8、 proper field loading, 2nd-time transportation and lifting of 3 sets of equipment PM21-FB001/FB002/FB003 safety and successful completion of the work, this lifting procedure is specially prepared as per the national standards and the Owners specification requirements in the principle of lowest const

9、ruction cost, shortest construction duration and reliable technology to elaborate the lifting construction method, construction materials and lifting sequence.我方于20007年7月19日用ATF110-5 110t吊车将PM21-FB001/002/003连带运输鞍座水平的吊装到16.4m层,暂时存放在5/6轴线与A/D轴线之间,其具体放置位置如下图所示:On July 19, 2007, CNI23 lifted the equipm

10、ents PM21-FB001/FB002/FB003 together with their transportation saddle horizontally to the 16.4m floor, placing them temporarily axis 5/6 and A/D by using ATF 110-5 (110t) crane. 12、uction LiftingHGJ201-83; 我公司BAYER项目部所拥有的工具、索具; Tools and riggings owned by our Bayer project management; 吊装与运输任务Lifting & Transportation Work在本次施工中,需完成下表所列设备的装车、现场二次运输及吊装就位。During this construction, the loading, field 2nd-time transportation and lifting of the equipment listed in the following table

14、ch 3: Equipment in-position sketch设备吊装顺序Lifting sequence PM21-FB002-PM21-FB001-PM21-FB003 在进行二次吊装的时候,主要是确保PM21-FB001先于PM21-FB003吊装就位,否则PM21-FB003将没有翻转竖立的空间。During 2nd lifting, the in-position of PM21-FB001 should be done prior to PM21-FB003, or there will be no space for the turnover of PM21-FB003.吊

15、装要求Lifting Requirements中建已经将25.63m的钢梁安装完毕。The steel beam on 25.63m elevation has been installed by CSCEC and is qualified through acceptance. 吊装设备用的吊架制作完毕并检验合格。Lifting supports heaved fabricated and inspected rightly.将3个吊架安装到25.63m层钢梁上,吊架上的吊耳分别位于3个设备的就位中心。Lifting the three lifting supports on 25.63m

16、 steel layer beams and installation on beams, make the lug locate on each equipment position center.在每台设备吊装之前安装好顶部盲板吊具。Blind plate lifting tool should be installed properly before lifting equipment.25.63m层的钢梁与吊架上的倒链拴挂完毕。在钢梁与钢丝绳圈之间垫一层厚橡皮垫或者1/4圆钢管,胶皮垫与圆钢管用铁丝绑在钢梁上。Chain block on the 25.63m floor has be

17、en fixed properly. 18、链外,其余的均为5t倒链,5t倒链可以在吊装就位完一台设备之后再安装吊装另一台设备的倒链。Note: Except the two 20t and four 10t chain blocks indicated, other chain blocks are all 5t. 20、簧吊架Installation spring hanger清理现场House-keeping吊装方法Brief Description of Lifting Method在设备的顶部与尾部两端连接倒链,倒链的另一端连接在拴挂在25.63m钢梁上的钢丝绳圈上,通过倒链将设备翻转竖立,然后移位到安装位置就位,等安装好弹簧吊具后,拆除倒链,完成整个设备的安装就位过程。Fix chain block to the equipment top and end; connect the other end of the chain block to the iron rope ring on the 25

21、.63m steel beam; turn and set the equipment upright by chain block, then move the equipment to the installation location; after the spring lifting tool is installed, remove the chain block, then complete the entire equipment installation and in-position process.25.63m层吊架焊接Lifting support welding at

22、the 25.63m floor. 待土建钢结构复位完成,检查合格以后,我们即可25t以上吊车将3个吊架吊到PM21-FB001/002/003钢结构基础的横梁上面,吊架距离5轴线1250mm平行摆放,将吊加立柱与钢梁段接固定。安装位置如图4所示,吊架的具体计算见后。Upon completion of steel structure restoration and it is acceptable, lift 3 lifting supports onto main beams of structure foundation for PM21-FB001/002/003, fix the s

23、upport on the steel beam by welding; put them in parallel with a distance of 1250mm to the axis 5. See the sketch 4. Bearing force calculation of lifting support in the end of the plan. PM21-FB003的临时吊架需要从已经安好的钢结构支架间穿入安装,它们之间的尺寸间距如下图所示。The lifting support for PM21-FB003 need through in the steel supp

24、ort installed on 25.63m layer beams, space between of them as the following sketch.图5 PM21-FB003钢结构支撑与临时吊架之间间距示意图Sketch 5 space between of steel support and lifting support挂设吊装用倒链Fix chain block for lifting按照图4所示挂设二次吊装用倒链,除了标明的2个20t与4个10t倒链外,其余的均为5t倒链,5t倒链可以在吊装就位完一台设备之后再安装吊装另一台设备的倒链。Fix chain block

The 5t chain block for the lifting of next equipment can be installed after the first equipment is lifted in-position.PM21-FB002的二次吊装The 2nd Lifting PM21-FB002拆除N1法兰的盲板,

