1、行业企业毕业设计（论文）课程大纲课程编号：100093406课程名称：行业企业毕业设计（论文）高等教育层次：本科课程在培养方案中的地位：课程性质：必修 对应于电子封装技术专业参与教育部卓越工程师计划的学生；属于：Bs 实践训练课程基本模块开课学年及学期：第8学期课程总学时：16周 ，总学分：16一、目的与任务 毕业设计(论文)是电子封装技术专业教育部卓越计划学生重要的教学环节，其目的是为了培养学生综合运用所学专业理论知识解决行业企业生产实际问题和项目研发的能力，包括查阅国内外相关资料，并根据生产实际问题和项目研发要求进行设计、开发并提过具体解决方案和措施，根据需要撰写毕业设计或撰写毕业论文。通

2、过本教学环节的训练，使学生具备独立从事行业企业生产工艺和质量控制、管理和新产品研发的能力。二、内容、要求与进度安排 1、内容与进度安排 本教学环节是以学生在行业企业教师和校内指导教师的共同指导下完成行业企业工程或项目开发以及实际生产中需要解决的某一实际问题，具体包括国内外文献检索、文献综述专业、相关英文资料翻译、开题、相关设计与研发、毕业设计或毕业论文撰写及毕业答辩等环节。 毕业论文工作在指导教师的指导下由学生独立完成以下三个教学过程：(1)开题：根据任务书的要求查阅与毕业论文或设计选题相关的资料，并制定设计方案和研发内容。(2)项目设计或研究：根据制定的设计方案和研发内容进行相关的设计与研发

3、工作。(3)撰写毕业论文或毕业设计：通过整理设计结果或研发结果，由本人独立撰写毕业设计或毕业论文。（4）论文答辩：完成毕业设计或毕业论文答辩。 2、要求 (1)毕业设计或论文字数(包括设计原理、设计流程、方案、设计图纸或程序以及研究图表)不少于18000字，且结构合理、内容完整、数据可靠、格式规范，语言符合要求。(2)要求查阅30篇以上国内外相关资料，其中外文文献不得少于10篇，并撰写一篇6000字以上的文献综述以及翻译一篇5000字以上的英文参考文献。(3)毕业设计或论文应包括300字左右的中文及相应的英文摘要。(4)毕业设计或论文要求计算机打印，不得手写。三、考核与成绩评定毕业设计或论文的

4、成绩由校内指导教师、校外指导教师和答辩委员会三方面各按百分制评定，然后再乘以相应的加权系数后综合给出。其中校内指导教师、校外指导教和答辩委员会所给成绩在最终论文总成绩中的比例依次为30%、30%、40%。而论文校外指导教师除对论文本身质量进行评定外，还对所指导学生平时的出勤情况、劳动纪律及与其他人员的协作情况等进行综合评价。毕业设计或论文的最终成绩以优、良、中、及格和不及格五级制评定。 毕业设计或论文的最终成绩根据选题、论文或设计工作量、论文或设计的质量、论文或设计的书面质量以及答辩时回答问题的情况进行综合评定。四、大纲说明 1、进行方式：毕业设计或论文要求对学生进行综合训练，要尽可能包含电子

8、ent and the scheduleThis task includes three teaching progress:(1) Thesis proposal: looking up the academic information which related to the graduation thesis and design the research schedule and research content. (2) Experiment: carrying out the experiment research according to the research schedul

9、e and content. (3) Writing graduation thesis: By collecting the experiment result and design result, students should write the graduation thesis by themselves. (4) Thesis defense.RequirementThe number of the words of the graduation thesis should be no less than 18000 words. The structure is reasonab

10、le, the content is complete, the data is reliable, the charts are complete, the format is standard and the language meets the requirements.In the period of graduation thesis work, students should read at least 30 relevant document literatures. In the meantime, the number of the foreign literature sh

11、ouldnt less than 10, and the student need write a literature review of more than 6000 wordsand to translate at least 1 foreign literature of more than 5000.The graduation thesis includes an abstract of Chinese and English, and the number of words should be around 300.The graduation thesis needs to b

12、e printed by the computer instead of handwriting.Assessment and achievement evaluationThe score of the graduation thesis will be evaluated by the faculty adviser in enterprise,the faculty adviser in university and thesis oral defense committee according to the hundred-mark system. Then multiply the

13、score by its corresponding weighting coefficient to get the final grade. The scaling factor in the final thesis score of the faculty adviserin enterprise, the faculty adviser in university and thesis oral defense committee respectively are 30%, 30% and 40%.
