1、第 PAGE33 页 共 NUMPAGES33 页学校校本研修工作总结 二曲中学校本研修工作总结 202_年十二月四日 二曲中学校本研修工作总结 新的课程改革要求老师从单纯的“教书匠”转变为自觉的“研究者”,主动的“理论者”和严肃的“反思者”,即要求老师学会学习、学会反思和学会创新。随着根底教育课程改革的逐步推进,农村学校老师的专业化开展与缺乏专业指导的矛盾日益突出,老师专业素质的进步,仅靠专家的指导远远不能适应形势的开展,大规模送老师外出学习也不现实。因此,学校必须探究出与学校开展,老师成长相适应的校本研修形式尤为重要。回忆一学期来的工作,我校在加强校本研修上获得了显著的成果,现总结如下:一

2、、根本工作达成度概述一领导重视,强化校本研修管理领导非常重视校本研修工作,成立了校长任组长的校本研修领导小组,加强对校本研修工作的指导,把校本研修作为加强老师队伍建立的重要手段,通过开展校本研修,大力进步老师专业化程度。学校加强了对校本研修过程的管理,做到了研修时间、内容、人员、考评“四落实”,做到了辅导老师上课有讲稿,听课老师有笔记,学校有记录和信息反应记载。二建立鼓励机制,推动校本教研进程为了调动老师参与教学研究的积极性,促进校本研修深化持久地开展,学校购置了大量的有关新课改的光盘与书籍,以改变老师的教育教学观念,开拓老师视野,进步教学程度。此外,学校还制定了老师岗位考核奖励方法课堂教学达

3、标考核方法,把考核结果与奖惩、老师评优等挂钩,促进老师不断进取,转变教育观念,改变教学行为,进步自身理论程度,从而推动以校为本研修活动。三采取多种研修形式,全面提升老师素质1、拜师结对形式。对新老老师的培养学校采取了拜师结对的形式,扩展了师徒带教的内容,赋予这传统的形式以新的校本研修内容,且拜师是互相的,能者为师。如英语组为了让新老师尽快进入角色,组内进展“师徒结对”,帮助他们尽早走向成熟。他们是这样做的 1搀扶新老师“学走路”。新老师在上岗不久,能对教材进展一定的解读,设计了一定的教学方案,但在课堂上呈现出满堂灌的现象。针对这一现象,骨干老师进展手把手指导,对每一课时都为他们解读教材,分析p

4、 教材,同时向他们预测学生可能出现的状况,根据学生的实际情况备课,同时进入课堂为她们上示范课,然后在另一平行班听她们上课,总结在课堂中展示出来的优点,分析p 在课堂中存在的问题,提出改良的措施。2试着让新老师“自己走路”。通过一阶段骨干老师引领,新老师对教材的解读有了一定的理解,让新老师自己解读教材,分析p 教材,自己设计教学方案,让新老师自己先有一定的考虑,然后骨干老师对教案设计进展一定的修改,再进入课堂听新老师的课,进展反思与重建。3让新老师感知不同课型。英语学科的每个单元是由不同的板块组成的,每个版块的功能不同,对教学的要求也就提出了不同的要求,呈现出的课型也就不同。在新老师有了一定的自

5、主研究教材,分析p 教材的才能之后,对新老师提出了更高的要求,理解不同课型,在一个阶段中集中力量针对一个课型进展打破。通过师徒结对新老师的教学才能发生了质的飞跃。2、案例研修形式。即从典型案例中获得启迪、寻求解决问题思路的方式。运用这种形式进展研修时,研修者一定要精选出具有代表性、典型性的案例,然后组织老师进展深化讨论。这种形式具有较强的针对性,效果较好。通过老师参与式的研讨,引导老师运用课改的理念,对课例进展分析p 、模拟、借鉴,从中领悟一些新颖的教学方式,启迪自己的课堂教学,获得了很好的效果。3、课题研究形式。学校充分利用骨干老师资,组建了各学科的联动小组,由各学科组长详细引领承当本学科的

6、日常研究,将研究重心下移到了教研组,使教研和科研得到有机的整合。通过本校骨干老师与其他老师“多元联动”的校本研修来提升每一位老师教育改革适应才能。各学科组根据本学科的特点确立研究主题,我们确立的研究主题基于这样几个考虑:一、问题直接来自于老师的课堂,是具有代表性的,亟待解决的;二、围绕课题研究目的能提升老师教育改革适应才能的;三、在前期理论中骨干老师已对这方面有一定理论研究的根底与积累了一定的经历与做法的主题,因为引领的力量与才能直接影响课题研究的质量。在此根底上开展“三段四步”主题系列联动教研活动。它分两个层面:第一、骨干老师之间的联动研究,就是对于确立的研究主题,假如之前骨干老师也没有很多

