3、residualoiltank,excludingtheiroutfitting.本双组分油漆的基料为SILOXIRANE,应用于货油舱、货油污油舱和货油泄放舱,不包括它们内部的舾装件。Tank舱Quantity数量Cargotank货油舱Sloptank货油污油舱Res.oiltank货油泄放舱xxxx1.2Tankcoatingshallbecarriedoutafterthecompletionofhotworkinthetanksandadjacentareasandtanktesting.在舱内和舱体(六面体)周围火工作业结束及检查经过今后进行特涂施工。1.3Tankcoatingp

7、页1.8ThecoatingmanufacturersinspectionshallnotrelievethebuilderofanyofitsresponsibilitiestofollowtherequirementoftheSpecificationandthisCoatingProcedure.涂料制造商进行的检查不减少船厂遵守技术说明书和特涂工艺的责任。1.9Thebuildershallprovideallnecessaryskilledlabor,tools,equipmentandpoweretc.tocarryoutthesurfacepreparation,applicat

11、”10%。1.13Theownerssuperintendentsandcoatingmanufacturersrepresentativesshallhavetherighttorefuseentryintothetanksorconfinedspacesiftheysuspecthealthorexplosivehazardsexisttherein.Thebuildershalldelivertotheownerssuperintendentsa“GasFreeCertificate”(orsimtanksthatrequiretankliningoperation.若是船东和涂料厂商技

14、nkcoatingoperations.在特涂施工前,向船东供应一份详细的施工日程计划,内容包括搭脚手、表面办理、主冲砂、油漆作业、交验、舾装件安装、固化、可溶性盐检测等。1.16Nodeviationsfromthecontentsand/ordatacontainedinthespecification,theMarineLINEApplicationsProcedureandthisCoatingProcedureshallbepermittedwithouttheexpresswrittenpermissionoftheownerssuperintendents.在与技术说明书中的内容

15、或数据没有分歧的条件下,MarineLINE施工工艺和本特涂工艺的执行不需船东书面赞成。1.17Anysubcontractorselectedbythebuildertocarryoutallorpartofthetankcoatingoperationsdetailedinthespecification,shallbewellqualifiedandexperienced,andshallprovidethenecessaryamountofskilledlabortoenableallrequirementsofthespecification,theMarineLINEApplica

16、tionsProcedureandthisCoatingProceduretobemet.船厂选择的任何特涂分包工程队需具备优异的资质和经验,在从事技术说明书所指定的全部或部分特涂施工时,要供应足够数量的劳动力,遵守MarineLINE施工工艺和本特涂工艺。1.18Thesubcontractor(s)shallalsobeboundtothetermsandconditionscontainedinthespecification,theMarineLINEApplicationsProcedureandthisCoatingProcedure,andhisacceptanceofanyco

21、heDFTmeasurementsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththetermsagreeduponinthecontractbetweenbuilderandcoatingmanufacturerandfurthermorestatedinthespecificationofPaintingScheme(page5section3.1).膜厚的控制依照同船厂和油漆厂商达成的协议执行,并依照油漆明细表(09206501R)中的技术说明(第5页3.1章节)。3.TechnicalMatters技术事项3.1Intendedcargoesforloadingsh

22、ouldbecompatiblewiththespecifiedtwo-componentSILOXIRANEbasedcoatingsystem.装载的液货必定与本双组分SILOXIRANE油漆相容。IntendedCargo可装载货物Cleanpetroleumproducts,vegetableandanimaloilsascompatiblewiththeCargoResistanceGuide.可装载货物清单中同意的干净的石油产品、植物和动物油。3.2Scaffolding脚手架采用格栅形式的脚手架铺板,以防冲砂磨料的残留。合理搭设脚手架,防范铺板重叠,以防冲砂磨料残留在重叠的铺板之

23、间。特涂工艺CARGOTANKLININGPROCEDURE第6页共31页3.2.2Allstagingistobeerectedsothatitwillleaveacleardistanceofatleast150mm,butnotfurtherthan300mmfromallbulkheadsandstructurestobeblastedandcoated.Thedistancebetweenthelevelsandthetoplevelandoverheadshallbesuchastoensuresafeandcomfortablereachtoallareastobecoated.

