Major and tail shafts keep paralleled. Upper and low

Various pieces of material left in the bucket elevator should be removed and oil should be filled at all oiling points. Then non load commissioning can be made.4、拆卸和废品处理 Unpacking and disposed parts handling本斗提

45、机大部分部件为裸装和少数木质包装，对于裸装的钢性底座、 铁箱和木质包装的木板，可以重复使用，请保管好底座和包装箱，以备将来使 用和返回。对于易拆卸的螺栓，可以回收保管这些拆卸下来的零件和返还。Most bucket elevator parts are bare packed and a few are packed in iron or wood. 48、ns should keep in concert. Bucket should not be lopsided.3、检查各轴承的温升是否正常（运转 2小时后，温升不大于60 C）润滑密封性能是否良好。Check all bearing temperature rising (after 2 hour operation, with no higher than 60 C). And check oil and seal performance.4、减速器是否正常，有无过激响声及渗漏现象，检查传动链条的松 紧情况。对于非直联式减速器是注意联轴器是否安全可靠。Check the reducer
