23、aey, protect ng .e contr oi acatas .e peton.epors of ie 安装施工方案（一）、清点部件并做好记录（二）安装轨道.放线：在承轨梁上放线，放出轨道中心线，再按轨道底宽，弹出轨道底线，以导电侧 的轨道为基准，根据跨度要求用钢卷尺定出另一侧轨道中心线，并弹出轨道中底边线.调整承轨梁的标高：根据所测标高，添加所需的垫板.轨道上位：用手拉葫芦或其他吊装设备如25t汽车吊分别将调直的轨道吊装到承轨梁上，吊放在所需位置，把轨道底面用 20mm左右厚度的要板垫起来，以便放置钢垫板和防 震垫片.轨道找正，定位，紧固：将安装轨道用的螺栓组，轨道压板等吊到承轨梁上

24、 ，并组对 好.钢垫和防震垫板垫好后，将轨道下的木板抽出，然后用鱼尾板把轨道连成一体 ，根据中心 线大体找成一根直线，用轨道压板等把轨道初步固定 ，最后进行全面找正，符合要求后把螺栓 全部紧固.轨中测量：使用钢卷尺对每根轨道至少测量三点.轨道的相对标高，直线度及轨道中心与承轨梁中心这间的偏差的测量.轨道接地装置安装.（三）吊装、组装1.门座起重机根据现场及两台 200t汽车吊起吊设备条件，本起重机采用两断安装：转台以上部分（包括起重臂，人字架，配重，转台），转台以下部分（包括支腿，中心转柱，大车行走机构）. 用两台200t汽车吊进行分别吊装、然后再在空中进行组装的方案。先在轨道上找好起重机安装

25、基准段，焊好挡块；在基准段轨道两侧打好锚定桩.调整两台汽车吊的位置，互不干涉；不影响视线，锁好夹轨器，将起重臂牵引到合适位置，用合适钢丝绳固定好各个支腿上的吊点，准备抬吊前的准备工作；由统一指挥人员指挥两台汽车员同时起吊，起吊时严格遵循汽吊安全操作规程；确保在起吊过程中设备的平稳，人员的安全。转台以下部分（约60t）放置到起重机轨道的安装基准段位置按GB/T17495-2009中的相关要求用框式水平仪与塞尺进行钢轮垂直倾斜、钢轮对角线、跨度、上法兰的水平，上法兰对角线的检验。并用槽钢或垫板对上法兰进行固定。确保使上法兰的水平。检验合格后再进行下一步。rbe. s ong Li Xi ag Li
