/3ofthecontainer,pourthewaterintothesteamseparatorregularly.七、电器系统功能及操作Electricalsystemfunctionandoperation1、系统功能简介Systemintroduction按工艺流程可单动或自动周期循环操作Accordingtotheprocess,therearemanualoperationorautomaticcycleoperation.2、操作阐明Operationintroduction2.1、操作前应检查电,气,机械等与否都具有工作条件,机械均处在原始位置再按照下列顺序操作;Checktheelectric,gas,mechanicalisallwell,whenthemachinerylocatedinoriginalposition,thendoasfollows。2.2、合上电源开关,此时面板电源开关批示灯应亮;Whenclosethepowerswitch,controlpowerswitchindicatorlampshouldbelight.2.3、手动操作程序为:Manualoperationprocedures:2.3.1、一方面点击触摸屏“手动”按钮ClickontheHMI“Manual”button.2.3.2、手动时顺序为:Manualorder:合模—射筒移动到位—压紧-射砂—排气—射筒松开—射筒后退复位—固化延时—开模—人工取芯。Moldclosing—shootingboxmovedtotherightposition—compress—shootingsand—exhaust—loosenshootingbox—shootingboxbacktotheposition—curingtimedelay—moldopening—takingsandbymanual注意:调试时请务必将电源和燃气源停止后测试,程序设立和动作环节确认无误后,方可进行自动动作。Attention:whenadjustment,makesuretoadjustafterstoppingthepowerandgasresource,iftheproceduresettingandactionisok,thenoperatetheautomaticaction.为避免操作失误导致人身或设备事故,本机设有急退连锁开关,当发生异常状况,一方面按下紧急回退开关,再切断气源,让其处在原始位置,再惊醒调节。Thismachineisequippedwithemergencyswitch,ifsomeproblemshappen,first,pushtheemergencyswitch,thencutoffthepowersupply.八、常用故障排除与其她注意事项Troubleshootingandothers1、本机控制电压为220V,正常状况下动作不会紊乱,如遇到异常或不动作,一般为下列几种状况:Controlelectricvoltageis220V,ifitisnotnormal,somesituationwillhappenasfollows:感应开关未到位。此时可调节伸展位置。Sensorswitchdidnotreachtherightposition,soadjusttheswitchposition.感应开关失灵。此时应检查开关与否损坏或连接线旳信号与否连通。Sensorswitchcannotwork,sochecktheswitchiswellornot,orcheckthesignaloftheconnectinglinesiswellornot.中间继电器失灵。此时可测量继电器与否断路或电压与否正常。Relaycannotwork,sochecktherelayiswhethercutoffornot,orelectricalvoltageisnormalornot.电磁阀失灵,此时可检查电磁阀工作电压与否正常与否泄露,堵塞等进行相应解决。Electricalvalvecannotwork,checktheelectricalvalveiswhethernormalornot.Orwhetherleakornot.2、本机旳执行气缸已调节好,如在工作一段时间后发现冲击过大,可按下述措施调节。Thismachinecylinderhadadjusted,whenyoufoundtheimpactistoobigafterworkingforaperiodtime,soadjustasfollows.检查气缸两端旳节流阀与否松动或觉得变化或损坏(注意节流阀采用旳是排气端节流)调节时应先关死,自小向大调节。Checktheadjustmentiswhetherloose,change,breakornot(adoptexhaustadjustment),pleasecloseofftheswitchfirst,adjustfromsmalltobig.鉴于动模较重,机器旳动模均设有缓冲,工作一段时间后,如浮现冲击过大,可调节气流大小。Themovingmouldhasbuffer,afterworkingforaperiodtime,iftheimpactistoobig,pleaseadjusttheairflow.本机定模顶芯杆因间隙有控制,但在受热时也许浮现胀死或松动而影响顶杆运动状态,此时可卸下模具调节正常。Fixedmouldrodhasclearancecontrolling,butitwillbeexpandedandloosewhentheyareheated.Sotakethemouldaparttoadjust.更换模具时应同步调节射头位置和感应开关位置,调节好后锁紧。Whenchangethemould,adjusttheshootingheadpositionandsensorswitchposit
