3.仪器校准步骤仪器的校准通过用两个已知浓度的标准溶液顺序（先低后高）代替样品进样来实现。在校准过程中得到的传感器的输出用来计算仪器的校准曲线，因此标准溶液的准确性将直接影响仪器测量的准确性。理想的情况是标准溶液的浓度应接近并涵盖待测样品的浓度，但后者的变化范围往往较大。在实际测定时，方便的最佳方法是采用相差数量级的两个标准溶液，如:可相差10倍，并涵盖待测样品的浓度。例如，如果待测样品的浓度范围为5-10mg/L，则可采用2mg/L和20mg/L的两个标准溶液。无论是自动，还是手动，在启动校准步骤时，”Cal”l.e.d（液晶显示）指示器将闪烁，并且校准模式的继电器开始工作。SV1和SV2两个电磁阀顺序动作以关闭样品进样口，同时导入两个已知浓度的标准溶液（低浓度的为STD1高浓度的为STD2进入样品信道。在校准后，对应于两个标准溶液的传感器的输出被用来计算仪器的新的校准曲线，新的校准曲线的斜率值可在操作接口
