“-4”meanswiredport,thegenerallengthofconnectionwiredteethis1.3cm-3cm.andthewredportconnectedshouldbeouter3~4teeth,anditcanbeconnectedwithnormalwiredfor“4”andupper.“-4”为丝口连接，一般连接丝牙长度为1.3cm-3cm，而且丝口连接后丝牙应外露3~4牙，4”以上可以用法丝连接。1.1.2Theconjunctionmaterialsareunsinteredtape,ramiesilk,thickwhitepaint,andanti-oxygensealants。连口材料为生料带、麻丝、厚白漆、厌氧性密封剂。1.1.3Thegalvanizationpipelinemustusethegalvanizationfittings;thedamagedgalvanizationpartmustbeembalmed.镀锌管道还必须得用镀锌配件，损坏镀锌层部分的要加以防腐处理。1.1.4Thepipekeepsthedistanceof1.5cm~2cmawayfromthewall,andtheeverylevelofpipeclipshouldbebetween1.4cmand1.6cm,thepipeclipisplacedatthedistanceof15cmawayfromeverycross,andthestentsshouldbeusedifthepipesaremorethan25.管边离墙1.5cm~2cm，管卡每层应在1.4cm~1.6cm之间，每转弯出15cm左右设管卡，大于25管要用支架。1.1.5Theverticalityoftheedgeofpotablewaterpipeshouldbeminorthan2mm.上水管边每层垂直度不得大于2mm.1.1.6Thepipeclipisplacedatthedistanceof10~15cmawayfromeverycrossofsubpipe,Uclipshouldbeusedifthepipesaremorethan40:支管每转弯处10~15cm设管卡，大于40以用U型卡固定：1520253240502.5m3m4.5m4m4.5m5m1.1.7Theflextieshouldbeusedwhenthewaterpipecrossthesettlementjoint.水管过沉降缝时要用伸缩接头。1.1.8Theshockproofjointsshouldbeusedwhenthepipesarenearthewatermercuryormechanicalperipherals.水管在靠近水汞或机械周围的全部用防震接头1.1.9Whenthecoldwaterpipesareparallelwiththehotwaterpipes,thehotwaterpipesshouldbeabovethecoldwaterpipes;whenthecoldwaterpipesareverticlewiththehotwaterpipes,thehotwaterpipesshouldbeattherightsideofthecoldwaterpipes.水管与热水管平行走时，热水管在冷水上面，水管与热水管垂直走时，热水管在冷水右边。1.1.10Thepressureofservicepipesisbetween0.6and0.8mp@.给水管打压一般在0.6~~0.8mp@之间。1.2.Drainpipe：排水管：1.2.1Checkthesurfaceofthepipeandcleartheblownsandsinthepipe.检查管道外表痕迹，清理管内积砂。1.2.2Thebricksshouldbebuiltbehindthepipeplacedattheouterspace,andnoburiedontheloosensoilispermitted,andthereisonlyoneelbowburiedinthesoil;nomultipleelbowsarepermitted;thereshouldbe245degreeelbowsattherootofthedrainpipe;thepipeoutthewallshouldbe1~3%grade,andnoadverseslopispermitted;thebottomlevelshouldblowdownsolely;thepipeinthesoilshouldbeembalmedandthefireproofingasphaltshouldbepainted.室外埋的管子下面要砌砖头蹲了，不许埋在松土上，埋在地下的管子最多只允许1个弯头；不允许许多弯头；排污管的根部宜采用2个45度弯头；送到墙外的管边必须有1~3%的坡度，严禁倒坡；底层应单独排污；埋地管道要做防腐处理，刷防火柏油。1.2.3Standpipe:theupperandlowerlevelofthestandpipecheckdoormust立管beset,andthereshouldbeonestandpipewhichheightis1mbetweenthemiddletwo.立管：立管装检查门最高层及最低层必须设置，中间每两层设置1只，安装高度为1m。1.2.4Breathablepipe:itis30cmabovetheoutlevel,anditisgreaterthan200cmwhenthereisaperson,andthereisabreathabletowelonthemouthofpipe.透气管：一般在出层面30cm左右，有人上去必须大于200cm，管口上面有透气毛巾。