1985?石油下井仪器温度、压力分级及其匹配?(1998年确认)。本标准与SY/T5099--1985相比,主要变化如下:——扩展了原标准的范围;一一去掉了原标准中11和2.2所对应的局部内容;——修订了原标准第1章和第2章的局部内容,并归人了本标准第4章中;一一增加了第3章测井仪器环境条件,将测井仪器按照使用环境进行分类、分组;——增加了第4章要求,对测井仪器环境试验及可靠性要求作出规定;——增加了第5章试验方法,包括试验设备、试验工程、试验步骤;一增加了第6章基准工作条件。本标准由石油仪器仪表专业标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准起草单位:中国石油集团测井。参加起草单位:西安石油勘探仪器总厂、石油工业仪器仪表质量监督检验中心。本标准主要起草人:赵养真、张悦、陈鹏、魏五峰、何葆庵、汉泽西、王东旭。本标准所代替版本历次发布情况为:——SY/T5099—1985。本标准以中文和英文两种文字出版,当英文和中文两种版本有歧义时,以中文版本为准。ⅡSY/SY/W5099--2007石油测井仪器环境试验及可靠性要求1范围本标准规定了石油测井仪器的环境试验及可靠性要求、试验方法。本标准适用于石油测井仪器的设计、制造及质量评价。2标准性引用文件以下文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。但凡注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。但凡不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。GB/T65872电子测量仪器温度试验GB/T6587.3电子测量仪器湿度试验GB/T65874电子测量仪器振动试验GB/T65875电子测量仪器冲击试验GB/T65876电子测量仪器运输试验SY/T5102石油勘探开发仪器根本环境试验方法试验K:高温高压试验3测井仪器环境条件3.1测井仪器环境分类测井仪器按照使用环境不同分为地面仪器A、下井仪器B两类。3.2地面仪器环境分组地面仪器A类环境按工作条件分为两组:a)A1组环境:有空调的工作环境。b)A2组环境:无空调的工作环境。3.3下井仪器环境分组下井仪器B类环境按照井内最高工作温度分为四组:a)B1组环境:125℃。b)B2组环境:155℃。c)B3组环境:175℃。d)B4组环境:200℃。注:本分组系选取最常用的下井仪器最高工作温度,大于200。C或小于125℃的下井仪器环境还可参照表2、表3规定选择。4要求4.1地面仪器地面仪器环境试验及可靠性要求,见表1。4.2下井仪器4.2.1下并仪器温度、压力分级下井仪器最高工作温度分级为:85。(2,100。C,125。(7.,155。C,175。C,200。C,250|。C,315。C1SY/SY/T5099--2007400℃。下井仪器最大环境压力分级为:3()MPa,40MPa,50MPa,6()MPa,70MPa,80MPa,100MPa120MPa,140MPa,160MPa,190MPa,220MPa,240MPa,300MPa。表1地面仪器环境试验及可靠性要求A类环境条件分组地面仪器环境试验工程A1 加速度(带包装)持续时间每个频率最30连续工作时问≥%可靠性平均故障例隔时间(MTBF)≥300h2SY/SY/T5099--20074.2.2下井仪器温度、压力计算公式选取下井仪器最高工作温度和最大环境压力,可按当地油气田井下温度t和井下压力P值为依据,其计算公式如下:a)油气田井下温度t按式(1)计算:t=t。+h·L/100式中:f一井下温度,单位为摄氏度(℃);f。,——地表温度,单位为摄氏度(℃);^——井深,单位为米(m);L——地温梯度,单位为摄氏度每100米(℃/100m)。b)油气田井下压力户按式(2)计算:P=h·P·gxl0 (2)式中:p——井下压力,单位为兆帕(MPa);g——重力加速度,单位为米每二次方秒(g=98m/s2);^——井深,单位为米(m);p一钻井液密度,单位为克每立方厘米(g/cm3)。4.2.3下井仪器温度与压力匹配下井仪器温度与压力的匹配按照井况分为裸眼井、油管套管井两类a)裸眼井_F井仪器温度与压力匹配见表2。b)油管套管井下井仪器温度与压力匹配见表3。表2裸眼井温度与压力匹配压力温度 30085100125155175200250315400注:“*〞表示可选用的温度与压力匹配值。4.2.4下井仪器环境试验工程及可靠性要求下井仪器环境试验工程及可靠性要求见表4。5试验方法5.1试验设备试验所需的试验设备的准确度及测量范围等条件应满足所做试验工程的相应要求。至少应包括:a)常规测试仪表,包括数字万用表、双踪示波器、数字式频率计等。b)专用下井仪器测试台架。c)计算机系统。d)深度模拟器。e)遥传短节和电缆模拟器。f)地面仪器。g)下井仪器。h)环境试验设备,包括温度试验箱(容积至少是受测试仪器的三倍)/筒、振动试验台、冲击试验台、运输振动试验台、高温高压试验装置等。5.2试验工程测井仪器各阶段环境试验工程见表5。SY/SY/T5099--2007表4下井仪器环境试验及可靠性要求B类环境条件分组下井仪器环境试验工程B1 o注:“●〞为必检工程;“O〞为可选择抽检工程;“一〞为不检项曰。