1、Unit 3 Language in useModule 8 My future life目录语法聚焦01课堂小测02语法聚焦宾语从句和定语从句一、宾语从句 1.定义:置于动词、介词等词后面, 起宾语作用的从句叫宾语从句。宾语从句有三要素:引导词、语序、时态。引导词要点举例that引导由陈述句变来的宾语从句, that通常可以省略He said(that) he would like to see a film.他说他想看电影。2.引导词if/whether引导由一般疑问句变来的宾语从句He asked if/whether I would park my car under the tree
2、. 他问我是否会将车停在树下。(原问句:Will you park your car under the tree?)特殊疑问词引导由特殊疑问句变来的宾语从句Can you tell me which class you are in? 你能告诉我你在哪个班吗?(原问句:Which class are you in?)3.语序宾语从句要用陈述语序, 即“引导词主语谓语其他”(但如果疑问代词who, what或which在从句中作主语, 语序则不用变)。时态举例若主句的时态是现在时或将来时, 宾语从句可根据情况用它所需要的任何时态He says Jim was late for school y
3、esterday.他说吉姆昨天上学迟到了。若主句的时态是一般过去时, 从句要用相应的过去时态He said he would come back the next day.他说他第二天回来。She asked if he had seen the dog.她问他是否看到过那条狗。4.时态但是当从句表达的是自然现象或客观真理时, 则无论主句是什么时态, 从句一律用一般现在时The teacher told us (that) the earth moves around the sun. 老师告诉过我们地球是围着太阳转的。二、定语从句1.定义:在复合句中, 修饰某一名词或代词, 用作定语的从句叫
4、定语从句。2.含定语从句的复合句的结构:主句(含先行词)+ 定语从句(含关系词:that, which, who, whom, whose等。当关系词在从句中作宾语时可以省略)。其中,关系代词的选择使用见下表:要点举例that引导定语从句时, 可以指人也可以指物, 当先行词被序数词、形容词最高级等修饰时, 其后的定语从句要用that引导The man that wrote the book is an English professor.写这本书的人是一位英语教授。This is the best film that I have ever seen。这是我看过的最好的电影。which引导的定
5、语从句修饰表示物的名词, which在从句中作主语或宾语The story which we heard yesterday is very interesting.昨天我们听到的那个故事非常有趣。That is the house in which he lived ten years ago.那就是他十年前住过的房子。who,whom,whose引导定语从句时用于指人(whose也可以指物)。who在从句中作主语或宾语, whom作谓语动词或介词的宾语, whose作定语He is the student who knows the answer to the question.他就是知道
