2、It wil l be employees responsibilities to develop their job knowledge and gain the professioncertificates. And it will be encouraged to enhance education degree by employees own initiative.员工必须不断更新自己的知识,并获得职位相关证书。酒店鼓励员工自费学习,提程度。升的教育For the potential and loyal candidate who is required by hotel manag

3、ement to improve job knowledge or skills for promotion, it could be considered to participate concerning trainingprograms which will be paid by hotel.对于某些具有潜力和忠诚的员工,根据酒店要求须提高岗位知识和技能,酒店将提供相应培训费的报销。Any training application must be referred to Human Resources Director for prior approval.HR will proceed

4、 to further approval by hotel management as necessary. All training course should be related with job knowledge and skills.任何的培训申请必须预先报批人力资源总监批准。人力资源部将根据有关程序报酒店管理层批准。培训内容必须与岗位知识和技能相关。4.HR will take proper trainingrecord to concernedemployee spersonalfile and arrangetosign Training Agreement with the

5、 employee according to hotel related policy.人力资源部将作相关的培训记录,并依照酒店的培训制度安排签订培训协议。If the associate fails to complete the service period as the training agreement, he/she needs to compensate the training fee, prorated on the service months.若员工未完成培训协议中规定的服务期,将须赔偿相应的培训费。Training Application Form with prior

6、 approval and certificate will be necessary supporting of reimbursement of expense or leave of the training.培训费用的报销和有关假期的申请必须以人力资源部和酒店管理层批准的培训申请表和获得的证书为依据Under urgent circumstance, concerned department head should notify HRD and hotel Management for verbal approval of training.若时间有限,相关部门经理必须与人力资源部总监

9、 basis of equals and voluntary. The two parties reach agreement on the principle of unanimity甲 , 乙双方根据酒店劳动合同第十三条第一和二款的规定 ,双方本着平等自愿的原则 , 就培训事项 , 经协商达成协议如下 :To improve the working knowledge and ability of hotel employees. Party A will send PartyB to attendTraining Program fromtowhich is offered byA wi

10、ll bear all the costs of training (tuition fee)when Party B complete whole training course.为提高酒店员工的工作知识与能力,现决定甲方派选乙方参加培训。学习期限自日止。 整个培训课程费用约为RMB 。By the government regulations, during training period, Hotel will offer Party B regular salary and other benefits.甲方依据国家有关规定,在乙方培训期间照常支付原基本工资,并保障其福利待遇不变。3.

11、Party B must serve in the company of Party A year after completion of the training course. If Party B terminates relationship within service period after training, he/she have to compensate the training fee, which is prorated based on the service months after the completion of the training course.乙方培训结束后,必须为甲方工作 年,如果培训结束后服务期内,乙双方终止雇佣关系,乙方必须向甲方支付根据培训后实际服务月份折算比例的赔偿金。If Party B breaks any article of the agreement, Party A has the right to ask Party B obeys this agreement, and also Party A keep the right to ask for a final arbitration.乙方如果违反本协议条款,甲方有权要求乙方履行本协议,并保留向有关政府仲裁机构