5.3工作温度试验5.3.1低温试验按照GB/T65872规定的方法进行低温试验,试验时序见图1。a)室温下,对被测仪器进行外观检查和性能检测。b)初始检测合格后将其放人温度试验箱内,通电,测试;按表1或表4选取参数,将温度试验箱的温度降至规定的下限工作温度,恒温2h后,进行测试。c)将被测仪器拿出温度试验箱,大气常温条件下恢复24h后,进行测试。d)试验结束后,结果应符合产品标准要求。5.3.2高温试验按照GB/T65872规定的方法进行高温试验,试验时序见图1。a)室温下,对被测仪器进行外观检查和性能检测。b)检测合格后将其放人温度试验箱内,通电,测试;按表1或表4选取参数,进行加温,升温过程中,在规定的温度间隔点上进行性能测试;当温度升至规定的上限工作温度,恒温2h后进行测试。c)将温度试验箱的温度逐渐降低至室温,进行测试。d)试验结束后,结果应符合产品标准要求。5.4贮存温度试验按照GB/T65872规定的方法进行贮存温度试验,试验时序见图1。a)地面仪器按表1、下井仪器按表4选取参数,进行试验。b)试验结束后,结果应符合产品标准要求。5.5湿度试验地面仪器根据表1选取参数,按照GB/T65873规定的方法进行湿度试验,结果应符合产品标准要求。5.6振动试验按照GB/T6587.4规定的方法进行振动试验。a)试验前,对被测仪器进行外观检查和性能检测。SY/SY/T5099--20077正常 恢复图1温度试验时序图b)将被测仪器固定在振动试验台上,不通电,按表1或表4选取参数进行试验。c)试验结束后,对被测仪器进行外观检查和性能检测,结果应符合产品标准要求。5.7冲击试验按照GB/T65875规定的方法进行试验。a)试验前,对被测仪器进行外观检查和性能检测。b)将被测仪器固定在冲击试验台上,不通电,按表1或表4选取参数进行试验。c)试验结束后,对被测仪器进行外观检查和性能检测,结果应符合产品标准要求。5.8运输试验按照GB/T65876规定的方法进行试验。a)试验前,对被测仪器进行外观检查和性能检测。b)将被测仪器固定在运输振动试验台上,不通电,按表1或表4选取参数进行试验。c)试验结束后,对被测仪器进行外观检查和性能检测,结果应符合产品标准要求。5.9压力试验压力试验时序按照图2进行。a)检查仪器密封性能和外观,无异常后,将被试仪器放人高压试验装置内。b)按422选取参数,将压力逐渐升到额定值,最高压力下恒压30min,再降至正常大气压。c)试验结束后,取出仪器,检查外观应无变形、无损伤,密封无渗漏;绝缘性能及电性能应符合产品标准要求。5.10高温高压试验按照SY/T5102规定的方法进行高温高压试验,试验时序见图3。a)试验前,对被测仪器进行外观检查和性能检测。b)初始检测合格后,将被测仪器放入高温高压试验筒内;假设有需要,那么将引线引出与地而仪器连接,按表2或表3选取参数,升温、升压达额定值,恒温恒压保持30min后开始降温、降压,自然冷却至85℃以下时,可泄压;试验过程中,如果需要,可进行性能检测。c)试验结束后,被测仪器恢复到室温后,通电榆测,结果应符合产品标准要求。5.n连续工作时间试验5.11.1初始检测常温下,被测仪器与所需没备仪表连接好后,通电、预热稳定;然后按产品标准规定进行性能SY/SY/T5099--2007额定试验压力n/75%p/50%p 时闻m.图3高温高压试验时序图检测。5.11.2过程检测初始检测合格后,仪器连续运行时间按表1、表4或产品标准规定选取。其中a)地面仪器应每隔4h进行一次测井功能测试;b)下井仪器应每隔2h进行一次仪器性能测试。5.11.3最后检测试验结束后,对被测仪器进行性能测试,结果应符合产品标准要求。5.12平均故障间隔时间试验5.12.1平均故障间隔时间计算被测试仪器的平均故障间隔时问以MTBF表示。其计算公式为:MTBF3f∑f。1/N -‘ (3)式中:MTBF 平均故障间隔时间,单位为小时(h);ti——被测试仪器第i次的累计故障间隔时间,单位为小时(h);SY/SY/T5099--2007N 试验过程被测试仪器故障的总次数,N为自然数。对在试验过程中从开机到关机结束试验,无故障发生的所有被测试仪器总的故障次数,按N=1取值。5.12.2平均故障间隔时间试验根本方法在正常室温环境条件F,试验前:产品的各项功能应符合产品技术标准的要求。进行故障间隔时间试验,包括:a)选取假设f:台(支)仪器,通电,使仪器均处于正常工作状态,并按规定对被测试仪器进行监测。b)如发现某台被测仪器出现故障,应及时统计故障次数,记录故障间隔时间,排除故障后的仪器可继续进行试验,累计工作时间。c)被测仪器的平均故障间隔时间按式(3)计算,结果应符合表1、表4或产品标准要求。5.12.3地面仪器故障间隔时间试验按照5122方法进行试验。a)将被测地面仪器与专用装置或组合F井仪器连接,通电。b)连续运行测井程序,检测功能,每隔4h测试一次,结果应符合表1或产品标准要求。5.12.4下井仪器故障间隔时间试验按照5122方法进行试验。a)将被测下井仪器放人温度试验箱,与测试台架连接,通电;连续运行检测程序,测试性能。b)按532规定加温,最高温度达额定值的90%,每隔8h重复一次加温、恒温、降温过程,测试,结果应符合表4或产品标准要求。6基准工作条件基准工作条件的基准值、公差及范围见表6。表6基准工作条件序号
