Abstract:Withtheadventoftheinformationage,networktechnologywidelyappliedtovariousaspectsoflife.Urbanpublicfacilitiesasacityanindispensableelementinthedesignshouldbebrokenthroughthetraditional‘citystreetdecorations’concept,theintroductionofInternettechnology,sothatithasmorefeatures,sothatpeople-oriented,sothatpeople’slivesmoreconvenientandefficient.

1Introduction

Astheeconomycontinuestodevelop,people’slifequalityoftheenvironmenthavebecomeincreasinglydemandinganddiversepublicfacilitiestosupportastrongpeople’soutdoorliving,urbanconstructionandimprovementofpublicfacilitieshasbeenapressingneed.

Second,urbanpublicfacilities,thestatusquo

Urbanpublicfacilities,usuallyreferstotheshelters,seats,bins,streetlamps,allkindsofkiosks,publictoilets,publicbulletinboard,mapguidecard,telephoneboothsandsomakelifeeasierforpeopletoprovideafixedfacility,isusedincitiesuptothemostwidelydistributed,andtheclosestcontactwiththecrowdofpublicfacilitiesthat,withitsuniquefeaturesthroughoutthecity’sstreets.

Humansocietyinthe21stcenturyagointotheinformationage,informationage,rapideconomicdevelopment,promoteChina’surbanconstructionisatanunprecedentedscaleandspeedoftheforwarddevelopmentofurbanpublicfacilitiesasasymbolofurbancultureandtheimageshouldnotjustbethecity’sdecorations,creatingacomfortableenvironment;thefunctionshouldbediversifiedtomeetthediverseneedsofmodernmantoguidedevelopmentofthecity.Therefore,wemusttakefullaccountofpublicfacilitiesdesignproblems.Infact,thedevelopmentofpublicfacilitiesintheareahasbecomeanurbandevelopmentprojectsinmanycountriesofthedesignprinciples,andisalsoconsideredthecontemporaryarchitectshouldbearthesocialandpoliticalresponsibility.

Third,thedesignoftheInformationAge

Sincethe20thcentury,70years,computerintelligenceandinformationontheextentofintegrationhasbeengreatdevelopment,manyofthewisestpeopletheknowledgeandskillscanbecompiledwithintheprogramenterthemachine,andcanfollowtheinstructionswithouterrorinitscomingoutofthemachinetoreproduceintoaperson’smentors.Isdesignedtobecarriedoutbypeoplefromthe‘Information’toproceed,willpeoplethroughsensationandperceptionacquiredknowledgeofthingsanditsroleasadesigneffectofthefundamentalvalueofpromotingtheproductsofintelligentandhumanaffinity.

Fromtheindustrialdesignpointofview,designisessentiallyanartificialcreationofthecreationofbehavioris‘tocreateamorereasonablesurvival(using)mode’.Nowthecommunityistoparticipateintheincreasinglydemandingnatureofhighperformanceinpublicfacilitiesisthatthepeopleasmuchaspossibletousethesepublicfacilities,theenjoymentofthesepublicfacilitiestobringthefun.Canparticipateinandgoodpublicfacilitiesandhighqualityuserexperiencemakeitdifficulttoeverforgetit,peoplecanfeeltheuseofthefun.‘Experiencetheeraof’thearrivalofpeopleontheproductfeatureshavebecomeincreasinglydemanding,theuserexperiencecapabilitiesnecessarytobecomeafutureproductfeatures.

4,theinformationeratrendofdevelopmentofpublicfacilities

Modernpublicfacilitiesisanintegrated,holisticorganicconcept.Peopleusedtobreakthemsimplyforpracticalordecorativetwocategories,infactfunctionsofurbanpublicfacilities,therearefourcharacteristics:thebasicnature,theenvironment,decorative,compound.Intheinformationageoftoday,informationresourcesinpeople’slivesplayacrucialrole,somerelyasanurbanessentialpublicfacilities,the‘hardware’isnotenoughtodealwithinfuturedesignsshouldbemorefocuson‘software’applications.Thefollowingarecloselyrelatedwithpeople’slivestotalkaboutseveralaspectsoftheinformationage,urbanpublicfacilitiesinthenexttrends.

