Figure 1.7-2 General technology route figure 2nd chapter City status and development planning 2.1 city basic profile 2.1.1幼儿园传染病应急预案-为了做好我园各类传染病的防控工作,保护全校师生健康和生命 HYPERLINK /kindergarten/anquan/ t _blank 安全,维护 HYPERLINK / t _blank 幼儿园稳定,促进幼儿园的发展,将常见传染病预防与控制工作依法纳入 HYPERLINK /kindergarten/kx/ t _bl
19、ank 科学、规范、有序的管理轨道,形成工作常规,有效地控制传染病的发生和流行,切实保障在园幼儿的身体健康。特制定此预防控制措施和应急预案。指导思想以北京市卫生局、北京教育委员会颁布的关于加强托幼机构及中小学传染病防治工作通知为指导。在上级部门周密部署下,坚持预防为主,防治结合。切实可行的抓好防控工作的组织与落实。采取有效措施,控制疾病的发生和蔓延。组织机构成立传染病应急工作领导工作小组,定期(周一)召开会议,积极开展传染病的防控宣传工作,采取相应的措施,严防传染病的发生。组 长:严秀卿副组长:周芳 张金颖 刘元 董会玲组 员:各班班长成员:各班保育及伙房工作人员二、 传染病应急工作机构及职责
20、(一) 组长负责防治工作的组织协调、沟通联络;监督全园 HYPERLINK /teachers/ t _blank 教师防传染病情况。(二)保健医落实督查全国传染病工作的报告、登记、统计、分析和传染病管理工作; HYPERLINK /html/pingyufanwen/xiaobanpingyu/ t _blank 指导全园教职工做好班级、园内环境、教室内及厨房的消毒工作,指导教职工了解传染病消毒隔离要求。张金颖和刘元负责对幼儿、 HYPERLINK /html/family/ t _blank 家长进行防治传染病知识的普及宣传。提高幼儿幼儿关注自身身体健康的意识。出现身体不适会用言语向成人表
21、达自身的感受。合理安排各班级的户外活动,保证幼儿每天两小时的户外体育活动时间。(四)董会玲落实督查全园防治传染病工作的物质储备;负责防治疫情工作保障、交通、通讯等。(五)各班班长负责幼儿午检和晚检及全日观察工作。做好缺勤幼儿的追踪及因病缺勤幼儿的监测工作,并详细记录在册。发现疑似病例和本班幼儿出现传染病疫情时,及时上报保健医,同时班上立即采取消毒隔离等防控措施。(六)各成员负责本班的通风、卫生消毒工作。对园内公共区域楼梯扶手、门帘、墙裙、成人卫生间等分上下午消毒两次。三、 HYPERLINK /html/jihuazongjie/houqinjihua/ t _blank 日常工作要求(一)保
22、健医负责幼儿的晨检工作。在门口设点,对来园幼儿进行排查。发现有疑似症状的幼儿,请家长立即带离就诊或回家观察。各班教师在门口接本班幼儿,家长一律不得入园。(二)各班班长负责本班幼儿的无、晚检及全日观察工作。重点关注服药儿的精神状况,如:饮食、睡眠、大小便、活动等。发现幼儿出现疑似症状,立即带至保健室观察隔离,同时通知家长来园接幼儿去就诊。班长随时与家长联系,了解幼儿病情。若确诊是传染病,教师立即带领本班幼儿到户外指定区域活动,保育员对班级进行全面消毒。疑似患儿经医院诊断排除传染病后,家长需持就医病历作为证明方可入园。同时加强对换病幼儿的追访工作,教师每天对缺勤幼儿进行电话随访工作,及时了解缺勤幼
23、儿的情况,做好相关记录。(三)做好常见传染病防治宣传工作,增强师生卫生防疫意识和自我保护 HYPERLINK /html/tongyantongyu/xuelingqian/ t _blank 能力。通过各种形式对幼儿及家长进行预防传染病知识的宣传 HYPERLINK /html/ticaowudao/suzhijiaoyu/ t _blank 教育,根据实际情况出好宣传专刊;利用家长会、宣传栏、告家长书等形式向家长宣传常见传染病如:流感、流脑、脑炎、禽流感、水痘等为重点的预防知识。(四)认真开展好环境卫生及幼儿用具、 HYPERLINK /html/zhuantiyanjiu/youxi/ t _blank 玩具的消毒的消毒工作。加强饮食、饮水卫生管理,严防食物中毒和传染病发生。加强食堂的管理,严格购物登记、餐具消毒、从业人员健康体检制度。严禁从业人员带病上岗。保健员每日进行消毒卫生工作检查;行政及后勤组长对每日原料进行复核验收。(五)按规定有计划地协助医疗部门做好师生健康体检和常见传染病的预防接种工作。(六)教育幼儿养成良好的 HYPERLINK /html/