26、安装盲板吊具,。在N1法兰面与盲板吊具之间需垫上一层薄胶皮,防止损坏N1 法兰面。盲板吊具用28个M30的镀锌螺栓安装,锁紧垫圈与螺母。在拆除N1法兰盲板到盲板吊耳安装完毕的过程中注意不要污染设备内表面。Remove the blind plate of flange N1, and install the blind plate lifting tool. Pad a layer of thin rubber cushion between the flange N1 face and blind plate lifting tool to prevent damage to flange

27、N1 face. The blind plate lifting tool is installed by 28 galvanized M30 bolts.使用爬梯,在设备顶部的位于水平方位(设备0与180方位)的两个吊耳上分别各连接2个5t倒链,在盲板吊耳上连接一个20t倒链,在设备的尾部吊耳上连接一个10t倒链。Use ladder to fix two 5t chain blocks to each of the two horizontal lifting lugs (at direction of 0 and 180 of the equipment) on top of the e

30、过5个倒链的配合,将设备翻转竖立。稍微拉紧20t倒链。Turn and set the equipment upright through the joint handling of the five chain blocks. 31、02的中心位于安装中心。 Put the equipment PM21-FB002 center in position by four 5t chain blocks fixed on the equipment top拉紧20t倒链,使其逐步承受PM21-FB002的全部重量。 Tight the 20t chain block to make it bear all the weight of PM21-FB002 gradually.调整设备方位与设备标高,使其施工图纸上的要求相一致。 Adjust the equipment location and elevation accord

32、ing to the construction drawing.在设备上的两外两个吊耳上(设备90与270方位)安装弹簧吊具。 Fix spring lifting tools to the two lifting lugs (at the direction of 90 and 270) on the equipment.挂设好安全带,拆除连接在PM21-FB002设备本体吊耳上的4个5t倒链。Fix the lifting belts securely and remove the four 5t chain blocks fixed to the four lifting lugs on

34、挂设好吊装PM21-FB001的倒链,由于设备重量为8.5t,连接在设备盲板吊具上倒链载荷量为10t。Fix chain block used to left equipment PM21-FB001 as shown on the sketch 4; as the equipment weights 8.5t, the load of chain block fixed to the blind plate lifting tool is 10t.按照吊装PM21-FB002的方法完成PM221-FB001的二次吊装就位。Complete the 2nd lifting and in-pos

36、sketch 4拆除N1法兰的盲板,安装盲板吊具,。在N1法兰面与盲板吊具之间需垫上一层薄胶皮,防止损坏N1 法兰面。盲板吊具用28个M30的镀锌螺栓安装,锁紧垫圈与螺母。在拆除N1法兰盲板到盲板吊耳安装完毕的过程中注意不要污染设备内表面。Remove the blind plate of flange N1, and install the blind plate lifting tool. Pad a layer of thin rubber cushion between the flange N1 face and blind plate lifting tool to prevent

37、 damage to flange N1 face. Install the blind plate lifting tool by 28 galvanized M30 bolts, and then fix the washers and nuts. Pay attention in order not to contaminate the inner surface of equipment in the process of removing blind flange N1 and installing lifting lug for blind flange. 使用爬梯,将挂设在25.

38、63m层横梁上的4个倒链与设备本体90与270方位的两个吊耳连接,将挂设在吊架上的20t倒链与盲板吊具连接。Use ladder to connect the four chain blocks fixed to the beam on the 25.63m floor to the two lifting lugs at the direction of 90 and 270 of the equipment body, and connect the 20t chain block fixed to HW175 and the blind plate lifting tool. 图11 P

39、M21-FB003倒链连接示意图Sketch 10: Chain block fixing for PM21-FB003拆除设备本体与设备鞍座之间的紧固绳。Remove the fixing rope between the equipment body and the saddle.拉紧连接在设备顶部的4个5t倒链,配合第一次吊装时留在尾部的1个10t倒链,将PM21-FB003提起200mm,移走设备运输鞍座与临时道木。Tight the four 5t chain blocks on top of the equipment, and also use the 10t chain blo

43、e 10t chain block fixed to the lifting lug at the equipment rear and close to axis B, to bear the tailing load and remove the 10t chain block left over by the first lifting.继续起升设备顶部的倒链,通过溜尾倒链的配合将PM21-FB003 完全翻转。Continue to lift the chain block on top of the equipment, and also use the tailing chain

46、the load from PM21-FB003. 拆除与设备本体吊耳连接的4个5t倒链,将靠近6轴线两个5t倒链中的一个与盲板吊耳连接。Remove the four 5t chain blocks connected to the lugs of equipment, connect one of the 5t chain blocks that is close to the axis 6 with blind plate lug. 通过连接在设备盲板吊耳上的两个倒链将PM21-FB003拉向6轴线,偏移距离约800mm,以满足设备顺时针旋转90不碰撞5/B轴上的立柱。Get the P

