识别标示张贴规定

1、5 5 of 510/04/13识别标示张贴规定管路系统标识规则Rules of Piping Labeli ng System一、订定管路标示密度、标示颜色及标签大小，是为了使人员容易辨别，以降低风险。管路标示适用于 Michel in Phase1车间，厂务机房，仓库，废水处理厂，中央供给系统等管路系统。(如：Water, Exhaust, Drain. Gas, Chemical,Vacuum, Special gas 等)。 The n umber, colors and size of pip ing Labels, which people can easy find thesys

The piping labeling system is suitable for the piping systems, which in Shops, Facility Rooms, Storage Rooms, Waste water Treatme nt Pla nt, Cen tral Utility Buildi ng(CUB), etc.二、标签分类1、标签颜色：用于表示管内物质特性颜色。(Label Color: I ndicates the substa nee in side the pip ing)2、文字：说明内容物质的名称

3、。(Text: I ndicates the n ame of the substa nee)3、箭头记号：用于表示管内物质流动方向。(Arrow Symbol: I ndicates the flow directi on in side pipi ng)4、 底色意义 (Mea ning of the label color):红色-危险色，表示内容物有毒性，很强或易燃，高温与消防。(Red Dan gerous, means Substa nce is very pois ono us, easy to bur n, high temperature and fire fight in

4、g.)橙色/黄色-警告色，表示内容物有毒性，腐蚀性或混水、废水等对人有害者。(Ora nge/Yellow War ning, means Substa nce is pois ono us, corrosive, warm water, waste water etc.)蓝色/绿色散-安全色，表示内容物质危险性较小或没有危险(Blue/Green - Safe, means Substance is almost not dangerous or safe.)三、识别标示张贴规定(Labeli ng Location Rules) :(保温管道的管径及保温外外径计算，无保温管道以外径计算)风

5、管底部贴标签时按风管底部的宽度计算，上下风管重叠无法张贴时需要贴在侧面容易识别处)水平直管部分(Horiz on tai Straight Pipi ng)管路内径100mm (含)以下：以主要走道上方为基准位张贴一张，再向两侧延伸每隔6m张贴一张。(Pip ing is or Smaller tha n DN100: Paste one label on each pipe on main corridor first, the n paste the labels inevery 6 meters.)管路内径100mm (不含)以上：以主要走道上方为基准位张贴一张，再向两侧延伸每隔10m张

6、贴一张。(Piping is Biggerthan DN100: Paste one label on each pipe on main corridor, then paste the labels in every 10 meters.) 垂直直管 (Vertical Straight Piping):所有管道(风管及水管)：由地板算起150公分处为基准位张贴一张(标签上缘对齐150公分)，再上下延伸每隔6m张贴一张。(每层楼板都按此计算)(Piping is or Smaller than DN100: Paste one label on each pipe 150mm above

7、the floor (from the floor to the top oflabel is 150cm), then paste the labels in every 6 meters.)三通及弯头转弯处：三通处及转弯处管道便签作为新起点重新开始标识。上列管路于阀件，弯头及穿墙两侧部分皆需张贴；管路连接机台时，需于机台接管处再贴一张。(Both sides of the valves, elbows and the pen etrati ons must be labeled; and paste one label more where the pipeconnect to equip

8、me nt.)若为整排管路应注意标示张贴之整齐性。水平管路各管系标签中心相互对齐。垂直管路上缘对齐。(Should always keep the regulati on of the labels.
