1、OTIS (TT)测试工具的使用方法 Toec-40调试方法概要 由于本工具可与若干种OTIS 公司的电梯(如:TOEC-40 TOEC-60等) 连接。本说明书仅以与TOEC-40 型电梯相连时为例,与其它电梯相连时略有不同。测试工具接在LB(逻辑板)上,因此它可以一边登记一边检查轿厢的状况和各个输入输出。功能LED 检查各状态的显示(轿厢状况,门状况,轿厢位置,方向,呼梯)呼梯的登记输入的显示输出的操作各轿厢的状况(组件)存储器(RAM)内存内容的显示显示部 显示窗:有162个LCD显示屏,显示出英文和数字。 键 MOUDULE对线路板进行选择。 DISP STATE显示轿厢状况,门状况。
2、 ENT CALL登记呼梯。 TEST不用。 FUNTION不用。 DISP IN输入显示。 SEL OUT输出操作。 0 9呼梯登记的楼层输入。 SET不用。 ON使输出接通。 UP DOWN上,下呼梯。 蓝键换档键。 OFF使输出断开。 GO ON显示后面的输入,输出状况。 GO BACK显示后面的输入,输出状况。使用方法1LCD 检查(自身测试)功能 实验LCD的显示机能使用方法由于接通LB(逻辑板),自动开始LCD顺次点灯实验。在使用实验工具进行的情况下,按动红色的转换开关。2轿厢状况,门状况的显示:功能 显示轿厢状况,门状况,轿厢位置,方向,各个呼梯。使用方法 按动DISP STAT
3、E显示单台的场合Page.2 轿厢的方向轿厢状况门状况轿厢方向向上向下无方向 第一行 LCD轿厢位置 第二行LCD轿厢呼唤 第三行LCD大厅下呼唤 第四行LCD大厅上呼唤2)轿厢状况TRV?继电器操作电路的交流100V电源脱落。CORR?校正运行开始前的等待状况,等5秒后便开始校正运行。CALL?等待呼梯。RUN轿厢正在运行。DZ?轿厢减速正等待门区,轿厢换速但还未进门区。ZXT?轿厢减速进入门区后正等待停止。INS轿厢正处在检修中。ESS紧急停止开关断开。RESCU正在援救运行中。RLV正在找平运行中。MTC电动机过热保护装置正在工作,马达热保护结点短路。EQO正在地震管制运行中。FSO正在
4、消防管制运行中。PKS停车开关接通。EMERG轿厢因急停而处于减速,但未完全停止。FAIL!经过5次救援操作。SAF?安全回路断开。MIP丢失IP(变成最端部楼层间的MIP)门状况DFC轿门处在完全关闭状态。DOL?轿门正在开启中,但未完全开齐。NT轿门完全打开,正在等待门时间的结束。DFC?轿门正在关闭中,但未完全关齐。DOHB轿门完全开齐,并在计算DOS或DOHB开门时间。ISS轿厢处于独立服务操作。2个轿厢的情况轿厢轿厢状况门状况A RUN DFC轿厢A方向轿厢A:将测试工具和A号机接通的情况。B:将测试工具和B号机接通的情况。Page:3其它和单机情况相同3呼梯的登记功能 输入轿厢呼梯
5、,大厅呼梯。使用方法 单台的场合1) 按动ENT CALL 键2) 按动GO ON 或 GO BACK,就选择轿厢呼梯或大厅呼梯。HC :大厅呼梯CC :轿厢呼梯 3) 按动1 0 的数字键,输入呼梯的楼层 最下楼层作为 1 改变错误的楼层时继续按动数字键 4)按动UP或者DOWN 键时输入上行或下行的轿厢呼梯,定上行还是下行。 呼梯被登记时在LCD显示部LCD点亮 使用方法 在B1-5F 现场输入3F的轿厢呼梯显示。 CALL? 10、接通A号机或者B号机按动DISP STATE 键按动GO ON键时,显示如下: A号轿厢的状况A号机接通的情况下,只能动GO ON键时,就显示B号机的情况。 轿厢状况的内容T:轿厢在恒速进行中 (TRAVELLING)NT:轿厢在停止或减速中 (NOT TRAVELLING)E:轿厢不满员 (EMPTY)NE:轿厢满员 (NOT IMMEDIATE)I:轿厢不延迟 (IMMEDIATE)NI:轿厢过一段时间再开 (NOT IMMEDIATE)A:轿厢可能一组运转 (AVAILABLE)NA:分别(独立)运转 (NOT AVAILABLE)R:轿厢可以正常运转 (READY)NR:轿厢有故障 (

It is divided in a SYSTEM path ,where you have access to the main service Tool functions STATUS (system monitoring

19、key.(number 1,2,3 8)If there is only one number to choose .you can call the function also with the Shift Key ENTER.You can toggle between the different Menus using the GO ON or GO BACK key if the character indicates a hidden menu.The CLEAN key lets you jump one step back.If you want to jump back to

The Service Tool functions Input, Call
41、, Install, Alter and Events are assigned to the Standard Short Keys S7 (Shift 7),S8 (Shift 8),S4 (Shift 4),S5 (Shift 5)and S6 (Shift 6).Short Key S9 (Shift 9) is a free programmable key to store any position of the Tree Structure as a sixth Short Key.Once you have stored S9 (by pressing S9at the des
