ProgramWhen started the Volume Producing Item (VPI) contest in 1976, he intended it to be an opportunity for his associates to showcase their merchandise talents in promoting items they believed could be top-selling products.当1976年开始VPI计划时,他的初衷是让

It challenges you to improve your merchandising and sales promotion skills. How well you develop these skills is a key to our continued company-wide success. The progr

6、尺寸的商品,如果只有一个零售单价,也可作为VPI商品毛利无特别要求(低于或超过部门平均利润均可) 非单品不能作为 不可选择这样的商品: 公司安排促销的商品店内促销商品每月“前15名”商品彩页商品竞争商品、广告商品以前作过VPI的商品The Planning Timeline 计划时间表:12 Weeks Out: Along with the associates in your department, you need to choose an item from your department for a future months promotion. Order the merchan
7、dise at that time.12周前:你必须与部门员工一起从本部门选择一种商品作为下月的VPI促销商品,并即时安排订货。8 Weeks Out: Hold a brainstorming session with your department sales associates to plan a creative display. 8周前:与部门员工一起开会讨论如何针对该商品进行有创意的促销陈列。4 Weeks Out: In your SWAS meeting, focus on finalizing VPI plan (display plans, promotions, etc
8、.) 4周前:在店中店会议上制订具体的VPI计划,包括陈列计划、促销等等。Sell It! 卖掉它!Now that youve picked an item, promote it, and make people want to buy it.既然你已选择了一种商品,就促销它,刺激顾客的购买欲。Start of the VPI Month VPI月开始时Five days before the VPI month begins, complete a VPI Entry Form and enter your VPI item on the Feature Tracking Report.
9、 在VPI月开始前5天,部门经理/主管填写VPI项目表交促销部,并将各自的 VPI商品输入特卖追踪。Be sure to take a picture of your feature display and attach it to the entry form. Build attention Grabbing Displays! Creating a large display is one way to draw attention to your item, you may even conduct an in-unit demo.记住拍一张VPI商品特卖陈列的相片贴在VPI项目表上。
10、商品的陈列方式应引人注目。做大面积陈列当然是一种吸引顾客注意的方法。你甚至可以安排一次你所在单位促销。If you manage more than one department, just select one VPI item from the departments you manage. Be sure to place the item on feature tracking first. Then complete a VPI entry form and submit it to the in-store Demo Department. The Demo Dept will b
11、e responsible to check whether all VPI items have been keyed into the feature tracking and to post all VPI Entry Forms onto the in-unit VPI Bulletin Board before the VPI month begins. 如果部门经理/主管负责一个以上的部门,只需从其所属部门中选择一种商品作VPI即可。注意填好VPI项目表交给促销部,并输入特卖追踪。促销部根据VPI项目表检查VPI商品是否都已经输入特卖追踪,然后在VPI月开始前一个月将所有VPI项目
12、表统一张贴在单位内VPI公告栏上。Every VPI item throughout the unit should be featured and signed with the Department Manager / Supervisor VPI Signing. Be sure to have your picture taken and ensure the photo is placed on the signing in the designated area.单位内所有的VPI商品都必须输入特卖追踪,并在指定区域挂上“部门经理/主管特卖”的标牌,记住一定要拍照,并将照片贴在指定
13、区域的标牌上。 End of the VPI Month VPI月结束时Your UPC Associate will print a Feature Tracking report for all DMs & Supervisors VPI items.UPC同事将打印出特卖追踪报告,其中包括所有部门经理 / 主管的VPI商品。One Week After the End of the VPI Month VPI月结束后一周The in-unit Demo Dept will rank all the VPI items by utilizing the judging criteria a
14、s stated below: 单位内促销部根据以下标准给所有的VPI商品排出名次:1) 1分X销售量 1 point for each Unit Sold.2) 3分X多于上月的销售量 3 bonus points for each Unit Sold over last month. 3) 1分X 销售额 1 point for each Sales Dollar.4) 3分X 毛利 3 point for each Gross Profit Dollar.总分为以上四项总和(请参照OP0P044-1 标准格式)Total points are the sum of all calcula
15、tions.(Pls refer to OP044-1 format)The in-unit Demo Dept submits the list to the General Manager. General Manager and DGMs will determine the First, Second and Third place winners for your unit. It is the General Managers responsibility to complete the reason-for-selection portion of the entry form
16、of the First Place Winner and forward the entry to JV General Manager. Be sure the JV General Manager gets a picture of the winning displays too!单位内促销部将VPI结果交给店总经理。由总经理和副总一起评选出你单位内第一、二、三名优胜者各一名。总经理还要将选择VPI冠军的原因写在其VPI项目表的相关栏目内,上交给区域经理。总经理要确保合资公司总经理看到VPI冠军商品的陈列照片。Two Weeks After the End of the VPI Mon
17、th VPI月结束后两周:The JV General Manager will then select a First, Second and Third Place winner from the unit entries received for their JV. JV General Manager will then forward the First Place winner (along with a picture of the display) to the Director of Operations.合资公司总经理根据所收到的VPI项目表从所在分区的单位中选出分区第一、
18、二、三名VPI优胜者各一名,合资公司总经理将第一名的照片(连同其特卖商品照片)呈报给营运总监。Every Quarter每 季度:The Director of Operations will then select a First, Second, and Third place winner from all the JV entries.由营运总监从所属各分区反馈的VPI信息中选出中国区域的VPI优胜者第一、二、三名。A bulletin recapping each Winner will be sent to your unit so youll know who won the c
19、orporate quarterly contest. THIS COULD BE YOU! The bulletin can also be used as a tool to identify possible VPIs you can try in your unit in the future.在VPI公告栏上公布中国区域的VPI优胜者名单,并通知各单位,让所有员工都知道本季度VPI竞赛的区域优胜者是谁。优胜者也可能是你!VPI公告栏中提供的信息也可以作为你单位员工今后选择VPI商品的参考。 Monthly Unit Winners每月单位范围VPI优胜者:Your unit will
20、 have a First, Second and Third place winner each month.每月各单位均有第一、二、三名VPI优胜者各一名。As a unit winner, you: 作为单位内优胜者,你:Receive a certificate of recognition; 会获得一份奖状;Are recognized at a unit meeting; 在单位内员工周会上得到公开表扬;Receive a RMB300 Wal-Mart Gift Certificate for first place; 将获得人民币300元DXC礼品券;Will have you
21、r picture displayed on the VPI Monthly Winner Tracking Board in the training room (First place only)照片将被贴在培训室的VPI每月优胜者公布栏上;Advance to the JV level contest. 参加合资公司范围内的VPI角逐。General Manager is responsible for awarding prizes and certificates each month.店总经理负责每月颁发奖品及奖状。Monthly JV Winners每月合资公司VPI优胜者:Yo