24、Adistanceofapprox.1800-2000mmwouldforsafetyreasonsbedesirable.Thestagingmustnotcontactanysurfacethatistobetreated.Theendsofalltubularstagingpolesaretobecappedpriortothecommencementofblastingwork.Thecappingofstagingpolestobedonebyuseofeitherrubberorplasticcaps.Tapingisnoacceptableasitwillnotwithstand

25、theblastingrecoilandblastingmediawillaccumulateinsidethepolesandcausecontinuouscontaminationduringthetankcoatingoperation.需冲砂和油漆的舱壁及结构,与脚手架保持最少200mm间距,但不高出300mm。层间高度要能保证安全,并方便油漆施工,出于安全考虑,理想的高度为1800-2000mm。脚手架不能够接触任何待涂表面。冲砂前将脚手管两端用橡胶或塑料塞子封住,不能用胶带,由于其不能够抵挡反弹的冲砂磨料,会使磨料积累在脚手管中,在油漆施工过程中造成污染。3.2.3Thestagi

26、ngshallnotcontactthetanktopexceptforthetubularverticalstagingsupports,whichshouldminimizecontactwiththesubstrate.除垂直支撑的脚手管,脚手架其他部位不能接触舱底,并尽可能减小接触面。3.2.4Adequatesafetyrailsandnetstobeprovidedtopermitsafeworkingandinspectiontoallsurfaces.安装合适的安全扶手和安全网,保证施工和检查工作的安全。3.2.5Theownerreservestherighttodemand

27、improvementstotheconstructionandsafetyofanystaging,aswellasaccesstothesurface.Incaserequestedimprovementofthestaging,whetheritmaybeforsafetyorpooraccesstosurfaces,ownerreservetherighttodelayfurtherinspectionuntilsatisfactoryimprovementhasbeencarriedoutandacceptedbyownerssuperintendents.船东有官僚求对脚手架的安全

28、性和有效性进行改进。一旦提出了改进的要求,无论是关于安全性或是有效性,船东均可推迟检查,直至改进工作达到船东满意的程度。3.2.6Stagingtoremaininplaceuntilthetankhaspassedfinalcoatinginspectionontheoverheadandwalls.Thestagingisthentobecarefullyremovedfromthetankwithoutdamagetothecoating.Priortoremovalofthestaging,thetanktop,theinsideofthemainhatchcoamingandthes

29、urroundingoverheadareasshallbeprotectedwithrubbersheeting.Duringthede-stagingoperationoneexperiencedmemberofthetankcoatingteamistobepresentinthetanktoimmediatelyrepairanydamagesthatmayoccurontheverticalandoverheadareas.Directlyafterrepairandtouchupofthedamages,tapewithweakadhesivesshouldbesetinsucha

30、mannerthatdustorblastingmediafallingfromabovecannotsticktothewetcoating.脚手架在舱顶和舱壁的油漆完工检查通过后方可拆掉。拆掉脚手架时要防范损坏油漆。在拆掉脚手架前,用橡胶保护舱底、舱口围及周边的舱顶地区。拆掉脚手架的过程中,在舱内安排一名有经验的施工队成员,对舱内顶壁上可能出现的损坏进行及时维修。维修后,用低粘度的胶带贴在维修点上,防范灰尘和冲砂磨料粘在未干的油漆表面上。特涂工艺CARGOTANKLININGPROCEDURE第7页共31页3.2.7Makeonevacuumhoseavailableforcleaning

31、duringde-stagingtocleanremainingdustanddebris.用真空吸砂机除去脚手架拆掉过程中残留的灰尘和杂质。3.3OutfittingProtection舾装件的保护obviousreasonsthefollowingSUSpre-outfitteditemsshould,priortopre-blasting,receiveoxidativepassivationandthereafterprotectedbyrubbersheeting.Cargodroplines,cargodroplinesupports,heatingcoilsupports,ver

32、ticalandinclinedladders.Itisveryvitalthattheseitemsarecarefullyprotectedinordernottohaveanycontactwiththeblastingmedium(copperslag),asitcancontainupto30%ironandwouldthereforenegativelyaffectthequalityofthestainlesssteel.Aftermain-blastingiscompletedandacceptedandpriortocoatingapplication,theprotecti

33、ononthepre-outfittedSUSitemsshallbecompletelyremovedandtakenoutofthetank.TheSUSitemsaretobecleanedtoremoveanytracesoftheblastingmediumanddust,andnewprotectionapplied.在特涂施工结束后方可安装加热盘管。不锈钢预舾装件要在预冲砂前进行钝化,随后用橡胶保护,包括货油管、货油管管架、加热盘管管架、直梯、斜梯。稳当保护以上这些部件,防止冲砂磨料(铜矿砂)的接触是特别重要的,由于磨料的含铁量可能达到30,会对不锈钢的质量产生负面影响。在主冲砂

35、Inaddition,waterguardsaretobeinstalledaroundentranceholesofthetanktopreventrainwaterfromenteringthetank.Rainsheltersaretobemaintainederectedatalltimes.Thesheltersshallbecapableofpreventingdirt,dust,moisture,waterandothercontaminantsfromenteringthetankandtherebycontaminatingtheimmediateentrancearea.T