7、经历积累的,就先在骨干老师的课堂中进展联动的理论研究,先从寻找相关理论进展深化解读,再到进入各自课堂进展理论,然后通过骨干老师之间的一次次互动研讨交流,集聚群体智慧,解决遭遇的问题,逐步对这个研究主题形成共识,形成可积累的经历与做法。第二:将骨干老师先行理论较为成熟的研究主题作为与其他老师联动研究的主题。详细的流程与做法是:第一阶段:骨干老师示范性研讨。它经历了1认知准备骨干老师进展相关主题研究的资料解读及结合主题进展的课程资的开发;2骨干展示先由骨干老师围绕研究主题进展教材分析p 、学情分析p 、弹性化教案的设计说明等,在走进课堂上示范课3问题研讨先由骨干做自我评价,其他骨干就示范课中存在的

8、问题进展剖析,最后中老年老师参与评价4后续拓展骨干老师把前期自身整个示范过程中积累的材料整理成文本,然后让中老年老师学习,并结合研究主题布置一到两项作业。第二阶段:以其他老师理论为主的螺旋式研讨阶段。它经历了1合作开发与设计围绕主题,集体备课,在骨干老师的引领下集聚群体智慧共同设计教学方案2初步尝试先由一位老师尝试课堂理论,再由执老师自评,骨干老师点评,其余老师参评3再度重构设计理论骨干老师组织再次修改教学方案,其余逐一上重建课,再反思再重建4反思、总结、提升执教老师谈过程中的体会,骨干老师对整个活动过程作总结提升,并对主题研究作动态调整。第三阶段:总结提升研讨。它由阶段课堂教学展示;主题活动

9、经历总结;完善多元评价等几步构成。四校本研修内容丰富多彩1、加强师德建立,夯实立教之基教书育人,师德为本,缺乏良好师德的老师队伍,无从谈好的教学质量。本学年学校贯彻教育部关于进一步加强和改良师德建立的意见精神,以中小学老师职业道德标准和新时期老师职业道德修养等规章为根据,以县教育局师德建立活动为契机,把师德教育和学校的各项活动结合起来,加强老师思想道德建立,强化教育引导,注重内化,扎实有效的开展师德建立活动,促进学校的进一步开展。通过大力学习和宣传师德教育理论,展开师德大讨论、宣传师德典型等多种形式,结合荣辱观学习,进步老师对新时期师德建立的认识,并不断赋予新的内涵,拓展新的载体。不断完善师德

10、建立的相关制度,建立有效的管理机制。并以此为辐射点,常抓不懈,使每位老师可以做到遵纪守法,爱岗敬业,为人师表,自尊自律,廉洁从教,团结协作,积极进取,勇于创新,成为教书育人的楷模,学生、家长、社会满意的好老师。2、新课程理念研修。课程改革成败的关键在于老师,老师对新课程理念的认识程度直接影响课改实验的成效。为此,本学期把高效课堂,作为师资研修的重点任务来抓。重点学习昌乐二中 洋思中学等学校的教育思想和教育方式,主要抓好四方面的工作:一是明确研修目的:掌握新理念、理论新理念、优化教育过程,为全面课改打实根底。二是确保研修时间:用足、用好业务学习时间。三是形成研修系列:重点围绕说课、上课、评课开展

11、教研组活动,通过校内各科优质课、公开课、示范课和观摩课研修,在一个个案例中理论、体验新的课程理念、形成二曲快捷课堂特色教学形式。四是加强合作交流:派老师外出学习、观摩,返校后及时向教研组其他成员传达先进思想、理念,互相学习,共同进步。3、教研组集体备课研修。教研组定期活动与分散活动相结合,以分组教研的内容为主,鼓励教研创新。教研组每月一次教研公开课,进展教学反思、案例分析p 。做到课前反思新旧教材有哪些不同、新课改的理念如何浸透、三维目的如何落实、运用怎样的教学策略等等;课中根据教学实际,反思如何调整教学策略;课后反思自己的这节课到达了什么目的,用了什么教学策略,有哪些成功之处等,帮助老师寻找

