3、易中心据其申请进行的操作承当全部法律责任。本授权书自签署之日起生效，本机构变更授权事项、预留印鉴的，应当向中国外汇 交易中心提交新的授权书，自新授权书生效之日起(以签署日期为准)，原授权书自动 失效。The specimen signatures/seal given by us, the undersigned, in this Letter of Authorization are the signatures/seal solely for conducting the above authorized activities in China Foreign Exchange Trade

4、 System (CFETS). Any application request form containing the matching seal or matching signatures of the authorized signatories (whose number should be no less than the required minimum), or any application request form sent by the Authorized Sender through his/her iDeal account, is deemed to have b

5、een sent with our valid authorization. We understand and agree that any operation performed by CFETS in accordance with our requests for emergency services has the same legal effect as if it was performed by us, and we will solely be liable for the legal consequences of the above-mentioned operation

6、 performed by CFETS.This Letter of Authorization takes effect from the date of execution. If we wish to alter the authorized activities or the specimen signatures/seal, we are to submit to CFETS a new letter of authorization. The original authorization will automatically expire from the day the new

8、人的签字确认。.“有权发送人”指机构中有权通过iDeal进行应急服务申请的人员。假设应急服务申请 单为有权发送人通过本人iDeal账号提交，应在应急服务申请单落款处填写姓名并备注 iDeal,如“张三(iDeal) ”，将申请单发送至中国外汇交易中心服务号。机构可预留一个 或多个有权发送人。.机构可根据实际情况填写授权事项，本授权书需双面打印。Notes:There are three ways of giving authorization: specimen signatures of Authorized Signatories, specimen seal, and Authorize

The Authorized Sender is only authorized for emergency services; Authorized Signatories and specimen seal can be used for various activities.The applicant may give the specimen signature of one or more A

Required signature number means the minimum number of signatures from Authorized Signatories needed to carry out the authorized activities. For example, if the Letter of Authorization contains three sp

11、ecimen signatures and the required signature number“ is two, then signatures from any two of the three Authorized Signatories are needed to conduct an authorized activity.Authorized Sender means a person who has the applicanfs authorization to request for emergency services through iDeal.
