16、木器漆(固化剂) 150200 预处理、面漆喷涂(底漆、内面漆、外面漆)工艺环节仍以使用溶剂型涂料为主,底漆中VOCs质量含量约为17.9%25%,面漆中VOCs质量含量约为25%70%。还需添加10%20%的稀释剂,主要成分为甲苯、二甲苯,其次还有甲基异丁基酮、异丁醇、醋酸丁酯等)含VOCs油漆使用情况集装箱涂装工艺流程及VOCs产污环节集装箱涂装VOCs废气产生情况有机废气风量大;装箱涂装工艺过程中,主要漆房废气的流量在10万12万m3/h以上。有害物质主要是甲苯、二甲苯等苯系物。集装箱涂装工艺过程产生的甲苯、二甲苯浓度在500mg/m3左右。以1条集装箱生产线为例计算,喷漆废气中的总VO
17、Cs浓度波动范围为4002000mg/m3。集装箱涂装VOCs控制技术使用环保涂料 水性涂料高固体分涂料改进涂装工艺减少涂料使用量减少溶剂挥发量末端VOCs治理技术吸附冷凝法吸收溶解法燃烧法等离子净化技术全部使用水性涂料,单箱VOCs产生量降低85%使用高固体分涂料,单箱VOCs产生量下降20%单箱减排VOCs15%采用冷凝法、吸收溶解法,VOCs吸收率可达到90%以上;采用燃烧、等离子净化技术,末端VOCs处理量达到95%项目直接燃烧法催化燃烧法蓄热燃烧法浓缩+燃烧法处理方法直接燃烧,操作温度650760低温催化接触氧化法,操作温度300400燃烧室中产生的热用热交换器储存,操作温度8009