12、课堂教学的优点与创新之处,寻找问题与缺乏,捕捉隐藏在教学行为背后的教育观念,从而找到改良的切入口。使教学反思过程成为教学研究过程。案例分析p 有助于老师理解自身的缺失,从而有针对性地加强缺失方面的学习与锻炼,促进教学程度的进步。4、教育科研培训。我校在“科研兴校、科研兴教”战略思想的指导下,坚持引领广阔老师走科研之路,开展多层次教育科学研究,人人有课题,人人学理论,人人掌握科研方法,有效地进步了我校老师的理论程度和创新才能。第一,健全机构,加强教科研指导。教科室主任负责课题的管理和规划;组织老师学习教育理论和教育科研知识;指导安排课题组的研究活动和课题成果的总结。第二,指导老师进展课题研究。第

13、三,抓教育科研成果的推广应用,我们把教育研究中获得的成果落实到课堂教学中,使老师在科研理论应用的良性循环中进步了理论素养和科研才能。二、特色与成效强化教研组的建立和管理,特别强调要发挥团队精神,群策群力,充分发挥每个老师的兴趣爱好和个性特长,打破了以往老师备课各自为战的场面,每一堂展示课都是教研组集体的结晶,老师在互动、互补、合作中不断进步了自己施行新课程的才能,已形成的教育观念顺利地转化了能动的教育教学行为,使老师不断走向成熟。推行主题式研修,进步研修实效。各教研组推行主题式研修,以进步研修质量。如语文教研组开展了以“读写结合的有效理论”为主题的研修活动。数学组以课例为载体,开展了以“解决问

14、题”为专题的研讨活动。这些专题性的主题研讨真正进步了校本研修的实效性。综合理论活动组开展了以“老师在综合理论活动中的有效指导”为专题的研讨。实行多元联动式研修,促进了中老年老师迅速适应新课改理念。对青年老师实行“结对制”培养方式,充分发挥骨干老师在同伴互助中的积极作用,帮助和指导青年老师,使他们尽快适应角色和环境要求,实现跳跃式开展。除了师徒结对工程,学校还引导老师自行组成“学习伙伴”,互帮互助互学互进。营造了“人人有学习之所,处处是学习之地”的浓重的学习气氛,使我们的学习型老师队伍不断走向成熟。由于我校校本研修机制的完善落实,校本研修活动的扎实开展,校本研修形式的丰富灵敏,使我校逐步形成人人

15、爱研修、大家共研修的学习场面,老师综合素质有了显著的进步,促进了老师专业化开展,同时带动了课堂教学程度的进步和学生整体素质的开展。大大促进了学校各方面的工作,学校整体工作也进步了一个新的程度,得到了社会和广阔家长的认可,让我们再次理解了“教育质量就是老师质量,选择学校就是选择老师,素质教育的成败取决于老师素质”。三、问题与考虑在老师研修过程中,只靠重复强化和外在的诱惑或强迫来维持“填鸭式”的研修活动,不仅使研修质量和效益降低,更严重的是压抑老师的主动性和能动性的开展;在研修过程中,我们有时采取的“研修者主讲,被研修者听”的单一的“灌输式”的研修方式,必然导致交流的封闭性,也必然使被研修者失去学

16、习的兴趣;我们在日常的研修活动中常常忽略老师已有的经历,认为只要将先进的教育思想和观念传授给老师,老师就会认同,就会承受,就会付诸理论。其实老师作为一名学习者,他需要一个体验、承受的过程,才能将正确的观念内化,然后才能带来教育行为的变化。如何使校本研修逐步走上系统化、标准化、制度化、现代化,以什么样的形式展开,还需要探究。为了使校本研修工作真正能促进老师专业化开展,促进学校教育教学工作的开展,我们必须继续以全面进步我校老师的整体素质为核心,着眼于老师适应现代教育的综合素质的进步,不断开发校本研修内容、创立校本研修的新形式,把校本研修真正落到实处,促老师的专业化开展。对以后的校本研修,我们将提出

17、如下理念:研修规格上追求“老师即研究者”充分利用老师现有经历,改良而不是改造老师及其教学行为。我们提出“在研究中工作,在工作中研究,以研究推开工作,把研究成果落实在工作中”的工作要求;研修方式上走“校本化专业开展”之路学校应该是老师专业化开展的最正确场所和舞台,是一个开放的学习化社会的窗口;研修策略上采用“科研先导、课题带动”;研修内容上侧重于施行新课程的条件性知识和理论性知识。对校本研修我们还要确定如下原那么:持续性,即终身教育;针对性,即按需施训;主体性,即主动参与;合作性,即校内外的合作与交流;一致性,即老师个体开展与学校开展的统一。Writing material: three hun