1.2.5Stent:thebigendofouterstentmustbefixedup,andthereisonestandpipeintheroomanditsheightis1.8m,thestentinthesameroomshouldbeatthesameheightandtheirbigendsarefixedbyhorizontalpipe.支架：室外支架必须固定管子大头，室内立管每层1只，一般1.8m左右，同室管子支架高低保持都一致，横管固定大头。1.2.6Distancefromthewall:thebigendis2cmawayfromwall.离墙距离：光墙离大头一般2cm.1.2.7Interfacematerial:anesthesiawire,asbestosandcement,theweightratiois1:6.接口材料：麻丝、石棉、水泥、1:6重量比。1.2.8Thedepthofthetapingofthejointis2.5cm,anditshouldbekeeped2days.每接口打沉口为2.5cm以上深度，并保养2天。1.2.9Containingwaterexperiment,试验、layerexperiment,closethelowerend,andexperimentbystages,keepthewater60minatthehighestanditisuptogradeifthewaterlevelnotchangedandthereisnoleckage,anddotheballpassingtesttomakesurethepassstatusofthepipe.盛水试验、可分层试验、下端用闷头闷死、分阶段试验，水管到最高处保持60分钟，确定水位无降低、无渗漏为合格，同时并做好通球试验，确定管内没堵住。1.3.Sanitarywareinstallation:卫生器具安装：1.3.1Toiletbout:抽水马桶：Fillingappliancecement:paperstripmixedlimemortarratiois3:7,orputty.填料应用水泥；纸筋灰3:7配比，或油灰Usetheironscrewandleathercushiontofixup固定要用铁螺丝带皮垫固定Nobigendpermittedattheoutlet,andtheoutletshouldupperthanground2cm.出口出不允许用大头，出口出应高出地坪2cm左右。Notrapispermittedatthenosquattingpotpipeoftheclosestool,andthe90degreegatebending马桶不蹲坑管不允许用存水弯，用90度门弯Aftertheinstallationoftheclosestool,reviseandaddsilicagel马桶安装完备，校正、四周打硅胶trianglecliqueisupperthanground25cm，andkeepthedistanceof11.5cmawayfromthecenter三角阀离地坪25cm，离开中心位置11.5cm铸铁管Castironpipe2”--13.5kg3”--24.5kg4”--32.5kg6”--52kg1.4.Facepotinstallation:面盆安装：1.4.1Theheightis80CM高度一般在80CM1.4.2Theheightofhydrantis100cm,andtheheightofhydrantofwashermachineis120cm.水龙头高度在100cm,洗衣机水龙头120cm.1.4.3Theheightofmalkinpotis65cm,andtheheightofhydrantis100cm.拖布池高度在65cm,水龙头是100cm.1.4.4Thecheckportbehindthefacepotisnotlowerthan15cm.面盆下检查口不得低于15cm1.4.5Thereiswateroverflowportofthefacepot.面盆要有溢水口。1.4.6Theheightofinletvalvebehindthefacepotisaround45cm.面盆下进水阀高度在45cm左右。2.4.7Thehydrantofhotwaterisontheleftofthecoldwater冷热水龙头时热水阀在左边，冷水阀门在右边1.5．Sanitarywarechecking卫生器具检验Theexperimentoffilingwatershouldbedonein24hoursaftersanitarywareinstallation,thewatershouldbefull;thewaterlevelinthelavationpot,facepot,andassaypotshouldbeequaltothewateroverflowport;thewaterlevelinthewaterpot,malkinpot,washingvegetablepoolarenotlowerthanthe2/3heightofpotand1/3ofpool,dotheballpassingtesttotheblowdownpipeandrecordit,whentheprojectfinished,nofilingwater,ballpassingexperiments,noqualityclassdefining.卫生器具安装完毕进行24小时盛水试验，盛水量应按照要求盛满；各种洗涤盆、面盆、化验盆应盛至溢水口；水盘、拖布盆、洗菜池等不少于盘涤的2/3浴缸不少于1/3，排污水管必须做通球试验，并要做桶球试验记录，竣工核验时，不做盛水，通球试验，不给予定质量等级，以确保其功能。1.6.Cover-updatasheetandchecking:隐蔽资料单及检查：1.6.1
