7、eethod: 第五条 甲方方提供的基本本服务 Articlee 5 Baasic SServicces Prrovideed by Partyy A 1在租赁期限限内甲方向乙乙方提供以下下基本服务： 1. 8、bliic areea; （2）15-220名服务人人员。 (2) 155-20 wwaiterr;（3）音响系统统及灯光系统统 (3) Accoustiic sysstem aand Liightinng sysstem;（4）其他：提提供DJ一名名 (4) Otther sstipullationns: Suupply a DJ for LLesseee;2如乙方需甲甲方提供基本本服务之外的的其他服务，双双方应另行达达成补充协议议。补充：如甲乙乙双方未达成成补充协议的的，在本协议议其他条款约约定的服务条条款最终不得得超出本协议议第五条之范范围，否则视视为约定无效效。2. 10、料判判断场地是否否满足会展需需求。 修改后：1.签签约前，乙方方已经进行充充分了解甲方方出租场地的的有关情况，知知悉甲方提供供场地的相关关数据资料，并并确认甲方的的场地能够满满足乙方会展展需求。1. PParty B shaall prrovidee truee infoormatiion off the exhibbitionn to PParty A, annd to judgee if tthe pllace ccould meet the eexhibiition requiiremennts inn accoordancce witth thee dataa mateerialss provvided by Paarty AA. 甲方未如实提供供场地、设施施的有关情况况而造成乙方方办展活动无无法顺利进行行的，应赔偿偿由此

14、乙方方进行上述活活动时不应妨妨碍甲方场地地内的其他展展览和活动。（补充：乙方进行展台搭建、安装、拆卸、搬迁及善后等工作相关费用不包含在乙方支付给甲方的的租金内，乙方进行展台搭建、安装、拆卸、搬迁及善后等工作产生费用由乙方自行承担）。2. 18、Riights and OObligaationss of PParty A 1甲方有权监监督乙方在租租赁期限内遵遵守本合同约约定及甲方的的有关规章制制度，并对乙乙方违反 有关约定的行为为予以制止。（补充：由于乙方违反甲方管理制度导致会展活动无法进行的，相关责任由乙方自行承担，给甲方造成损失的，甲方保留追究乙方责任的权利。） 1. 20、lateed to ensurre thee normmal opperatiion off exhiibitioon by Partyy B. 3除有明确约约定外，甲方方不得不干涉涉乙方正常的的会展活动。 3. Exceept ass otheerwisee cleaarly sstipullated, Partty A sshall not iinterffere wwith PParty Bs norrmal eexhibiition activvitiess. 4甲方应对市市场进行物业业管理，并负负责场内的安安全防范和经经营设施的建建设及维护、包包括：建筑物物（包括公共共区域及租赁赁场

21、地）的管管理及维修保保养；对乙方方装修的审查查和监督；水水、电、 气气、空调、电电梯、扶梯等等设备、管道道、线路、设设施及系统的的管理、维修修及保养；清清洁管理；保保安管理并负负责市场的公公共安全；消消防管理；内内外各种通道道、道路、停停车场的管理理。 4. 24、利义务 Articlee 8 Riights and OObligaationss of PParty B 1乙方应按照照约定用途使使用甲方场地地，自觉遵守守甲方依法制制订的各项规规章制度，服服从甲方的监监督。 1. 25、y As suppervission. 2乙方应按合合同约定及时时支付甲方租租金。 2. Partty B sshall pay tthe reental to Paarty AA in ttime aas stiipulatted heerein. 3. 乙方有责责任维护租赁赁区域和公共共区域的整洁洁。租赁期限限届满，乙方方应按时（建议修改为为：应在 小时内）把自自己及参展商商的所有物品品（展台、展展架、遗弃物物以及垃圾）移移出租赁区域域。有关物品品未能按时移移出的，甲方方将视为遗弃弃物进行处理理。乙方也可可以委托甲方方对上述物品品进行清理，所所需费用由乙乙方承担。3. PParty B mayy alsoo entrrust PParty A to treatt the abovee artiicles at Paarty BBs cosst. 4乙方应合理理使用场内的的各项设施，如如需安装设备备、摆放展品品、设置宣传传广告等，应应先征得甲方方同意，造成成损坏的应承承担修复或赔赔偿责任。 4. Partty B sshall use ffacilii

29、 5乙方保证自自己和自己的的客户不会对对甲方或甲方方场所进行的的其他展览会会有任何攻击击、损害或干干扰的不正当当竞争行为。 5. Partty B sshall pledgge thaat it or itts cusstomerrs willl nott havee any unfaiir commpetittion aacts ssuch aas atttack, damagge or interrferennce aggainstt Partty A oor othher exxhibittions at Paarty AAs plaace. 6乙方负责对对自己财产进进行妥善保管管，并保

30、证其其展品或其他他物品，将不不占用或堆放放在非租赁区区域（包括室室外场地）；否则甲方有有权予以处理理，所需费用用由乙方承担担。 6. 31、led too handdle suuch exxhibitts andd artiicles at Paarty BBs cosst. 7乙方如为宣宣传会展活动动而需使用甲甲方名称、商商标和标识，应应事先取得甲甲方书面同意意，否则乙方方应承担由此此产生的法律律责任。 13. 32、ootherwwise PParty B shaall unndertaake thhe leggal liiabiliities incurrred hherebyy. 8. 乙方会展展活动及展示示物品应在国国家法律法规规规定范围内内进行，如会会展中有违法法活动或者乙乙方展览之物物品可能侵犯犯第三人的权权益（包括但但不限于人身身权、财产权权等），甲方方有权立即终终止本协议，造造成甲方损失失的，甲方有有权追究乙方方的责任。9. 补充：会会展期间，如如因乙方或乙乙方原因导致第三三人造成甲方方的损失，乙乙方对甲方应应承担全部赔偿偿责任。第九条 违约约责任 Articlee 9 Deefaultt

33、Liabbilitiies 1甲方未按约约定提供场地地或用水、用用电等市场内内的经营设施施或条件致使使乙方不能正正常经营 的的，应减收相相应租金，乙乙方有权要求求甲方继续履履行合同或解解除合同，并并要求甲方赔赔偿相应的损损失。 1.
