34、船到港后24小时内做出，或者在开舱卸货前起草好声明并得到签证。2、事故报告是在事故（多为机损和货损事故）发生后已造成属于保险范围内具体损失时使用的，专门用于对保险公司的报案及索赔用。对于我公司的船舶来说，目前可以按此格式用中文来书写事故报告。根据有关的法律规定，船方要对货物装船后处于船方保管照料期间的货物状况负责，因此，在大幅收据及交货（卸货）报告上对货物在装船时及卸离船舶时的状况进行客观准确、公平合理的批注对处理货损索赔、保护船东利益至关重要。大副在具体批注时应注意做到：1、内容具体、肯定、确切、不含糊其词或模棱两可；2、不必重复提单中的免责条款；3、对于贵重物品，船方值班人员要加强对货物的
