3、orks.本工程系调试工作主要包括通风空调工程调试、电气工程调试、给排水及消防工程调 试实施及管理工作。1. 7、ghting 给排水及 消防系统Connection of equipment and pipeline is correct, it shall check completeness before equipment operates, hydraulic pressure test of pipe system and circulating flushing work of system have been completed.设备和管道连接准确,设备运行前应进行完整性检查,管道系统水压试验与 系统循环清洗工作已经完毕。Organization measures of commissio

27、lb anemograph or impeller anemograph.散流器风口测量用风量罩, 格栅风口、旋流风口测量用 热球风速仪或叶轮风速仪。Use benchmark air inlet to debug balance of blast capacity of air inlet;Air balance of air inlet风口风量平衡风口风量的平衡用基准风口法调试;Deviation of blast capacity of air inlet after balance could not be over 5% of designed blast capacity.平衡后风
28、口风量偏差不得超过设计风量的5 %。Commissioning of air conditioning water system(3)空调水系统的调试Air conditioning water system shall conduct flow balance and commissioning respectively based on single circulating system. Hydraulic balance regulation process of water system is shown in the figure 3.14.3-3.空调水系统调试应该以单个循环系统

35、hall guarantee pressure from corridor, front room and stair is distributed increasingly.总风量满足设计要求,开启加压风机,楼梯间的正压值应符合设计与消防的规定。 正压值应满足走廊 前室一楼梯的压力呈递增分布。(5 ) Determination of indoor temperature, relative humidity and noise ofair-conditioned room(5)空调房间室内温度、相对湿度和噪声的测定Commissioning of temperature and relat
36、ive humidity in indoor air-conditioned room shall be conducted under designed conditions. Comfortable air-conditioned room shall choose the working area where people usually do activity. Number of test points of relative humidity and indoor temperature shall be confirmed as per the table 3.14.3-6.1)

39、d outdoor plumbing, storm sewage system and fire fighting. Plumbing system includes production & domestic water supply system, rainwater recycle system, production & domestic sewage system and rainwater system; firefighting water system includes hydrant water supply system, sprinkler system and wate
40、r fog system.本项目给排水系统包括室内外给水排水、雨污水系统、消防等管道系统。给排水系统 设有生活生产给水系统、雨水回用系统、生活生产污水系统、雨水系统;消防水系统包括 消火栓给水系统、自动喷水灭火系统、水喷雾系统。Plumbing system(1)给排水系统Commissioning of plumbing system1)给排水系统试运转Check protective measures of equipment lubrication, electrical wiring, electrical insulation and rotating parts in accord
41、ance with technical data; make preparations before commissioning;根据技术资料,检查设备润滑、电气接线、电气绝缘、转动部分的防护措施,做好 试车前的准备工作;Equipment commissioning shall be conducted in accordance with technical data of equipment manufacturers; or ask technical personnel of manufacturers to instruct on site; it shall set up com
42、missioning team to make commissioning work of equipment conduct orderly;设备的试车应根据设备厂家的技术资料进行,或要求厂家技术人员在现场进行指 导。成立试车小组,使设备试车工作有序进行;Equipment commissioning shall be started at first, and then conduct single machine commissioning. In the process of commissioning, measure all technical parameters of the
43、equipment; and make commissioning records as per the requirements.设备试车应先点动,然后进行单机试运转。试车当中,对设备的各项技术参数进行 测量,并按要求做好试运转记录。Commissioning of water supply system2)给水系统调试 Indoor and outdoor water supply pipes shall be flushed;室外、室内给水管道,应进行冲洗;Discharge pipe of water washing must be connected to reliable and
44、smooth drainage network. Cross section of drainage pipes shall not be smaller than 60% of the cross section of flushed pipe.水冲洗的排放管必须接入可靠通畅的排水管网。排放管的截面不应小于被冲洗管截 面的60%;Water flushing shall be conducted as per that the maximum flow that the pipe inside may reach is not less than 1.5m/s;水冲洗应以管内可能达到的最大流
45、量不小于1.5m/s的流速进行;The most unfavorable point static water pressure of hydrant at the end shall comply with design requirements.末端最不利点水压应满足设计要求。Commissioning of drainage system3)排水系统调试Operation of liquid level automatic control device complies with design requirements;液位自动控制装置动作符合设计要求;Check soil stack,
46、 timely handle leakage and parts where drainage is not smooth;检查排水立管,对渗漏和排水不畅处,进行及时处理;Check whether indoor drainage system, design requirement and most water distribution points opened at the same time reach rated flow or not;检查室内排水系统,设计要求同时开放的最大的数量配水点是否达到额定流量;Start indoor drainage system as per 1/3
47、 of water distribution points of water supply system, check whether all drainage points are smooth or not and whether connection parts have leakage or not;将室内排水系统,按给水系统的1/3配水点同时开放,检查各排水点是否畅通,接 口处有无渗漏;Firefighting water system(2)消防水系统Commissioning of hydrant system1)消火栓系统调试Commissioning method of ind

51、 at end 末端水量测试Firefighting water volume tested by using end hydrant test equipment is larger than 25L/s.用末端消火栓测试设备测得消防水量大于25L/s。Commissioning of outdoor hydrant system室外消火栓系统的调试Testing methods:测试的方法:Hydrant is connected to pressure gage, to read the gage;A.消火栓接压力表,读表;Turn on the hydrant to spray wat

56、ressure test for strength of auto sprinkler system shall be located in the lowest point of pipe network of the system. The pipe network does not have leakage; pressure meets design requirements.自动喷水灭火系统水压强度试验的测试点应设在系统管网的最低点,管网无泄漏,压 力满足设计要求。Joint commissioning联动调试After single machine commissioning an
57、d system commissioning of MEP installation works of the project have been completed basically, we shall cooperate with the Owner ABB, Lend Lease Company, general contractor and all subcontractors to establish joint commissioning team, confirm organizational framework of commissioning team and compil
58、e joint commissioning method statement. All parties shall cooperate closely to guarantee that the joint commissioning is successful at the first time.在本项目机电安装工程单机调试和系统调试基本完成之后,我方应配合业主ABB、联 实公司、总包单位及各专业分包共同组成联动调试小组,确定调试小组组织架构,编制联 动调试方案,各方密切协作,保证联动调试一次成功。Main contents of joint commissioning of MEP sys