(A)UrbanIndicatorsSystemDesign

Directedsystembelongstothefieldofurbanpublicfacilities,publicwelfarevisualconductionsystem,withhelpingpeopleforspecifictargetaudiences,suchasspatiallocationandenvironmentalcharacteristicsofeffectiveguidelinesandidentifytherole,butalsomadeavailabletothepeopleactiveinmorphologyandfunctionoftheenvironmentduringtheroleofdirectknowledgeandhelp.Successfulandeffective‘urbanfacilities’visualtransmissiondesignnecessarilyconstitutetheurbanenvironmentindifferentperiodsofthepublicnatureoffunctionaldesignandtheconceptofthepublicnatureofculturecomplex.Theyprovidethepublicwithconvenientalsoimperceptiblyaffectpeople’saestheticideasandbehaviorpatterns,thusbringingtheartsandcultureintomostpeople’slivesinanyonecommunity,parks,theaters,museums,hospitals,commercialbuildings,schools,company,thestation.Repostedelsewhereinthepaperforfreedownload

Inthemoderninformationsociety,highlydevelopedtechnicalsupport,dailylife,greatchangesaretakingplaceinus,forthetravelrequirements,moreoftenasinthepasthasbeenimpossibletocompletealonememorytoreachthedestinationprocess.Andtransporttechnologyadvances,humanbeingscanbeachievedatlowcostinaveryshortperiodoftimetocrosstheoceantoreachadifferentcountryorregion.Inotherwords,thefuturesocietywiththeeconomicandculturalexchangestofurtherdevelop,withdifferentraces,differentcountriesandexchangeswillbecontinuouslyexpanded.Whenwetravel,foracompletelyunfamiliarenvironment,howeasyaccesstomuch-neededoperationalsupportmustbereviewedbeforetravelinformationisalsoaproblem.So,justbyvirtueoftraditioninordertoconveytheimageofVIforthepurposeofthesystem,itwillbedifficulttocompleteforpeoplefromdifferentgeographicaloperationalsupportfunctions.

Tosolvethisproblemcanbeconsideredinthecitystreetstodesignpositioningandnavigationfacilities,moderncity,althoughinsomeGongjiaozhanpaiconfiguredonthemapandstationlines,butmanyaspectsoftheinstructionsarenotclear,butalsoforforeigntourists,thelanguageDifferentwords,theinformationcannotbeidentified,removalofunreasonablesignage,designofelectronicpositioningandnavigationfacilitiesisthetrendofdevelopment,itsapplicationeasyandefficient.Setadifferentlanguagelayoutstomeettheneedsofpeopleofdifferentregions,touch-screentricksFreelanderquicklyknowtheirlocation,andhowtoreachthedestination,notonlytomeettheneedsofthecitypeople’slives,andbeautifytheurbanenvironment,improvetheurbantaste,tothetheworld’speopleleaveagoodimpression.

(B)Theend-resultofmobilephonesonthestreets-newtelephonebooths

Withthepopularityofmobilephones,oncethemuch-lovedstreetICpublictelephonesaregraduallybeingignoredandforgotten,andevenvandalism.

Accordingtostatistics,since2004,somebigcitiesinChina,anaverageoftwoandahalfday,publictelephonesdamaged,stolen,thevalueofthefacilitiestotaledmorethan500millionyuan.Atthesametime,mostareoldbrokentelephones.Pavilionstainsstained,phonecardstofadejackDepartmenthaslargerustGehrypavilionclosetothewiderangeofadvertising-handledplates,handledocuments,recruitmentphone.Tingtheoriginalcovernotedescribesthemethodologyusedwas‘psoriasis’cover.Thisboothhasnotplayedtheroletobeplayedalsoaffectedtheurbanlandscape.Somepeoplethinkweshouldabolishthephoneboothset,butafterall,hasnotyetreachedour‘mobilephonemanuala’levelofdevelopmentofthetelecommunicationssectorhavetostudyforforeignworkersandthestudentsweremoreoff-siteconsiderations,theyneedtoICbooth.

Therefore,aswellasfull-featuredtelephoneboothplacedtheissueisthefocusofthedesignershouldconsider.Usageofmobilephonesisfarhigherthanthephonebooth,buttakingintoaccounttheneedsofsomegroups,telephoneboothscannotbecanceled,itcanbeconsideredversatilephonebooth,thenplaceinaboothsetupmobilephonestreetchargingfacilitiesandsaleofprepaidcallingcardvendingmachines,designbytakingintoaccountsecurity,whenchargingthephone,youcansetapasswordboxstorecellphones,sothemachineislost.Designedtosolvethepeople’snewtelephoneboothoutsideofcommunicationstoensureaccurateandrapidtransmissionofinformation.

Youcanalsodrawonsomeexperienceofdevelopedcountries,inJapan,peoplecannotreadtheadvertsforfreeplaytelephones,thetwocompaniesplantousethreeyearsinJapan,Chinasetup100,000freetelephones.Itisunderstoodthatthisfreepublictelephonecall,theuserfirstwinmicrophonedialphonenumbers,afterwhichwillappearontheLCDscreenabout15secondsofaudio-visualandShigeruads,advertisingafterthecallwillbeconnected.Ifyoucallafixedtelephone,youcanmakefreecallsto9minutes;ifyoudialthephone,youcanmakefreecallsofupto1minute.Nodoubtthisconceptcanachieveawin-winpurpose,worthlearningfrom.
