1、抱闸调整程序Precaution: All lock-out tag-out procedure must be strictly adhered to.Electrical and mechanical energy must be removed before commencement of adjustment work.注意:必须严格执行锁闭程序。在抱闸调整工作开始前,确保不存在任何的电能和机械能。Sky-1 brake adjustment procedureSky-1 抱闸调整程序1.Preparation 准备工作a)Put the lift under inspection m

2、ode将电梯转成检修模式b)Move the carhe up direction and land the counterweight on the prop-up pole向上开轿厢,使对重落在支撑物上c)Check the transformer voltage of the brake circuit, ensure the AC voltage is withhe limitspecifyhe wiring diagram检查制动回路的变压器电压,确保交流电压符合原理图要求d)Check and confirmt the safety chain circuit are all ef

All movingparts must be able to move or roe freely. If nesary, disassemble the brake, cleanthoroughly and apply lubricant. Reassemble th

5、e brake with its original settings.检查抱闸臂和所有其它的运动部件没有生锈,所有能够运动的部分必须能够移动和转动,必要拆卸抱闸并彻底清洁和润滑。拆卸后按照原来状态重新组装抱闸。Note: Make sure the brake drum and brake pad are totally free of oil or lubricant注意:确保抱闸轮毂和闸瓦不要沾上油脂和润滑剂2)Adjusting the brake assembly调整抱闸步骤a)Check the stroke of the brake core检查铁芯的行程i.Remove the

6、brake switches on both side of the brake coil housing拆下抱闸线圈盒两边的抱闸开关ii.Loosen the bolts 3 and 4 as indicate in figure 1 below松开顶杆3和4,如图1所示The bolt 4 must be compley off the striking bolt 2 of the brake core顶杆4必须彻底离开抱闸铁芯的螺栓2iii.iv.Manually push the brake core inward until it reachesof its stroke and r

7、elease it.Measure the stroke length of the brake core. It should be moren 5mm. While pushingthe brake core, care should be taken in ensuringt the brake core does not strike againsthe brake coil housing. Otherwise, shouldthe manual release devicet is housed withcheck the brake based on step 2-a-V, if

Adjust the bolt 4 sot the brake core moves in by about 3.0 mm (Max. allowable distanceis 3.5mm). Do the same adjustment in other

10、side of brake arm. (The pure of thisadjustment is to ensure to fully open brake arms). The final adjustment of the stroke shouldto make sure the brake lining clearance according to the procedure of 2-e.粗调整螺栓4,并使得抱闸铁芯被压进3.0mm (最大过3.5mm),相同的方法调整另一侧(这样做的目的是为了确保抱闸能够打开).但最终的调整位置以保证按2-e步骤保证闸衬和制动轮之间的间隙为准.b

11、)Brake pad and brake drum concentricity第3页 / 共11页图示151342间隙抱闸瓦和轮毂抱闸同心度调整Referring to figure 2, on each of the brake arm, there are 2 bolts (bolt 6) which is used toi.adjust the contacting area betn the brake pad and the brake drum参考图2,在抱闸臂的两侧,每侧有两个螺栓(螺栓6)用来调整抱闸瓦和轮毂的接触面.ii.of all, loosen all the four

12、 bolts. This will allow the brake shoes to move freely on itspivot pin. 16、临时调整i.Loosen the bolt 9 until the spring is compley loose松开螺母9直到弹簧完全松开Turn the bolt 9 by hand until the spring is just start to be compressed手动旋转螺母9直到弹簧刚好被压缩ii.iii.Atof the measuring indicator, draw a line on the brake arm as shown in figure 4.以标尺的非螺母一端为准,在抱闸臂上画一条线,如图4所示Tighten bolt 9 until the spri

17、ng is compressed by 12.514 mm. This is a temporary setting toiv.ensuret the brake could hold the car properly under sic condition. The final springadjustmens to be dith full load.Reminder: The experienced spring compres various tolerance, even the spring comprest the indication of scale are the same

18、.is betn 12.6mm to 13.2mm. Due toat both sides are the same, this doesnt mean两端弹簧被压缩12.514mm后紧固螺母9,这是个临时的设置用来保证抱闸可以控制住时的轿厢,最终的弹簧调整必须在满负载的情况下进行。提示: 按正确的调整方法,弹簧的压缩量的经验值为:12.6mm到13.2mm之间. 另外, 由于第6页 / 共11页图示4各种误差的存在,即使左右弹簧的压缩量相同,也并不意味两边的标尺的指示值相同.v.Make sure both spring are equally compressed.确认两侧的弹簧压缩长度

19、相等e)Brake shoes gap adjustment抱闸瓦间隙调整Release the brake manually, inspect lining clearance by gauge: make sure gauge with 0.15mm thickness can go thorough smoothly 0.25mm cant go through. (Reminder: this clearance isrequired under brake released by manually,he real operation when brake released bycon

20、troller, the clearance will be slightly bigger)手动打开抱闸,使用塞尺检查闸衬间隙:保证0.15mm厚度的塞尺能非常顺利地通过,0.25mm厚度的塞尺能不能通过. (提示: 此间隙为手动打开抱闸时的要求,电梯运行时的实际间隙会大于该值)f)Inspection and adjustment for brake switch抱闸开关触发圆盘的检查和调整:plateTheswitplate of brake switch roes during normal operation, if the plate is not flat, the brakea

21、y not be triggered and cause elevator shut down.抱闸开关触发圆盘在电梯运行过程中将会旋转,如果圆盘不平,将会导致在制动开关不被触发而引起停梯故障.Brake switch adjustment制动开关调整:g)Disassembly the rubbrotection of the brake switch (if available), assembly the switch to thebracket, make adjustment to ensure the switch has 0.51.0mm over travel aftrende

24、d ensure brake lining apply brake force to brake drum对于SKY1的主机,非常重要的是抱闸手动搬手不能抱闸靴和抱闸轮毂(不能妨碍抱闸的彻底)ii.To ensure safe brake operation after the afore-mentioned adjustment, perform this check:为了保证按照上述方法调整后的抱闸能够安全的动作,必须检查:Activate the emergency stop switch on the controller控制柜上的急停开关有效Push the brake core i
