6、itiesorbetweenthecommunityshouldbeorganizedbycommunity,inordertobuildanatmosphereofsportsactivity.Keywords:BasketballMovement;Community;Current;Countermeasure.20世纪80年代中期以来，随着我国经济和社会的发展，城市经济体制的改革和城市管理体制改革的推进，城市社区和社区体育得以迅速的发展。社区作为人们工作和家庭生活之外的主要活动场所，不仅承担了单位原有的社会功能，更是居民休闲娱乐的公共生活空间。居民们在社区中有着互相依存的联系，形成了一定

7、的社会结构。丰富多彩的社区生活创造了独特的社区文化。社区不仅仅是居民们生活的环境载体，也是居民们在生活中创造的空间文化，集中体现了社区居民的生活方式1。1.研究对象与方法研究对象对长沙市咸嘉新村社区、潘后街社区、广夏新村社区、上麻园岭社区、白沙井社区等社区实地考察，参观社区体育中心活动站，并以次作为调查的对象。研究方法文献资料法采用文献资料法对四十余篇论文进行了文献的查阅、总结。逻辑分析法运用逻辑分析法对文献资料、实地调查了解的情况，根据实际情况进行了理论上和现实中的逻辑推理与分析。调查访问法采用调查访问法对咸嘉新村社区、潘后街社区、广夏新村社区、上麻园岭社区、白沙井社区等社区发行问卷100份

8、；回收100份，回收率100%；有效问卷100份，有效率100%。数理统计法运用数理统计法对收集到的问卷进行分类，并进行统计学处理。2结果与讨论长沙市社区篮球运动的发展现状据长沙市2002年国民体质监测体育人口统计：目前长沙市经常参加体育健身人数达200万，超过总人口的34%，在去年的基础上提高了2%以上。目前我国建设了共615693个体育场馆，总面积达718亿m2,人均0.165m2，平均每10万人拥有5.0182个体育场地2。我市社区场地100平方米以上的有1200多个，500平方米以上的有477个，1000平方米以上有174个，10000平方米以上有10个，总计100平方米以上，有206

9、1个3。场地总面积比95年前增加93812平方米（含县）。人均增加0.15平方米，达到0.26平方米，尽管如此，调查结果仍然显示社区体育场地设施匮乏，极大地挫伤了城市居民参加体育锻炼的积极性，制约了社区体育的发展。大多数社区居民对本社区体育设施“不满意”或“极不满意”。认为小区的体育设施严重不足，活动场地小，设施陈旧。新建住宅小区多数器械过于老龄化或病弱化，缺乏具有强化体能性质的体育器械。大多数体育场馆设施，仍还只为本系统服务，封闭管理，不对外开放。根据调查显示按学历情况进行统计可看出，体育人口数量按学历排序从高到低依次递减。大学本科最高为37%，依次是大专26%，高中及中专22%（见表1）。

10、居民的年收入水平在2万至3万元的收入段。居民最喜爱的体育运动依次是：羽毛球、乒乓球、篮球；但是居民通常参与的运动中篮球的比重下降很大（见表2）。很多都是喜欢篮球但是由于场地表1在社区中调查的人口学历比例（%）学历初中或以下高中及中专大专大学本科硕士博士百分比%922263731表2居民最喜欢与参与运动项目情况统计(%)项目篮球乒乓球羽毛球其他最喜欢的运动项目比例27253919一般参与运动项目比例20293931等多方面的原因而选择了其他的运动。大部分居民从事体育运动强身健体目的很明确为57%，但是也有健身意识不强的居民也有一定的比例，湖南省城市社区活动点，虽然由1995年的2343个增加到2

11、000年6月的3320个，社区活动点增长了41.7%，但是调查发现，对体育锻炼无兴趣的男性和女性分别占不参加体育锻炼人数的37.54%和35.98%4。在此次的调研中发现社区的体育场地奇缺，在场地的利用上很少社区利用周边学校的体育场地只占了16%，基本没有几个社区有社区体育场，特别是篮球场地。所以居民的运动一半以上是在社区闲地（见表3）。社区居民认为体育运动对社区文化的作用的程度是相当大的占了63%，表3社区居民参与体育运动时的场地统计（%）场地社区闲地社区体育场健身俱乐部周边学校百分比（）47191916对认为社区的体育文化的氛围不好满意程度只有26%（见表4），体育文化在社区文化建设中的作

