectwhetherallboltsaretightenedornot.2)检查叶轮、进口导叶调节门与电动机的旋转方向是否正确。2)Inspectwhethertherotationdirectionsofimpeller,adjustablevalveofinletimpellerandmotorarecorrectornot.3)检查机壳、进气箱和进出口管道是否遗留下杂物。

5)Putindynamicpowersupplyofprimaryairfan,softstart-up.6)开启一次风机出口挡板。
6)Opentheoutletdamperofprimaryairfan.7)正常停炉时可反相操作。
7)Duringnormalshutdown,itcanbeoperatedinainverseorder.1.2.4 立即停车事件1.2.4Emergencyshutdown1)风机或电动机启动时有明显的异常现象或摩擦声响。

1.2.1 增压风机调试前的准备工作1.2.1Preparationworkbeforeboosterfancommission1)详细检查所有螺栓是否紧固。1)Thoroughlycheckwhetheralltheboltsarefastened.2)检查叶轮、进口导叶调节门与电动机的旋转方向是否正确。2)Checkwhethertherotationdirectionsofimpeller,governingvalveofinletguidevaneandthegeneratorareright.3)检查机壳和进出口管道是否遗留下杂物。3)Checkwhetherimpuritiesremainintheenclosure,inletandoutletpipes.4)检查仪表连接是否正确。4)Checkwhethertheinstrumentsconnectionisright.1.2.2 增压风机导叶调节门传动机构的调试1.2.2Thecommissionofdrivingorganontheguidevanegoverningvalveofboosterfan1)在调节门处于关闭位置的情况下,检查调节杆的位置是否正确,规定调节门的相邻叶片必须接触,如果检查下来相邻叶片不互相接触,必须加以调整和固定。1)Asthegoverningvalveisclosed,checkwhetherthepositionofadjustingrodiscorrect,itisregulatedthattheadjacentbladesofgoverningvalvemustconnectwitheachother,otherwise,theymustbeadjustedandfastened.2)调节门的设计方向与叶轮的旋转方向相同,即在调节门关闭的情况下,介质的预流动方向与叶轮的旋转方向相同。2)Thedesigndirectionofgoverningvalveshouldbethesameastherotationdirectionofimpeller,thatistosay,asthegoverningvalveisclosed,thepreflowingdirectionofmediumshouldbethesameastherotationdirectionofimpeller.3)必须对传动机构联杆长度进行调节,保证电动执行机构的行程要满足调节门全开和全闭的需要。3)Itisrequiredtoadjustthelinklengthofdrivingorgantoensurethestrokeofelectricactuatortosatisfytherequirementsoffullopeningandclosingofgoverningvalve.4)在风机启动之前,调节门必须关闭。4)Thegoverningvalvemustbeclosedbeforethefanisstarted.1.2.3 增压风机的联动试车1.2.3Interlockedtestrunningofboosterfan1) 风机应在无载荷的情况下启动,即关闭风机的进口调节门,并将风机出口管道中的阀门开启,以防止电机过载。风机在调节门关闭的情况下,运行时间不得过长。如情况良好,在风机达到额定转速后,再将调节门逐渐开启,以达到风机的设计额定工况点。1)Thefanshouldbestartedinano-loadcondition,thatistosay,closetheinletgoverningvalveoffanandstartupthevalveintheoutletpipeoffantoavoidoverloadofmotor.Asthegoverningvalveisclosed,theoperationtimeoffanshouldnotbetoolong.Iftheconditionisgood,graduallystartthegoverningvalveafterthefanhasachievedtheratedrotationspeedtoreachthedesignratedoperationpointoffan.2) 在风机运行过程中,注意监控轴承的温度。轴承的温度在达到稳定之前的最初几个小时之内,温度值会直线上升,但随后会稳定在一个温度值。运行过程中,轴承温升不得超过80℃。注意监控轴承部的均方根振速测定值,其值不得超过4.0mm/s。2)Intheprocessoffanoperation,payattentiontosupervisingthetemperatureofbearing,whichwillriseinastraightlineinthefirstseveralhoursbeforebecomingstable,however,itwillbestableatacertainvalue.Thebearingtemperatureshouldnotexceed80℃intheprocessofoperation.Trytomonitortherootmeansquaremeasuredvalueofvibrationspeed,whichshouldnotbeover4.0mm/s.3)风机的联动试车时间不得低于72小时。3)Theinterlockedtestrunningtimeoffanshouldbenolessthan72hours.4)增压风机应投焦之前启动。4)Boosterfanshouldbestartedbeforefeedingspongecoal.5)风压、风量根据播焦情况来调节风道旁路。5)Forairpressureandairflow,adjusttheairductbypassaccordingtocoalspreadingconditions.1.2.4立即停车事件1.2.4Immediateshutdownaccident1)风机或电动机启动时有明显的异常现象或摩擦声响。1)Obviousabnormalphenomenonorfractionsoundisfoundasthefanormotorisstarted.2)风机轴承温度、轴承的振动超过规定值。Thebearingtemperatureandvibrationoffanexceedthestatedvalue.3)调节门的调节失灵。Theadjustmentofgoverningvalveisoutofwork.4)电动机突然过载。Suddenoverloadofmotorhappens.5)涉及人身和机组安全的其它意外情况Otheraccidentsinvolvepersonnelandunitsafety.
增压风机的主要故障及原因
1.3Mainfaultsofboosterfanandcauses

