R&D做第一次的Golden Sample 校驗。2.完成履歷卡填寫、記錄Data及其他可能資料 (如相片)R&D應告知QE 校驗時間, 以便QE一同參與, 有助以後 QE 的校驗. 履歷卡 校驗記錄 4登錄與建 檔、標示R&D將Golden Sample、履歷卡及校驗Data或/和相片拿至儀校室登錄、建檔。2.儀校將資料建檔後，並在Golden Sample 貼上校驗標籤。 履歷卡 校驗記錄 標籤 5. PD使用PD產品規範使用Golden Sample 。如果發現異常，需通知R&D確認是Golden Sample問題 或是量測系統本身問題。 8. 異常處理R&D檢測是Golden Sample問題或量測系統本身問題。如是量測系統設定或量具不良，R&D需修復它。如是Golden Sample問題，儀校人員需加貼”暫停使用”標籤以為識別，R&D則需重新製作

17、建立新Golden Sample。4.如是儀器問題，則送儀校室校驗及依”儀具校驗與維護管制 程序”處理 9. 回校通知 與校正1.儀校室發行聯絡單通知負責Golden Sample 例行校正之 QE及PD，以進行Golden Sample 校驗之作業。儀校室得協調PD，排定Golden Sample 校驗時間，並將日期通知QE。如果該Golden Sample 之產品已滿一年(含)以上未生產，則該Golden Sample 得轉存儀校室，並貼上”暫停使用”標籤。轉存儀校室之Golden Sample 第一年仍需校驗，第二、三年如有使用，則依正常校驗週期校驗，如未使用則不必校驗。若該轉存儀校室之

18、Golden Sample，轉存超過三年仍在”暫停使用”狀態，則儀校室得通知R&D決定該Golden Sample 報廢與否，或其他處理方式 （如不報廢，則該Golden Sample轉R&D保存）。有關產品是否已一年未生產，需QA/R&D 提供訊息給QE或/和儀校室，以便停校之處理。 聯絡單 10. QE校驗樣 品QE於第一次校驗各類Golden Sample時，R&D相關人員得陪同，以確認測試的正確。如果校驗結果為Pass，QE需將Golden Sample與Data交儀校室登錄歸檔及貼上標籤。3. 如果校驗結果為Fail，則依異常處理方式執行。校驗Data 11 異常處理如果校正結果顯示

19、不能符合規格需求，則需會同RD一起確認問題原因。如是量測系統設定或量具不良，R&D需修復它。如是Golden Sample問題，R&D需重新製作建立新Golden Sample。如是儀器問題，則送儀校室校驗及依”儀具校驗與維護管制程序”處理。 12 記錄與識 別QE將Golden Sample 測試Data或/和相片拿至儀校室，由儀校室登錄歸檔及貼上標籤別識。儀校室通知PD取回Golden Sample或/和相片 校驗記錄 標籤:1.大陸廠環旭的Golden Sample回校單位由環旭儀校室負責。2. 280 PWR產品Golden Sample的校驗, 依據客戶Golden Sample首件

There are two types: PASS Golden Sample and Fault Golden Sampl

Golden Sample之製作: The fabrication of Golden Sample EVT、 DVT 及 MVT階段，因產品仍未開發完成，需經由 PE 提供設計者驗證過的

55、Golden Sample。Golden Sample須附上 PE 簽核的Board Assembly Manufacturing Golden Sample標籤 (AT-0801-E105-F11)。 量產階段之 Golden sample 可延續 NPI phase 保留之 Golden sample 繼續使用 , 若因故而必須重新製作 Golden sample時 , 應由生產線提供產品由 TE 或 TD 根據PE 提供的產品規格書，依照下列方法製作，並附上 TE, PE, QA 簽核的Board Assembly Manufacturing Golden Sample標籤 (AT-08

56、01-E105-F11)。如產品生命周期將結束(EOL)造成爭議,則由 TE召集相關單位(PD, PE, BD)共同討論解決之. 該產品之所有測試項目皆為邏輯性判斷項目(如MOB, POS.etc)，由 TE 挑選現行生產版本之產品，實際安裝測試時所需之所有週邊，並經由 GR&R之驗證程序後，如果GRR值 10%，則該挑選之產品得視為 Golden Sample。該GR&R驗證結果應填寫於表格(AT-0801-E105-F12)，並隨附於該產品之Golden Sample標籤以為證明。. 該產品之測試項目有一個(含)測試項目以上有量測值方可判斷Pass或是Fail：.1. 該量測項目可以不透過

57、治具而直接由儀器實際量測：由 TE 挑選現行生產版本之產品，依照產品規格書之需求安裝所需之週邊，以校驗期限內合格之儀器 (電表、示波器、分析儀etc) 量測該產品，所有量測項目及量測值均符合產品規格書所定義之規格，可視為Golden Sample。該量測值並需記錄於表AT-0801-E105-F11中以為驗證之標準。.2 該量測項目必須透過治具量測：治具製作 (DVT 或 MVT 階段) 是以 PE 提供設計者驗證過的 Golden Sample 為標準。故透過治具的實際量測值 (A) 減掉產品規格書定義的值 (B)，即為治具的補償值 (C=A-B)。量產階段，由 TE 挑選現行生產版本之產品

58、，依照產品規格書之需求安裝所需之週邊，以治具實際量測值 (A) 減掉治具補償值 (C) 後，若所得到的值 (B=A-C) 符合產品規格書所定義之規格 (B=B)，可視為Golden Sample。 PE must provide the Golden Sample verified by designer in the EVT, DVT and MVT phases because the product is not completed. 60、ct specification provided by PE. The Golden Samples must attach the label Board Assembly Manufacturing Golden Sample (AT-0801-E105-F11) signed by TE, PE and QA. If some issues due to a product will end of life (EOL), TE convene relevant units(PD,PE,BD) to discuss the solution. . If all the test item
