5、rk toward a common goal. The ideal candidate will have a strong program management background with experience leading medium to large projects. The candidate will also have a business development background with strong ability to earn trust with startup founders, as well as work cross-functionally a

Roles Responsibilities Work closely with startup customers, Startup Business Development, Marketing, Sales and Operation teams across the organization to understand the needs of entrepreneurs and how to help

7、them meet those needs and achieve growth. Research and develop solutions to process gaps and hurdles in the startup experience. Liaise with the global Startup Program Management team to front-end the execution and regionalization of all the Startups focused programs at the China level. Implement cus

8、tomer usage metrics reporting, with a strong focus on improving customer experience. Manage the entire lifecycle of the initiatives you are responsible for, including showing operations success and developing on further iterations. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such a

9、s Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business, operation or related field. 7-10+ years of program/product management or business development experience. Demonstrated understanding and savviness in the startup space, including common patterns of success for st

10、artup customers. Proven ability to launch successful, external experiences that are used and loved by their customers.Operational savviness, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping focus on execution and delivering results consistently. Proven ability to work coop
