精选优质文档-----倾情为你奉上精选优质文档-----倾情为你奉上专心---专注---专业专心---专注---专业精选优质文档-----倾情为你奉上专心---专注---专业湖镇镇开展“五一”节前安全生产大检查工作情况汇报“五一”节将至～为认真贯彻落实博府传[2012]51文件精神～消除安全生产隐患～坚决遏制较大以上安全生产事故的发生～营造良好的安全生产环境～确保我镇安全生产形势的持续稳定～镇委、镇政府于4月18日至4月30日在全镇范围内开展了2012年“五一”节前的安全生产大检查。现将主要检查情况汇报如下:一、领导重视～组织周密为扎实做好这次安全生产大检查工作～我镇领导高度重视～4月18日～镇政府组织各有关职能部门召开“五一”节前安全生产大检查活动动员大会。会上～赖文然副书记和李文聪委员先后传达了市、县安全生产工作会议精神～并在会上作了动员部署～要求认真组织好大检查工作～把工作落实到位～重点是对危险化学品、道路交通、工程施工、特种设备、人员密集场所消防安全进行全面检查～同时制定下发了《湖镇镇开展“五一”节前安全生产大检查工作方案》～成立了工作领导小组～明确了检查时间、内容、重点、方法和要求～要求扎实抓好各项安全生产措施的落实～做到任务明确、责任到人、各负其责、坚决防止较大事故的发生。这次检查共分为6个检查小组～每小组由分管领导带队～按照工作方案全面展开安全生产大检查工作。二、组织实施～防患未然这次五一”节前安全生产大检查共出动检查人员59人次～车辆17辆次～检查各类企,事,业单位、“三小”场所共69家～1共排查隐患45处～发出整改通知书18份。其中:非煤矿山1家～企业21家～烟花爆竹1家～商场3家～网吧3家～建筑施工9宗～煤气销售点14家～学校4家～幼儿园2家～饭店2家。详细检查情况汇报如下:1、企业、“三小”商场、职业危害等方面出动检查人员共25人次～车辆5辆次～检查企业21家～商场3家～批发部2家～烟花爆竹1家、危险化品1家。安全生产、消防:重点检查仓库、车间、食堂、住宿对单位的安全检查记录、履行安全责任制度落实情况,有害作业场所有无挂设警示标志,作业工场是否通风～布局是否合理～有害作业与无害作业是否存在交叉作业的情况～消防通道、员工防护、安全出口、制度完善、违章作业、消防器材检验、重点危险源管理等方面进行严格检查。2、建筑、村道、桥梁、煤气销售点出动检查人员共5人次～车辆3辆次～检查建筑工地9宗～煤气销售点14家。重点检查建筑工人的防护、预防坍塌、高处坠落、加强施工现场脚手架搭设、临边洞口防护、施工用电、塔吊和施工电梯。液化气非法经营整治取缔情况和查处违法运输、经营液化气行为的情况。村道路面管理、桥梁基础情况。3、学校、幼儿园、校车出动检查人员10人次～车辆4辆次～检查中学2家～小学2家～幼儿园3家。检查学校安全教育课实施情况～逃生通道、宿舍管理～加强安全生产工作～排查治理隐患～防范事故等各方面检查。4、自然灾害防范及水利安全方面2出动检查人员5人次～车辆2辆次～检查水库2宗～堤围2条～重点检查重点做好干旱、洪涝、强风、高温、雷电、连阴雨等自然灾害对安全生产造成影响的预报排查整治以及对生产经营场所的防雷设施设备进行检查检测的工作,河道违法采砂突出河段、采砂量大河段的整治和安全管理情况等有关安全隐患进行检查。5、网吧、人员密集场所出动检查人员共3人次～车辆2辆次～检查网吧3家～重点检查消防安全责任制度是否落实的情况,疏散通道、疏散楼梯和安全出口的数量、宽度～火灾事故应急照明的设置。6、旅游安全出动检查人员共4人次～车辆2辆次～检查旅游安全1宗～重点检查容易发生火灾和可能造成群死群伤事故的公共娱乐场所、餐馆、摊点等设施和场所安全管理情况。查处非法从事旅游客运和车辆带“病”运营、超载运营、超时运营等危及游客安全违法行为的情况。7、道路交通出动检查人员共18人次～车辆6辆次～检查学校校车5辆～旅游车1辆～违章车辆8次。检查车辆乱停乱放、无证驾驶、驾驶无牌无证车辆、闯红灯、超载、不按车道行驶等违法行为,严格查处超员、超速、违法超车、酒驾醉驾、疲劳驾驶、农用运输车和拖拉机载人、校车、旅游车、无证驾驶、驾驶报废和非法拼,组,装车上路行驶等严重交通违法行为。三、存在安全隐患31、企业方面:,一,部分企业未按要求注册安全主任和配备安全生产管理人员。,二,危险化学品未按要求划分区域存放～无建立健全危险化学品管理制度及档案。,三,叉车、锅炉等特种作业人员未持证上岗。,四,车间未按要求设置应急照明灯、安全出口和疏散指示标志等消防设施～部分灭火器材过期未年检。,五,车间作业人员未安要求佩戴劳动保护用品。,六,未制订各工种安全操作规程～并张贴上墙。,七,车间窗门关闭～不够通风。2、建筑施工方面:工人未佩戴安全帽～无防护网设施～无安全生产宣传标识～升降机安装不合格～安全生产宣传横幅。3、煤气方面:燃气销售点存放瓶数超标～住宅、经营混合属“三合一”场所～消防设备不齐全～燃气存放点不符合要求～存着较重安全隐患。4、“三小”场所、商场方面:消防设施配置不齐全～商场安全出口堵塞～逃生通道不畅通～逃生出口上锁～消方栓堆放物品。5、网吧方面:疏散通道窄小～消防设施不全～逃生通道窄小～安全出口堵塞～存在严重安全隐患。6、水利安全:爆炸水库坝身单薄～溢洪道高程过高～堤围堤身较单薄。7、村道方面:缺防碰栏～连塘村段农田路肩被冲空～绝路边深度相差2-3米无防护拦。四、下一步工作打算4一是严格要求各生产经营单位要按安全生产法的相关规定～层层落实安全责任制度～落实专人管理～建立安全生产领导机构～落实安全生产主体责任～加强安全生产宣传培训学习。