Graham Solomons, Craig B.Fryhle, Organic Chemistry(第8版影印版),化学工业出版社,2004。一、教学目的: 有机化学是介绍含碳类化合物-有机化合物化学性质的一门科学。有机化合物通常被称为有机分子,它涵盖了生活的方方面面,脂肪、糖类、蛋白质、核酸都是含碳化合物。有机化学课程的任务是帮助学生全面了解和掌握有机化学的基本知识和有机化学的最新进展,使学生对有机化学这门学科形成一个符合逻辑的、完整的框架体系。

2、课程的第一部分着重于讲解有机化学的一般性的概念;第二部分,介绍各种有机官能团类化合物的性质及它们之间的相互转化;第三部分,介绍三种类型的有机酸碱理论;第四部分,在前三章的基础上介绍一些高等有机化学的概念;第五部分,介绍一些基本的有机化合物结构鉴定的基本知识及复杂的有机化合物分子的逆合成分析。二、课程内容Chapter 16 Aldehydes and Ketones 1.
