2、下达，使各项工作能按质质按量完成。为了增强自己的的工作才能，我从不放 进步自身的理论程度，并并在日常的工作中得以运用，作为园长助手，我既站在分分管工作的角度考虑问题，又又能站在园长的位置上设身处处地为园长着想，做到补台不不拆台，助手不甩手。这一年年，在全体教职工的通力合作作下，幼儿园硕果累累，各方方一、师德德为先，岗位尽职幼儿园无无小事，事事育人；老师无小小节，节节为楷模。我严于律律己，做到坚持学习不放松，率先垂范，提升自己；坚持持带队不放松，掌握情况，加加强研究；深化群众不放松，真诚待人，凝聚人心。微笑笑放在脸上，感谢挂在嘴边，老师和家长评价我亲和力强强。二、注重学习，提升自自我走上领导岗位

3、5年来，我一直坚持读书学习，认为为业务园长不是一个职务，而而是一个职业，假如是一个职职业，我必须具备这个职业所所需要的一切素质，我必须有有更多的知识和才能，必须把把握各方面的信息，使自己保保持对新事物的敏锐感觉，必必须使自己的思想观念始终在在时代前列，才能不被剧烈的的竞争所淘汰。我坚持不懈地地汲取各方面的新知识、新思思想、新观念，坚持不懈地读读书，使读书、考虑成为我工工作和生活中不可缺少的习惯惯，做到在思想上引导老师，在业务上指导老师。作为园园长，我时刻注意深化第一线线，为老师们出点子、提建议议，用自身的影响力来凝聚全全体教职工的三、与老师团结一致致，达成年度目的。重点做做好以下工作：1加强强

5、育，培养“安康康活泼、好奇探究、文明乐群群、英勇自信”的孩子。抓住住保教中心工作，注重理论联联络实际，积极开展现代学前前教育的理论与探究。202_年秋季开学后我又组织教老师们在学习纲要的根底础上系统学习了幼儿园工作作规程，使老师们进一步了理解了纲要的精神和规规程的要求，并坚持贯彻落落实，结合我园幼3赋予家长工作新的成效效3月初开展的家长会会中评选了家园合作先进家庭庭，颁发奖状，进一步进步了了家长工作的积极性和主动性性，家长们协助老师动手制作作了许多户外活动器材，丰富富了幼儿的户外活动，老师也也通过实际行动赢得了家长的的支持，家长们一致认为：孩孩子们在一幼很放心，我们对对老师和孩子都寄予了希望、

6、充满了信心。9月份开学前前召开了新生家长会，就幼儿儿园根本建立、师资队伍教学学理念、办园宗旨、幼儿培养养目的等向家长做了介绍，就就“如何减轻幼儿入园焦虑”“ 为何新幼儿的幼儿容易易生病”问题向家长做理解释释，开学两10月中旬组织开开展英语外教教学观摩，这一一系列的活动使家长们对幼儿儿园的整体情况有了深化的了理解，为一学期家长工作的顺顺利开展奠定了坚实的根底。4、加强青年老师培培养，促进年轻老师队伍专业业化成长，20_年以来，我园又新新增进了名年轻老师，9月份份开学后因工作要求调安雪花花、任学辉两位老师到中层领领导岗位，9月中旬宣布朱海海燕老师为副园长，随着原先先骨干老师不断充实到领导岗岗位，使

7、整个老师队伍出现了了青黄不接的状态，因此需要要年轻的老师尽快成长成熟起起来，本学期我将年轻老师培培养作为一项重点工作来抓。主要采用外出培训学习和园园本培训相结合的方式。今年年四月份11为年轻老师先后后两批次到北京参观学习，聆聆听讲座，9月派了7为年轻轻老师到市参加说课11月21日派7为新新入职老师到市花园幼儿园观观摩全市优质课教学活动；110月下旬全园13为年轻教老师参加了本园教学观摩活动动，活动之后开展老师说课评评课活动；11月22日我园园张雅菲、高杰两位老师参加加了市组织的骨干老师优质课课比赛，12月3日我园张丽丽、王一凡两位老师参加了市市新秀组老师优质课比赛。统统过外出培训、园本培训、外

8、外出比赛、园内老师教学观摩摩活动等不同形式为年轻的教老师创设平台，使她们在原有有的程度上有了较大的开展。20_年，我园老师在在各级各类评比、比赛中表现现突出，获得了许多优异的成成绩：5月份选派朱海燕和徐徐晓娟两位年轻老师参加全市市教学能手作课比赛获得了一一等奖的好成绩，其中朱海燕燕老师又通过说课比赛被选中中代表张家口市到石家庄参加加比赛又获得了一等奖，六月月份我们有四位老师获得了市市学科带头人、教学能手、教教学新星称号，有六位老师参参加市教科所组织的说课比赛赛，其中三位获得一等奖，三三位获得二等奖，11月222日、12月3日四位年轻教老师参加全市幼儿园优质课比比赛获得二等奖的成绩，同时时幼儿园
