The Seller loads the goods if the carrier pickup is at the Sellers premises. For that points, the Buyer bears the costs and

Terminal includes any place, whether covered

14、 or not, such as a quay, warehouse, container yard or road, rail or air cargo terminal. The Seller bears all risks involved in bringing the goods to and unloading them at the terminal at the named port or place of destination. 卖方负责将货物运输到指定的目的地或目的港的集散站，并负责将货物从运载工具上卸下来。Terminal可以是任何地点，如码头、仓库、集装箱场站或公路、
