CenterLandscapeSchematicDesign澳派项目的影响力ProjectProfile绿地银川超高层双塔坐落于银川中阿之轴上，高301米，是银川的第一高楼并且是阅海湾商务核心区的地标性建筑。目前正在建设的阅海湾中央商务区，将被打造为中国与阿拉伯国家往来贸易核心区。预计到2020年，将超过2200家年产值达500亿元人民币(合80亿美元)企业入驻。中阿之轴全长2100米，宽58米，寓意中国与阿拉伯国家之间源远流长的友好合作贸易关系。中阿之轴由三大地标构成，包括高为9.9米的中国鼎，寓意天人合一，并且展示龙的文化;高27米，宽20米的伊斯兰馆，该馆八面开门，每扇门都有伴有精致的圆顶装饰，也有穆斯林人民最喜欢的月亮雕塑、花纹已经阿拉伯文字。第三个地标为中国阿拉伯友谊纪念碑。Greenland

CenterLandscapeSchematicDesign澳派场地气候条件Climate银川市属典型的中温带大陆性气候。主要气候特点是：四季分明，春迟夏短，秋早冬长，昼夜温差大，雨雪稀少，蒸发强烈，气候干燥，风大沙多等。一月月平均气温为-7.9°C(17.8°F)，7月月平均气温为23.5°C(74.3°F)，年平均气温9.0°C(48.2°F)左右，年平均日照时数2900小时左右，是中国太阳辐射和日照时数最多的地区之一，无霜期为158天左右。项目基地所处地理位置为自然绿化较多的区域，地形平坦，起伏不大，东北两岸均为西湖水岸，自然环境宜人。Yinchuan

CenterLandscapeSchematicDesign澳派伊斯兰摩尔花园的特色IslamicMoorishGardens古兰经用花园来比作天堂，因此，伊斯兰风格的庭院花园是一个宁静的、用于静思的花园空间。伊斯兰花园设计有几个普遍的主题：水通常是一体的，通过植被和建筑来获得荫凉，得到明暗变化，在正式和不拘的植被布置间有种平衡。世界上最闻名的摩尔花园有印度的泰姬陵以及西班牙格拉纳达的阿尔罕布拉和夏宫。水与树荫是传统伊斯兰花园、庭院的重要组成部分，为干燥、炎热的夏季提供荫凉。一般英国的花园讲究的是让人们可以散步遛狗，摩尔花园讲究的是让人们在一个围合的绿色空间中乘坐休息。Traditionally,

Tower广州西塔主塔高度达到

米，是全国第二高楼，中国南方第一高楼，也将是广州毋庸置疑的地标性建筑。澳派景观工作室是本项目的景观设计顾问。设计师将广州西塔视作组成珠江新城主轴线的的建筑群的延伸，成为联系北面的城市商务区与南面的珠江的纽带，营造出浑然一体的城市景观效果。广州西塔将被视为广州整座城市的灯塔。景观概念“光”是整个设计的关键与重点：光的色彩、发散的方向、简洁并具有动感的线条，共同打造出鲜明的设计特色与风格。节能灯带构架出整个设计场地的骨架与布局，也使建筑构架投影在地面上，建筑与景观形成一个整体。灯光不仅构建出场地形态，也塑造出从建筑本身延伸到周边场地的统一材质肌理，吸引人们进入到场地中来。广州西塔的南面是五星级酒店四季酒店的入口，设有一个大型水景池，选用自然冰裂纹黑色花岗岩饰面，中间栽植茂盛的热带绿色植物。南面池壁叠水墙高达

2m，与灿烂的阳光共辉映，营造出欢乐愉悦的视觉氛围；北面池壁的叠水墙是入口雨篷前的视觉焦点，与棕竹、天堂鸟以及鸡蛋花等洋溢热带风情的植物相结合，营造出四季酒店高雅与宁静的品质与格调。整个项目使用节能灯具以及当地的材料，保证整个项目的生态环保与可持续性。The

that

frames

the

main

axis

of

Guangzhou

Zhujiang

New

Town,

and

as

a

linking

element

between

the

commercialdistrictinthenorthandthePearlRivertothesouth.The

tower

will

be

seen

as

a

beacon

of

light

within

greater

Guangzhou.

Light

is

the

key

to

Guangzhou

West

Tower’slandscape

and

public

realm

design,

with

the

qualities

of

light:

colour,

direction,

dispersal,

and

linear

movement,

allinformingthedesign.Prisms

of

low

voltage

light

become

the

generator

of

the

site’s

geometry

and

topography,

with

the

form

of

the

building’sstructure

in

elevation

being

refracted

across

the

ground

plane

to

provide

a

unifying

surface.