36、hesheltersaretobeofsufficientsizetoallowpersonneltoremoveandstorewetweatherclothingoutsideofthetanks.Nowetweatherclothingistobetakenintothetanks.Thefloorareashallconsistofwoodengratingtopreventcontaminationfromfoottrafficenteringthetank.Inadditionallpersonnelshalleitherchangetheirshoesorwearover-sho

37、es.主舱口上搭设坚固的挡雨棚,并且,在特涂舱的洞口周围设置挡水,防范雨水进入。挡雨棚要全程保护,使其能够防范污物、灰尘、湿气、水及其他污染物进入舱内污染舱口周边地区。挡雨棚要足够大,可容纳施工人员在舱外脱去并放置雨衣,雨衣不得拿进舱内。舱内近入口处应铺设木栅板以防践踏污染,其他,施工人员需换鞋或戴鞋套。特涂工艺CARGOTANKLININGPROCEDURE第8页共31页3.4.2Entranceholestothetank,otherthanthemainaccesshatches,aretobeprotectedinsuchawaythatventilationcanbesupplied

38、,butprotectionisprovidedtoeliminatetheriskofsuchcontaminantsasdescribedabove,toenterthetank.主舱口以外的其他洞口要采用保护措施,使其能够用来通风,而防范上述污染物进入舱内。3.4.3Oncompletionoftheblastingoperationsthesheltersshallthoroughlycleaned.冲砂施工结束后,挡雨棚要完整干净。3.4.4Noventilationorextractionhosingshallbeinstalledinthemainaccesshatch,soas

39、toprovidesafeandeasyentryandexitfromthetank.为保证安全和方便出入,风管不得经过主舱口。Note:Anyblastedsurfaceorpartiallycuredcoatingfilmthatcomesintocontactwithwaterasaresultofinadequateprotectionbeingprovidedasdetailedabove,shallbere-blastedwithoutanydiscussion.注意:任何冲砂后的表面或未充分固化的油漆表面,一旦由于上述保护工作不善而接触到水,必定进行返冲。3.5Temperat

44、cedanddetailsforperiodatothertemperaturesthattheminimumaredetailedinthecoatingmanufacturerdatasheets.Itshouldbenotedthatthemaximumrecommendedtemperaturefortheforcedheatcuringis105.完满的油漆必定进行逼迫热固化,热固化的钢板表面温度不低于80,依照油漆厂商产品数据表规定的时间连续保持该温度。若采用更高的温度,则可依照油漆厂商产品数据表的规定缩短热固化时间。建议热固化的最高温度不高出105。,thecoatingmanu

48、onlycombustiontypeheaterspermittedshallbethosewithindirectheatedairsupply.Electricallyheatedunitsarepreferred.Theheatedairshallbesuppliedtothelowerpartsofthetanks.Ref.to3.5.2.若是钢板温度低于上述规定,需要使用加热器来保证舱内的条件。只赞成使用经过空气间接加热的燃气型加热器。建议采用电加热。加热的空气能够达到舱内的底部地区。拜会。3.8Coatingmaterialtemperature油漆温度3.8.1Thestorin

50、aterialsforapplicationinthetankstheyaretobestoredforaminimumof48hoursunderheatedconditionstobringthetemperatureofthetwocomponentstoaminimumof22.Thisstoragefacilitytobeofsufficientcapacitytobeablestoreenoughmaterialsforthreedaysplannedwork.Caremustbetakentoensurethatcoatingmaterialsarenotoverheated,t

51、husshorteningtheireventualpotlife.Theheatedstoragefacilityistobeplacedasneartothetanksbeingworkedaspossible,anditshouldalsobeabletoaccommodatethesprayunit,etc.Thelengthofthesprayhosesfromair-lesspumpstothetankentranceshallbekeptasshortaspossibletoavoidcoolingofthemixedmaterialsinthepainthoses.Inextr

52、emecasesthepainthosesmayneedtobeinsulated.在寒冷季节,油漆不得储藏在露天场所,防范过低的温度和霜冻。施工前,油漆在加热条件下最少储藏48小时,使油漆温度最少升至22。储藏场所要能够容纳使用三天的油漆。油漆不能过分加热,否则会缩短混杂后施工时限。加热的储藏地点要尽可能凑近货油舱,并且能够放置喷涂设备。从无气喷泵到舱口的油漆管长度要尽可能短,以防范混杂后的油漆在油漆管内冷却。在极端寒冷的情况下,油漆管需进行绝缘保温。3.8.3Duringwarmweather,thecoatingmaterialsshallbeprotectedfromexcessive
