18、新的学习方向，树立新的学习目标，因此，对于考试题的讲评也比较期待。立足于现实情 况，开设了这节讲评课。效果分析每一次讲课，都是对自己教学能力提升的一次机会。通过对学生的二次检测，通过同事 之间的磨课评课，通过自己的观课的分析与记录，初步确定教学效果为良好。一是师生互动 比较好，学生能够听懂教师的英语教学语言，较为顺利的完成了学习任务。二是，通过这堂 讲评课，学生的收获还可以。但是效果还远远不够，我要继续努力，做好学生的引导者与鼓励者，不断地激发学生的学习热情，也要不断提高自己的教学技能与素养。教材分析我们的教材，这节课主要使用了一套中考模拟试题。针对中考中的考点重点难点易错 点，和考试要求具备的题型，精心设计了这套中考模拟题。难度与中考难度基本相一致，既是对学生的一次考查，也是对教师整合教材的一次考验与锻炼。评测分析课后，对学生进行了二次达标检测。学生的达成度为 80%。同事们也进行了观课分析， 给我提出了不少有用的建议。比如，阅读理解蜻蜓点水，效果小，不如直接删去这个环节， 加大五选四和书面表达的环节力度和强度，学以致用，让学生总结解题方法，然后再运用到做题实际中去，理论和实际相结合，学生的收货会更大。课后反思观看了本节课的实录，我喜忧参半。喜的是能够基本上达成本节课的教学目标，让学 生拓展了知识，
