4、波根外径(),mm;h 波高(Wave height), mm;q 波距(Wave distance), mm;t 一层材料的厚度(A layer of material thickness), mm;z 波纹管材料的层数(Corrugated pipe material layers);n 波纹管的波数(The wave number of the corrugated pipe); 额定轴向总位移(Rated total axial displacement),mm;波纹管试件材料为SUS321,其他为Q235-B;Corrugated tube specimen material for

5、 the SUS321, the other Q235-B;设计基准温度均为205C;Design reference temperature of 205 DEG c;循环次数均为3000次。Cycle number are 3000 times.四、试验设备:Four, test equipment液压试验泵;hydraulic test pump;压力表,精度等级1.5级;pressure gauges, precision grade 1.5 class;3静刚度试验机。Static stiffness test machine.五、试验项目:Five, test project材料检

6、查;material inspection;外观检查;visual inspection;尺寸检验;dimensional inspection;焊缝检验;weld inspection;刚度测定;Determination of stiffness;耐压试验;voltage withstand test;疲劳试验。fatigue test六、试验方法:Six, test method:材料检查:material inspection:核查膨胀节所用材料的牌号及其材质报告,结果应符合表1;Verification of expansion joint material used for the

8、pection:在日光或人工照明下目测及相关量具检验膨胀节外观,要求如下:In the sunlight or artificial light under visual and related measuring test expansion joint appearance, requirements are as follows:管坯用薄板卷制时只允许有全焊透的对接型纵向焊缝,不允许有 环焊缝;tube with a sheet coil system is only allowed to have full penetration butt type longitudinal weld

14、urface should not crack, blowhole, slag, spatter defects;3.尺寸检验:Dimension inspection:用精度符合规定极限偏差要求的通用量具及专用量具检查膨胀节的尺 寸。要求如下:With precision conform to specified limit deviation requirements of special measuring tool for measuring and checking the size of expansion joint. Requirements are as follows:(1

15、)尺寸按附表要求检查;Size according to the schedule requirements check;(2)多层波纹管管坯的套合间隙应不大于0.8mm;Multilayer bellows tube sleeved gap should be less than 0.8mm;(3)波纹管的波峰、波谷曲率半径的极限偏差为15%的公称半径;Corrugated pipe, the radius of curvature of the wave trough of limit deviation of 15% nominal radius;(4)膨胀节组件各部位焊缝表面不应有裂纹

16、、气孔、夹渣、飞溅物等 缺陷;Expansion joint assembly parts of the weld surface should not crack, blowhole, slag, spatter defects;(5)膨胀节组件长度公差为5mm,垂直度公差为1 %波纹管公称通 径,且不大于3mm,同轴度公差为1 %波纹管公称通径,且不大于0 5mm;Expansion joint assembly length tolerance is + 5mm, perpendicularity tolerance of 1% corrugated tube nominal diame

17、ter, and not more than 3mm, coaxial tolerance of 1% corrugated tube nominal diameter, and not more than 5mm diameter;焊缝检验:Weld inspection:波纹管纵焊缝进行拍片检查,焊缝不存在裂纹、未融合和未焊透。Corrugated pipe longitudinal welding seam for X-ray examination, there is no crack, lack of fusion weld and weld刚度测定:Determination of

18、 stiffness:膨胀节的轴向刚度测定,在常温、常压下将试件垂直放置测力机 上进行。分5级递增(每级压缩位移量为轴向总补偿量的1/5),共测 三遍,取其各级额定位移量下的最大作用力的平均值。其结果应符合 B16400的轴向刚度为915.8N/mm,BS06800的轴向刚度为558.0N/mm。Expansion of the axial stiffness measurement, at room temperature, the atmosphere will be specimen placed vertically on the force measuring machine. 5

20、 for 558.0N / mm.耐压试验:Withstand voltage test:试验装置应保证试验时膨胀节两端固定和有效密封,波纹管以其 自由长度处于直线状态;Test device shall guarantee that the test expansion joint with both ends fixed and effective seal, corrugated pipe with its free length in straight line;试验时应缓慢升压,达到规定试验压力后保压至少10min;Test pressure shall be increased s

21、lowly, reached after the required test pressure and pressure of at least 10min;试验压力下目视检查膨胀节,膨胀节应无渗漏,结构件应无明显 变形,波纹管应无失稳现象;Test pressure visual inspection of expansion joints, expansion joints should be no leakage, pieces of the structure should be no obvious distortion, corrugated tube should be no i

22、nstability phenomenon;水压试验压力下的最大波距变化率大于15%,即认为波纹管已失 稳。Water pressure test of maximum wave pitch change rate is greater than 15%, that the bellows has instability.检查要求:在1.5倍公称压力下,保持10min不发生泄漏,且波 纹管应无失稳现象。Examination requirements: at 1.5 times the nominal pressure, keeping the 10min can not leak, and

23、the corrugated tube should be no instability phenomenon.疲劳试验:Fatigue test:膨胀节的疲劳试验应在专用的疲劳试验装置上进行,疲劳试验装置 应保证能约束波纹管压力推力与位移反力,并能保证施加的轴向循环位 移与波纹管轴线同轴;expansion joint fatigue test should be in special fatigue test device, fatigue test device to ensure the constraint bellows pressure thrust force anddispl

24、acement, and can guarantee the applied axial cyclic displacement and axis of coaxial corrugated pipe;膨胀节的疲劳试验可在常温下进行,膨胀节在轴向总位移量下,循环 次数为设计疲劳寿命的3倍。B16400的疲劳试验循环位移量为31,BS06800 的疲劳试验循环位移量为45。循环频率的选择应确保各波均匀变形(一般不大 于 30 次/min)。Expansion joint fatigue test can be performed at room temperature, expansion jo