47、M21-FB003 close to the axial line 6 with the assistance of two chain blocks connected to the blind plate lugs of equipment about 800mm not to touch the post on 5/B axis when rotating clockwise 90图17 /Sketch 17 PM21-FB003向6轴偏移800mm示意图在16.4m层,用爬梯在设备上拴牵引绳,将PM21-FB003 顺时针旋转90,使设备方位满足安装要求。在旋转的时候,要注意避免设备接

48、管嘴与PM21-CA001、立柱相碰撞。Fix control rope to the equipment on the 16.4 floor to turn it 90 in anticlockwise direction to meet the installation requirement. Turning should be done while lifting to prevent collision of equipment outlet with PM21-CA001.将PM21-FB003再次移到设备就位中心。Put PM21-FB003 center in-position

49、 again.通过20t倒链提升PM21-FB003,使其标高满足安装要求。Continue to lift PM21-FB003 to the appropriate elevation by using 20t chain block to meet the installation requirement.在设备本体90与270方位的两个吊耳上安装弹簧吊具。Install spring lifting tool to the two lifting lugs at the direction of 90 and 270 with the equipment body.拆除连接在25.63

50、m层的4个5t倒链。 Remove the four 5t chain blocks on the 25.63m floor.现场清理Clear site用三防布包裹好挂设在吊架上的2个20t倒链和1个10t倒链。Parcel two 20t chain blocks and one 10t chain block hang over lifting supports with three guard cloths.拆除其他所有的倒链。Remove other chain blocks.恢复第一次吊装时拆除的灯具与报警器。Resume the lumps and alarm removed f

51、or the first lifting.清理吊装现场,整理清理吊装工机具设备。Clear lifting site, clean up lifting tools.注:吊架与挂设在其上的3个倒链需要等到PM21-FB001/002/003上的管道安装完毕之后才能拆除。Notice: lifting supports and chain blocks hang over them dont remove until PM21-FB001/002/ 003connect with pipes.技术安全要求Technical & Safety Requirements钢丝绳圈与棱角接触处必须根据具

52、体情况垫上胶皮或半圆钢管,半圆钢管上打孔,穿孔用铁丝固定住;Wrap the contact location of wire rope with edge and sharp corner using rubber sheet or semi-round steel tube on case-by-case basis. Drill hole on semi-round steel tube and fix the tube with iron wire;吊装过程中必须根据分工,有专人控制设备在空中的方向。控向人员必须恪守职守,绝对不能发生设备碰触混凝土立柱及其它物体现象;During li

53、fting, assign special personnel to control equipment orientation in the air according job division. The orientation-controlling personnel must fulfill his duty. Collision of equipment with concrete column or other object is absolutely forbidden.吊装过程中发现问题则进行处理直到保证安全继续起吊,无问题再由总指挥发出命令,无关人员撤离吊装区,继续起吊;If

54、 any problem found during lifting, carry out treatment until the safety is guaranteed. The command of no problem shall be issued by the chief commander and the personnel irrelevant to lifting shall withdraw from lifting area, then the lifting continues.起重工通过爬梯摘掉抬尾吊索,爬梯必须有人扶住;The rigger picks off tai

55、ling sling through access ladder and the access ladder must be held by other person.设备安装就位后,起重工登高摘倒链时,必须系好安全带;After equipment installation in position, safety belt shall be worn when rigger climbs high to pick off chain blocks.起重机司机、起重工及其它参吊人员必须遵守国家有关安全规定、操作规程;Crane operator, rigger and other liftin

56、g-related personnel must observe relevant national safety rules and operation regulations;5级风以上、大雨、大雾天气禁吊;No lifting is allowed in case of wind over level 5, heavy rain and fog;指挥人员对吊装不同的设备时各倒链的动作先后顺序和步骤及吊索连接方式必须熟悉;The commanding personnel must be familiar with action sequence and steps of each chai

57、n block and sling connection method during lifting different equipment;设备正式吊装前必须移走吊装路径上及地面各种障碍物 All obstructions in the road and on the ground shall be removed from equipments locations before actual lifting; 所用工、机具及起重机用前先检查,确保使用性能良好; The tools & machines and cranes shall be inspected in advance to

58、guarantee good performance;在吊装过程中,各参吊人员必须坚守岗位,严禁擅离职守;在操作过程中,必须服从统一指挥,严禁各行其是;During lifting, all personnel involved in lifting shall hold their respective positions; during lifting, all the personnel shall abide by the uniform commanding.在施工区域周围应设立警戒线,无关人员禁止进入; Warning line shall be set up around the

59、 construction area and the personnel non-relevant with lifting shall be denied;指挥人员观察要周密,信号要清晰The commander shall observe thoughtfully and give clear signal;;在吊装过程中,应尽量避免冲击和震动;Impact and shaking shall be avoided to the furthest extent during lifting;吊装前,所有参吊人员应参加吊装技术交底。All the personnel involved in

60、lifting shall participate in lifting technical instructions prior to lifting.现场应备有良好的气割工具、足够气割用氧气、乙炔气等There shall be enough oxygen and acetylene gases on site;吊装前请通知相关施工单位撤离警戒线范围外;Prior to lifting, inform relevant construction parties to withdraw out the area around by warning line;施工现场附近应配有符合国家消防要求
