Retelling This training is designed to develop your ability to accurately recall what you have just heard with the focus on organizing the retelling by using your own words rather than simply repeating the co

3、ntent on a word-for-word basis. This training will lead to a mastery of more efficient retention of long sentences. Through this training, you are required to know that it is the meaning that is of the greatest importance in interpretation, not the single words, phrases or sentence heard. 2. Retelli

Shadowing影子练习（shadow-exercise），即跟读训练。这种方法就是用同一种语言几乎同步地跟读原语发言人的讲话，它可以训练听说同步技巧和注意力的分配。刚开始训练时可以和原语同步开始，待操练了一阵子后，可以迟于原语片刻至一句话的时间跟读。跟读时耳朵、嘴巴和大脑要一起派上用场，耳朵听、嘴巴说、脑子记。这是需要精神非常集中的一种练习，也是提高语速、提高理解速度、修改语音语调的最好方法。在高语速条件下，边跟读边完全理解语义是有相当难度

Suggested ways of follow-up exercise 1.在最初阶段建议采用短篇经过改写的文章作为训练材料，进行复述练习。时间大约掌握在5-6分钟。在经过一段时间短篇的练习后，可以开始逐渐增长篇幅，内容难度做适当调整，但不宜书面的、过于专业的东西。因为这一阶段是记忆的训练而并非内容以及语言上的训练。时间可以增加到7-10分钟。注意这一阶段仍然是保证内容逻辑框架的完整性。在这个阶段过后，在练习中可以把时间控制在10分钟左右，但这一阶段的练习
