1、摘要本工程为某煤矿多层办公楼(一)。采用框架结构,设计基准期50年,安全等级为二级, 抗震设防烈度为7度。本工程占地面积约788.4平方米,建筑面积4800多平方米。本建筑六层,总高度 222.2米,室内外高差为0.45米,女儿墙高1.2米。建筑采用矩形,总长度为43.2米, 总宽度为17.4米。建筑立面规整,女儿墙用钢筋混凝土砌筑,隔墙采用空心混凝土砌块 砌筑。本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,框架柱混凝土强度等级为C30 (底层 为C35 ),一层柱子截面为600 X 600mm 2,二至六层采用500 X 500 mm2,框架梁混凝土 强度等级为C30 (底层为C35)。建筑地点地

2、质条件良好,采用独立基础,基础埋深为 2.2m,混凝土强度为C30。本设计以工程实例为研究对象,设计过程包括三部分:建筑设计、结构设计及施工组织设计。 设计严格遵守我国现行规范,计算中包括地震荷载计算,内力组合,框架梁设计,框架 柱设计,基础设计,楼板设计,楼梯设计。关键词:框架结构;钢筋混凝土;内力计算;内力组合;配筋计算AbstractThis engineering office is Coal multi-layer office building (one).Its structure adopt frame structure, its design benchmark perio

3、d is 50 years,its safety level is 2,and its seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees.This project covers an area of about 788.4 square meters and a building area of 4,800 square meters. This building has six stories, with total height 22.2 meters.The elevation of indoor and outdoor is 0.45 meter

4、s,The Parapet height is 1.2 meters tall.This building adopts rectangle.Total length is 43.2 meters, width of 17.4 meter for total.The building elevation is neatly, parapet with reinforced concrete lining, partition with hollow concrete block masonry wall.This engineering structure form of reinforced

5、 concrete frame structure,the frame column of cast-in-situ concrete strength rating is C30(the bottom is C35),a layer of pillar section is 600 x 600 square millimeter, two to six floor adopts 500 x 500 square millimeter,the Frame beams strength grade of concrete for C30 (bottom is C35).The Construct

6、ion site geological condition is good, we adopt independent based buried deeply based 2.2 m, and its concrete strength is C30.This design object of study is engineering examples,its design process including three parts : architectural design,structure design and the construction organization design.

The build adopt reinforced concrete frame structure, the desi

The main body is twelve frame constructions. Total height is 41.4 metres. The indoors and outside height i

10、s 0.45 metres. Parapets are 1.2 metres .The shape of the building is rectangle. The total length is 54.6 metres, total width is 15.6metres. The front door use glass door and the others choose solid wood doors. The windows use plastic- steel windows. The design is formula. Constructs in the first flo

In the building all kinds of facility is complete which suits the modernized work use.The structural form of the civil engineering is reinforced concrete casting frame .The strength class of the frame column is C30. The cross sections of the first floor to the six floor is

12、750 x 750 square metres, and the others are 650 x 650 square metres. The strength class of the frame beam is C30, and the cross sections are 300 x 600 square metres. The soil condition of the building site is good. The foundation burying depth is 2.1 metres, using foundation with the concrete of C25
