33、ingresssincetheoilsumplevelhadincreasedandwaterwasfoundleakingfromno.2liner.Torepairthegenerator,theenginemustbecompletelydismantledforrenewalofthecrankshaft.WitnessonBoard,(Signatureandrank)123MastersSignatureandShipsStamp注:1、海事声明是在事故发生后,未发现具体损坏项目前,为了保留以后索赔权利时使用的。也用于遇到大风浪后争取免除船方责任,主要是应对收发货人。此项声明必须在
34、船到港后24小时内做出,或者在开舱卸货前起草好声明并得到签证。2、事故报告是在事故(多为机损和货损事故)发生后已造成属于保险范围内具体损失时使用的,专门用于对保险公司的报案及索赔用。对于我公司的船舶来说,目前可以按此格式用中文来书写事故报告。根据有关的法律规定,船方要对货物装船后处于船方保管照料期间的货物状况负责,因此,在大幅收据及交货(卸货)报告上对货物在装船时及卸离船舶时的状况进行客观准确、公平合理的批注对处理货损索赔、保护船东利益至关重要。大副在具体批注时应注意做到:1、内容具体、肯定、确切、不含糊其词或模棱两可;2、不必重复提单中的免责条款;3、对于贵重物品,船方值班人员要加强对货物的