各职能部门对存在的安全生产隐患责令限期整改～按期复查～对未落实整改的企业责令停产停业整改,二是严格要求各企业按照消防法的相关规定～划分逃生疏散通道～消防配套设施～演练～消防安全管理制度～建立完善消防安全管理档案,三是坚决整治企业安全管理混乱～违章作业的行为,四是坚决杜绝有非法违法生产经营行为和无证无照经营行为,五是对长期未履行整改的企业～要依法查处～严重的坚决给予关闭,六是村建部门要加强对建筑施工和煤气销售点的监管力度～对建筑工程存有较大安全隐患的坚决责令停工整改～对煤气销售点不具备条件的坚决责令停业整顿～未办法整改的单位坚决依法关闭,七是加大村道路面管理～做好村道路面清理工作～保障村道畅通～确保无事故发生,八是水利部门要加强对山塘水库的巡查～及时掌握安全生产情况,九是加强校车～旅游车货车的查处力度～对有超载、违法超车、酒驾醉驾依法给予查处～及时上报。通过此次开展安全生产大检查～进一步地落实安全生产管理主体责任～加大了检查力度消除突出隐患～有效防范和遏制了安全事故的发生～确保了我镇社会经济持续发展和全镇人民生命财产安全。湖镇镇人民政府2010年4月26日5(英文版)Tworegulationspromulgatedforimplementationisinthepartyinpowerforalongtimeandtheruleoflawconditions,theimplementationofcomprehensivestrictlystrategicplan,implementationinaccordancewiththerulesanddisciplinetomanagetheparty,strengtheninner-partysupervisionofmajorinitiatives.Thetworegulationssupportingeachother,the<code>adheretoapositiveadvocate,focusingonmoralityisofPartymembersandPartyleadingcadrescansee,enoughtogetahighstandard;<rule>aroundthepartydiscipline,disciplinaryrulerrequirements,listedas"negativelist,focusingonverticalgauge,drawthepartyorganizationsandPartymembersdonottouchthe"bottomline".Here,themainfromfoursquarefacetwopartyrulesofinterpretation:thefirstpartintroducestwopartyRevisedregulationsthenecessityandtherevisionprocess;thesecondpartistheinterpretationofthetwofundamentalprinciplesoftherevisionoflawsandregulationsintheparty;thethirdpartintroducestwopartyregulationsmodifiedthemainchangesandneedstograspseveralkeyproblems;thefourthpartonhowtograsptheimplementationofthetworegulationsoftheparty.<code>and<Regulations>revisedthenecessityandrevisedhistoryoftheCPCCentralCommitteetheamendmenttotheChineseCommunistPartymembersandleadingcadreshonestpoliticsseveralguidelines>and<ChineseCommunistPartydisciplineandPunishmentRegulations>column1by2015tostrengthen6partylawsandregulationsfocus.TwopartyregulationsrevisionworklastedaYears,poolingthewisdomofthewholeparty,ideologicalconsensus,drawhistoricalexperience,respectforthewisdomofourpredecessors,whichreflectstheunityofinheritanceandinnovation;followthecorrectdirection,graspthelimitedgoals,adheretotheparty'sleadership,tosolvethemassesofthepeoplereflectafocusontheproblem.Thenewrevisionofthe<code>and<rule>,reflectstheparty's18andtheeighthsessionofthethird,thespiritofthefourthplenarysession,reflectingtheexperienceofstudyingandimplementingtheGeneralSecretaryXiJinpingseriesofimportantspeech,reflectstheparty'seighteenyearscomprehensivestrictlypractice.(a)revisedtworegulationsofthepartyneedof<theICACguidelines>in<in1997LeadersasmembersoftheCommunistPartyofChinacleanpoliticscertaincriteria(Trial)>basedonrevised,thepromulgationandimplementationofJanuary2010,tostrengthentheconstructionoftheco