13、境很好、好、一般的为63%，只有18%认为差；但是社区篮球运动的发展现状差的就占到了40%（见表4），表明环境好，而发展现状差的比例相差教大，由于多方面的原因没有发展。认为篮球运动有强身健体作用的为74%，向心聚合的为36%，陶冶情操的为30%（见表7）。在社区文化建设的内容中社区体育文化占66%，社区娱乐文化占71%，社区文艺文化占49%，社区教育文化占58%，可见体育文化是社区文化建设的一个重头戏。调查表明在社区篮球运动的发展中的两个主要的问题一是场地，二是组织，两者比例分别为60%、42%（见表8）。社区篮球运动增加社区的运动氛围、增进社区居民的向心聚合度、增进社区和谐、促进社区文化建设

15、对社区文化建设的作用统计（%）作用增加社区运动氛围向心聚合增进社区和谐促进社区文化建设百分比（）68587253发展长沙市社区篮球运动的对策多方结合解决场地问题篮球运动中场地问题是捆绕长沙市社区篮球运动开展的最大的问题，将学校、社区、企业单位三者的场地联合起来是一个非常可行的办法5。既能够加强学校社区与企业之间的联系，又能解决最大的场地问题。加大各级投入政府要加大投入,增添和建设可供大众锻炼和娱乐的场馆外,应充分开放现有的公园、风景区等自然环境的健身娱乐场地,都市城镇的园林绿地、公共广场也应该成为人民群众进行健身锻炼的场地。社区建设一个综合利用的篮球场地。同时,在城市住宅小区的开发建设中,要把

16、体育设施的配套建设,当作关系到增强全民族体质的大事加以重视。加强社区管理部门的认识社区体育管理部门要从宏观上进行组织领导与管理；加强自身对社区体育的认识，提高自身的体育文化素质，为人民群众参加体育健身和娱乐活动创造良好的环境，树立良好的社区体育新风向，促进人民群众身心健康发展。提倡志愿者，加快培训经常跟一些高校的社会体育专业的学生联系，让他们进入社区进行社区体育工作的指导；请社会体育的专家教授来统一的培训，培养一批能引导人民群众进行科学体育而有实效的体育健身和娱乐活动社会体育指导员。使人们在社会体育指导员的指导下,根据自身的实际情况与条件，兴趣爱好和特长来选择适合于自己身体锻炼需要的体育活动项

17、目内容和方法。加强全民健身的宣传力度全面加强全民健身、社区体育的宣传力度，增强社区居民对全民健身的理解，提高他们的健身意识。多进行社区间的友谊比赛以增进社区居民的向心聚合度进行社区之间、社区内部的篮球比赛以加强社区与社区之间的联系，增进社区自己本身内部居民的向心聚合度，同时多进行各种社区的比赛，增加社区运动氛围，鼓励进行社区锻炼。加强社区内或是社区之间的人际交往促进社区的和谐发展和社区文明建设。鼓励和加强社区体育的研究社区体育在我国是二十世纪八十年代中期出现的，尽管社会各界都非常关注社区体育的发展，可是跟国外相比还是有一定的距离，社区体育都不同程度的受种种主客观条件的限制，没有真正的发展起来，

18、使全民健身计划不能全面的实施。因此，有关专家加强社区体育科研，形成系统的理论，来指导社区体育工作，加快社区体育事业的发展6。3.结论与建议结论本次研究表明长沙市社区篮球基本没有什么开展，以至对社区的作用没有发挥出来，虽然居民有强烈的健身意识，喜爱篮球运动，但是却是受到多方面的影响而未有实现；如场地奇缺是一个当前最需要解决的问题，还有一个是组织问题，居民自发组织社区体育活动占65%，社区组织只有20%，说明社区组织的社区体育活动不够，没有发挥应有的作用；但也有些居民的全民健身意识不够；再者居民认为有一定好的环境(占63%)来发展篮球运动，但是现状发展被认为差的却有相当大的一部分(占40%)。社区
