21、有限责任公司， 设计单位为中煤科工集团重庆设计研究院有限公司，地勘单位为中铁工程设计院有限公司，监理单位为重庆中泰工程监理有限公司， 施工单位为重庆市轩园建筑工程有限公司。本次施工拟建建筑物为洋房部分为7+1 层、商业三层、车库一层，地基基础采用强夯法处理，即两遍点夯加两遍满夯进行处理，强夯面积约18000多nf。2、场地地质条件：场内地层主要有第四系全新人工素填土、冲洪积粉质粘土以及碎石土，下伏基岩为三叠系中统巴东组泥岩和泥灰岩。二、地基基础局部换填处理前提情况2013年12月6日，在对18#商业北侧80米X 32米范围进行第 二遍点夯，夯击10个点位后发现：按照3000KN.m夯能，夯4-

22、5击， 未达到收锤标准时，夯坑深度都在2.6m-3m以上，且收锤困难，夯坑周围隆起较大，最高至 0.8m。随后，在夯坑中填筑中风化填料后继 续夯击，6击后，夯坑深1.8m,周围隆起0.4m,其夯击数与夯沉量 仍然达不到设计要求和收锤标准。赓即，我方通知业主、地勘、监理 单位代表现场查看。经业主单位林世德、林仕荣、严工，地勘单位薛相国，监理单位邹方军及施工单位技术负责人现场查看后，决定用挖机向下深挖，以探查下层的土质情况。挖至高程174.6 （深3.5m）后观察发现：其土呈软泥状，含水率大，有明显水浸泡的特性。初步分析，本施工区域紧邻朱衣河北侧，受三峡水库175 米水位影响，长江水渗透后长时间浸

23、泡，使得原回填土含水率过大，土质变为软泥土，无法承受强夯能量。2013 年 12 月 6 日中午，建设单位相关领导召开现场办公会，会议决定：根据现场实际情况，为确保工程质量，对土质软弱部位作局部土石方换填处理。会上， 要求施工单位按照设计要求的填料质量及换填的相关施工工艺，保质保量完成局部换填的施工任务。三、换填施工准备1、确定换填的具体范围根据已发现的软弱土层位置，向其四周呈放射状用强夯机探测，以确定大致范围。开挖后根据现场土层情况，由地勘单位、建设单位、监理单位代表现场确定具体换填范围。2、确定换填的深度以现场软土层深度为依据，按2m深度开挖，然后根据现场实际情况，再具体确定换填深度。3、

24、高程及范围测量用水准仪测出需换填部位的地貌高程，用全站仪测出换填范围边线坐标，为最终确定土石方换填的工程量作依据。4、换填施工机械准备本工程地基基础强夯工期紧，且土石方换填工程量较大，为不影响原施工计划，土石方换填需240挖掘机一台，推土机一台，20T双 桥运输车5辆（外运，填料运输车辆数台），18T压路机一台。四、土石方换填施工步骤工艺流程：开挖位置的界定（撒白灰线）、原地貌收方-土方开 挖、外运一检查软土层是否挖完一确认深度（范围）并收方一块石土 回填、分层碾压一填至原地貌高程后清理、找平一验收。1、按照初步确定的换填范围，开挖一段后，根据现场的土质情况，请地勘单位、建设单位、监理单位代表

25、现场确定具体开挖深度及范围。2、确定开挖顺序：因业主指定的弃土场位于施工现场西北方向（约1Km） ，现场开挖时可由西向东进行挖运。3、土方开挖：现场配备一台240 型挖掘机开挖、装土，利用自卸车运至业主指定的弃土场，弃土场用推土机堆高及修路。4、现场检查：挖至要求的深度及范围后，邀请建设单位、地勘单位、监理单位代表，对已开挖的土层进行检查（设计单位可传影像资料） 。确认后，收测深度和范围。5、块石土换填：（1）用挖掘机或推土机将坑底整平，用18T压路机碾压。（ 2）换填：换填料必须满足设计要求。换填块石土运至坑内，用推土机推平，然后用18T压路机分层碾压，分层厚度为50cmi换填碾压密实度参照