This

light

provides

structureto

the

site,

establishing

a

matrix

of

materials

spanning

out

from

the

building

to

the

site

boundary,

and

draws

people

intoitscore.TheFourSeasonsHotel,locatedinthesouthofthedevelopment,featuresasoftlycascadinglinearwaterfeaturecraftedfrom

split

face

black

granite,

set

in

a

lushly

planted

tropical

garden.

facing

water

wall

capturesthe

flicker

of

the

sun

from

the

south

making

a

strong

visual

statement.

The

lower

north

facing

water

wall,

oriented

tothe

porte

cochere

creates

a

more

intimate

garden

setting

for

hotel

guests

by

Palms,

Bird

of

Paradise

Tower哈利法塔（原名迪拜塔）位于阿拉伯联合酋长国迪拜的一栋有

层，总高

米的摩天大楼。哈利法塔景观就地取材形成这个公园，例如当地的绿洲，棕榈树和伊斯兰自然景观，建成即恢弘又给人亲切感的城市绿色景观。迪拜塔公园除了为当地提供绿地景观外，还包括了酒店，住宅区，温泉和办公区等场所。湖边还建有大面积梯田，梯田里有许多倒影池，点缀着迪拜塔。各种不同功能的区域之间有舒适的人行道相连。这些户外景观就像是迪拜塔的前门，不仅为整个塔提供了多种功能，给游客展现了美丽，神秘，充满异域风情的景观，还体现了迪拜塔的独特之处。该景观一直延伸到Emaar

Park静安雕塑公园是上海市中心唯一专类雕塑公园，兼有生态功能、艺术功能、文化功能的城市公共产品静安雕塑公园。跳跃的喷泉

飞舞的花瓣，充满城市幻想的雕塑，在寸土寸金的上海市中心，一块特有的景致吸引了八方来客。近日，位于静安区石门二路社区的静安雕塑公园对外开放，这是市中心唯一一座开放式、以城市雕塑为特色的主题公园，目前总占地面积达到

Podium北地块裙楼在有限的空间内打造丰富的景观体验，景观设计重点体现在车行和人行有效地组织上，同时和南地块裙楼相呼应，保留了许多特色景观元素。特色铺装的南北轴线在功能上作为北塔楼和会议中心之间的迎宾和接待空间。迎宾区域包括了特色的波浪形状的草坡和绿色种植，分别由低矮的叶片形状的景墙进行分隔，规划了北边区域的景观线。会议中心四周围绕着大气的特色铺装，铺装作为连接中央入口和迎宾区的重要景观元素，同时也是到规模相对较小和“花园房间”和东边的聚会空间的引导。层叠的花园和草坪空间将建筑的外轮廓视觉延伸到了北边，树阵中挺拔的林木和整齐有序的植物种植，营造了一种现代简洁的景观，与建筑造型竟相呼应。TheNorthpodiumprecinctisacompressedbutvariedlandscapewhichfocusesonstrongcirculationforpedestrianandvehiclemovementwhileretainingmanyofthelandscapeelementsthatexistinthemuchlargerSouthpodiumprecinct.TheNorth-SouthaxiswithfeaturepavingactsasawelcomingmatandmediatesbetweentheNorthtowerandConferencebuilding.ThearrivalsareaconsistsofanundulatingandplayfullandformoflawnandplantingwhichisdividedbyshortbladewallelementsthatanchorthelandscapetoitsNorthernboundary.Thereisagenerouslypavedthresholdalongtheconferencebuildingedgeanditfunctionsasanimportantconnectiontothecentralentryandarrivalsprecinctandalsotoasmall‘gardenroom’totheEastforsocialgatherings.

AsyoucrossoverintothesiteyouaregreetedbyalargecentralwaterfeaturewhichisaflatandhighlyreflectiveelementthatprovidesastrongfocalgestureandaphysicalseparationintoNorthandSouthprecincts.Aninterestingpavingdesignstaggersacrossthegroundplaneandushersyoutothearrivalareasforboththetowerandtheretail/conferencebuildings.BandsofpavingconnecttheNorthandSouthandextendthearchitecturalformandunifythesitethroughavisualconnectionandaconsistentdesignlanguage.迎宾场地时，迎面而来的是大气的特色水景，镜面的水景将建筑和周围的景色倒影，营造了强烈的聚焦感和从地域上将南北地区裙楼进行了划分。铺装上特意设计的铺装线条趣味十足，穿过整个中央区域起到将人流有效地引导到南北塔楼和、商业裙楼和会议中心区域。特色铺装带不仅连接着南北地块，同时也将建筑的外轮进行了延伸。通过视觉的联系和设计语言的延伸，加强了场地的统一完整性。Withinthecentralwaterfeatureisthestaircasewhichbecomesafocalpointandisencasedinatransparentglasscylinderwhichissunkenintothewaterfeature.Accessisviarampingpathswhichbringspeopleincontactwiththewater’s
