3、d be seeking ideas and opinions from your Associates. We believe that our people control themselves. They are not controlled by Managers. We encourage our Associates to set goals for improving themselves and their job. It is your job to help them and to supply the necessary tools to assist them in a
4、chieving both company goals and their own goals. It is not what we have done, it is what we have believed! 7、r disapproval. When this happens, the people suffer, and the business suffers, too. In Wal-Mart, we must treat our people with genuine respect and courtesy. Build strong relationships with your people. Help your Associates grow and be all they can be. Show that you really care. You must become a mas
8、ter at communicating with them all aspects of your business and their place in it. The best way you can let them know how much you value their contributions is to show them and tell them, one-on-one. Get to know your people, their families, and their problems, their hopes and ambitions. Appreciate a
9、nd praise them as individuals. Show your concern daily. We are all just people with varying strengths and weaknesses. So true commitment, plus a generous portion of understanding and communication, will help us win. Leaders must always put their people before themselves. If you do that, your busines

Your
12、Associates also need recognition; they need to feel that you think more of them than just an unloader or receiver. An effective Coach will recognize the individual worth of his/her Associates and learn as much as possible about them.所有人都希望被人认识,我们希望我们不只是薪水册上有一个数字而已,你的员工同样也有这样的愿望,他们也希望你不只把他们看成一个卸货员或收货

Knowing your Associates will help you plan for work in the future. If you are aware of the work habits of your Associates, then you can efficiently plan work sche

15、 Lets go back to leadership and think of the primary qualities of effective leadership. Lets recall the most important aspect to effective leadership: being yourself and building on your individual qualities. Use this to get to know your Associates. Be yourself and most Associates will accept and re
16、spect you for it. Many times w
18、e fail to realize the importance our actions have on others. At Wal-Mart, we are a people-oriented company and our business depends, very much, on how the public views us. An important part of your job is to make certain that the view we portray is positive.有一句古老的格言“态度是被感化的,不是被教导出的。”当我们和员工讨论一些例子时,这是

Wal-Mart is committed to providing all Associates a workplace free of sexual misconduct or behaviors that contribute
20、 to allegations of sexual harassment, hinders our objective to service our customers and to maintain a safe and productive workplace. Therefore, no Supervisor or salaried Associate may become romantically involved with someone he or she supervises or with someone whose terms and conditions of employ
21、ment he or she may influence. As with our Associates, we want to treat all vendors the same and not show favoritism. We cannot let gifts and special favors from select vendors influence decisions we have to

24、les. Profanity is not acceptable by any Associate. We owe it to our Associates to provide an environment free of offensive language. We want our Coaches to be professionals. Horseplay or any actions that could be considered non-professional are not tolerable. We expect you to dress in a manner that

When you have a question or concern about an