plannedshutdown.临时停机期间的检修3.4.2Maintenanceduringtemporaryshutdown如果机组的其它设备在风机计划处停机,那么这个机会应用于风机的检修。风机主要的磨损件(密封、轴承等)需借此机会检查一下。手工清除叶轮杂质,检查叶轮的磨损状况。Ifotherdevicesofunitshutdowninaplannedsituation,thischanceshouldapplytomaintenanceoffan.Themainwearingparts(suchasseal,bearingandsoon)offanneedtobecheckedbythischance.Manuallygetridofforeignmattersofimpellerandchecktheabrasionofit.计划停机期间的检修3.4.3Maintenanceintheperiodofplannedshutdown计划停机时间的检修计划停机时间,所做的工作应使风机能够无故障运行到下一个计划停机期。我们建议做如下工作:Duringtheperiodofplannedshutdown,theworkistomakethefanoperatetonextperiodofplannedshutdownwithoutfault.Wesuggestthatfollowingworksshouldbedone:1)检查叶轮杂质并清除1)Checkandeliminateforeignmattersofimpeller.2)检查叶轮的磨损状况2)Checktheabrasionofimpeller.3)更换轴承的润滑油3)Replacethelubricatingoilofbearing.4)检查风机各处密封,如损坏则更换4)Checkallsealsoffan,andreplacedamagedones.5)检查联轴器的性能5)Checktheperformanceofcoupling.6)检查膨胀节的磨损情况6)Checktheabrasionofexpansionjoint.7)清理风机机壳、进气箱及管道风机进行试运转后,完成检修。7)Cleantheshelloffan,airintakeboxandpipes.Themaintenanceisfinishedafterthecommissioningoffanisdone.1.锅炉的巡回检查1.Patrolinspectionofboiler

1)Boilerexpansionjoint:inspectwhethertheexpansionjointleaksorisabradedornot,whetherthescrewofflangeislooseornotandwhetherthepositionofsafetyrodalignsandstrainsornot.2)锅炉汽包:检查锅炉汽包连接有无泄漏,检查汽包上的压力表,并于控制室的压力进行校对,检查连排阀是否有泄漏,检查各水位计是否清晰,并正常投入,检查安全门是否备用和泄漏,是否有异物卡设现象。2)Boilersteamdrum:inspectwhethertheconnecti
